OPERATIONThe Ruelco Model 30C2 is a Pneumatic Liquid Level Switch. It incorporates 2” NPT thread giving it substantial mounting flexibility. The displacer operates a pneumatic valve when the liquid in a tank or pressure vessel reach-es a predetermined level. The flex level operates as ei-ther a high or low level sensor, the mode of operation is selected simply by rotating the valve body 180 degrees. The standard pneumatic valve is a two way N.O. or N.C. valve which provides positive and fast system response. When used as a high level sensor, the valve will be N.C. when the liquid level is below the sensor. The valve for a low level sensor is N.O. when the liquid level is below the sensor.FEATURES• 316 stainless steel construction (models to N.A.C.E. T FTW31, FTW32Function and system designMeasuring principle An alternating voltage exists between the probe rods. Input signalProbes covered => a measurable current is flowing between the probes.Probes uncovered => there is no measurable current flowing between the probes.OutputElectronic insert FEW52 (DC-PNP)Output signalThree-wire direct current versionPreferred in conjunction with programmable logic controllers (PLC). To ensure a safe switch status even if the conductivity of the medium varies slightly, reduce the sensitivity setting. The media will act as a virtual capacitor, which together with a coil in the sensor head, will form a circuit creating the switch point signal. This virtual capacity will depend of the di-electric value of the media.By means of the FlexProgrammer 9701 the output can be confi gured to either NPN, PNP or digital output signal. A damping of the output signal can be activated in case of a fl uctuating media level, e.g. during tank fi lling.The measurement is precise and unaffected by the mounting positionin the tank. In the Flex-software a compensation for foam, bubbles and condensate as well as viscous media can be set.The Flex-software also features an adjustment facility making the user able to adjust the sensor to a specifi c media. The Level Switch LFFS measures liquids such as water and beer as well as viscous, sticky fl uids, such as honey, youghurt, toothpaste and ketchup. Even dry medias can be measured, eg. sugar or fl our. 一、概述光电液位开关是利用光线的折射和反射原理,让光线在两种不同介质的分界面产生反射或折射现象。
当被测液体处于高位时则被测液体与开关形成一种分界面,当被测液体处于低位时,则空气与开关形成另一种分界面,由于开关的塑胶半球与空气的折射率有很大的差异,使得在这两种分界面时,开关内部光接收晶体所接收的反射光强度不同,即对应两种不同的开关状态。
当液位开关的塑胶半球离开液面时,产生全反射现象(图一),反之,浸入液体时,则大部分红外线穿透塑胶半球进入液体(图二)。

欧姆龙液位开关说明书-CAL-FENGHAI.-(YICAI)-Company One1开关液位设备概要选择机型的标准故障检查液位设备Q&A关于施工资料参考电极式液位开关(61F)作为电气性液位检测方式,被广泛用于以大厦、集中住宅的上下水道为主及钢铁、食品、化学、药品、半导体等各种工业、农业水、净水场、污水处理等的液面控制。
一旦电极接触到液体,通过液体可以闭合电路(电气流通的道路),根据流过的电流检知液位控制的动作原理,是以所谓的导电性液体为控制对象的液位开关。
进行检测时,直接检测液体的电极间电阻,根据大于或小于已设定的电阻值,来判断有无液面。
■基本原理以一般接收上水道供水的情况为例来进行说明。
通常,在大厦、集中住宅区等中,一旦接水槽接收供水后,就会将水送到设置在屋顶上的高架水槽内,然后再分配到各楼层。
在高架水槽内,如果因水的消耗而导致水槽内的水位下降,通过泵从接水槽中再进行补充。
达到一定的水位后,即可停止泵了。
(参照图1)在高架水槽内,可以进行水位的控制,以保持上限和下限间的水位。
可以根据下列工作原理来进行这一水位控制。
图1. 水槽的供水控制●根据水位对泵进行ON、OFF控制(2根电极式)①如图2,电极E1未接触到液面时,电流流通的电路(E1-E3间)为开路,没有电流通过。
因此,继电器「X」不动作,继电器「X」的接点仍为“b侧”。
②如图3,电极E1接触到液面时,为电路闭合状态(液体将E1-E3间闭合),因此,继电器「X」动作,接点移动到“a侧”。
若将该继电器接点连接到接触器,则可根据液面的位置对泵进行ON、OFF控制。
但是,如图2、图3,如果仅有2根电极,电极E1附近会发生波动,导致继电器抖动。
为此,电极式液位开关有自我保持电路。

安装方法:1.在水塔顶部安装本开关时,请将开关接在水塔预留的水平接口上,如无水平接口,请用工具把斜口矫正开关器需垂直于水面,拉线不可接触导管内壁,浮球应能上下自由浮动。
垂直安装于水箱内壁时,可使用L型托架辅助安装。
任何情况下,请在浮球与箱壁间预留足够空间。
2.将浮球灌满水系在拉线上,并寒紧寒子,浮球灌水的一端应向上。
水位控制的范围由上球的中央到下球的中央部位,按需要加以自由调整。
接线方法:1.掀开圆盖,给水时,线接A端。
水面上升到上浮球中央时,水塔中两浮球失重,水塔控制器A1-A2断开,水泵停止;水面下降到下浮球中央时,两浮球的自重,使A1-A2闭合,水泵开动。
2.排水时,线接B端(请将螺丝从A端移至B端)。
水面上升到上浮球中央时,水塔中两浮球失重,水塔控制器B1一B2闭合,水泵开动;水面下降到下浮球中央时,两浮球的自重,B1一B2 断开,水泵停止。
注意事项:1.用请详细阅读说明书,并查产品,正常使用。
禁止超电流,超温度使用本品。
2.开始安装前,需断开电源,以防止可能的电器损坏或触电。
3.用于排水时,建议与接触器配合使用,以延长开关寿命。
保养:定期检查并清洁部件,任何情况下,圆盖都要盖好,以防止内部元件受天气,灰尘,脏物影响。
