观《极地特快》有感(英文)

Movie Title：Watch “T he Polar Express” Inductive

This movie tells us a story about a boy who believes the Santa is exist.He waits for the Santa on Christmas Eve.After a while,"The Polar Express" comes and the conductor invites him on aboard to take an extraordinary journey to the North Pole with many children who come from the whole world.The boy and his friends get into troubles on the way,they solve problems with concerted effort and then they arrive the North Pole.There,the boy receives a bell as a gift from the Santa.After he back to home,he finds only believe in Santa exists really can hear the bell ring.

The movie reflects the cultural values of that when lots of children grow up,they lose their childishness and turn into reality.Just like they don’t believe the Santa is true when they are not still young.

In this movie, "The Polar Express"carry different children from all over the world to the North Pole,explain that children of the world have a childhood as well.

For many children,the Christmas Day is a very important festival to them,it means a day they can receive gifts from the Santa and the others.On that day,children will put stocks in the bed,expect the Santa’s surprise.Just like the"believe"on the ticket,believe in the Santa is loves and takes care of all of children,believe in the Santa is too busy to come.In a word,the kids believe the Santa is exist.

But the adults lose this power when they grow up,they must be so strong,brave and believe themselves that set a good example to their children.In other words,the adults’ belief are changed. What’s more,the adults must adapt to society so that become more and more smooth.So they don’t believe the Santa’s exist and can’t hear the bell ring.

Compared with Chinese culture, there is a big difference between us.

When I was a child does not know the existence of Santa.As I grow up,hear the Santa from others.But at that time,we know the Santa is not exist,just like "The Monster Nian"in our New Year.The Christmas Day is same as the New Year to us.They are all in the form of a celebration.

For many Chinese people,the Christmas Day is not a important festival to them.So much so that some people have not hear of that before.Because in the traditional Chinese culture,the Christmas Day is not exist.So we don’t celebrate it before at all.

As the Christmas Day is spread over China in recent years,we are familiar with it.What’s more,for many Chinese children,they will set cards to friends as presents to celebrate it.But they don’t believe in Santa’s exist.There is nothing special meaning about it,the Christmas Day is just
