成品球团是现代高炉炼铁流程中一种不可缺少的优质冶金炉料,如何提 高其质量一直是冶金行业密切关注的问题。提高成品球团质量的方法多种多 样,在生产过程中运用自动控制即是其中之一。济钢球团厂为提高产品质量, 实施了配料、造球系统的自动化改造。

The application of automatioin production is among the large numbers of ways to improve quality of pellet. This time the alteration was actualized to improve quality of manufacture by Jinan factory that produces round iron mine.

本文主要从工业控制的角度出发,对球团厂配料、造球控制系统的设计 和应用作了研究和探讨。介绍了国内外球团工业和造球技术发展情况,在对造 球与配料过程机理分析的基础上,基于工控机—智能模块—现场仪表和执行器 的分层次硬件结构,建立了造球自动控制系统和配料自动控制系统;造球自动 控制系统通过已完成的寻优程序在线获取各造球盘的负荷曲线,以系统的整体 成球率函数达到最大值作为优化控制的目标,采用遗传算法在线计算各造球盘 的物料给定值,使实际生球产量满足设定的生球产量要求,同时通过实时检测 现场的生球产量信号,不断修正各造球盘物料给定值。并且对单盘寻优的方法 和路径进行探讨,建立了数学模型和算法,利用该算法在线对造球盘进行优 化,探讨了多个造球盘寻优遗传算法,先在线对单盘进行优化,然后再对多盘 进行优化,寻找出多盘的整体最优化值作为控制目标进行控制,使整体处于最 优状态,在运行过程中不断进行在线调整。
Be based upon industry control theory, the design idea and aplication of control system in palletizing workshop were investigated and discussed in this thesis. Firstly, the general developmental situation of iron ore pellet and its technology abroad and in our country was introduced. In succession, grounds on the particular introduction for palletizing technology and the analysis of palletizing and mixing process,the systems of automatic palletizing and automatic mixing were expounded base on the layered hardware structure composing of industry computerinteligent module-instrument and implement. Founds on the principle of fuzzy control and PID control, the fuzzy controller of automatic palletizing system and the PI controller of automatic mixing system were designed. Build ball to automatically control system to pass personal finishedly look for excellent procedure come on-line obtain all parties ball the burden curve of the dish, With system of whole become a ball rate function to attain the biggest value as excellent turn the target of control, Adoption heredity the calculate way be on-line to compute all parties ball the material of the dish to settle a value, make physically living ball yield satisfy the enactment living ball yield to request. In the meantime pass solid hour examine the spot of living ball yield signal, continuously revise the all parties ball dish material to settle value. And approach the methods and paths in single-deck optimizing, establish the mathematic model and algorithms, and optimize the dish on line use this algorithms. Discuss several optimizing genetic algorithms of building decks. Firstly, optimizing in single-deck on line, and optimizing multi-decks on line, finally, find the whole optimizing value. Control it as the controlling object, to make the whole the best condition, at the same time, continually control on line while running.
配料自动控制系统采用集散控制系统(DCS),对给料圆盘和螺旋给料机的 给料量进行控制,由PLC对圆盘和螺旋的运转进行变频调速控制,实现给料量 的调整,并对给料过程进行跟踪和分析,提供班、日、月报表的传输打印和报 警提示,并设有料仓堵塞自动振打装置,在下料堵塞时进行振打,当下料正常 时停止振打,实现了成品球团自动配料控制,提高了监控和操作水平。
