玛蒂尔德虽然选择一条满布荆棘的人生之路，但是这条困难重重的人生之路使她变了，贫穷生活的磨炼，不仅仅改变她的容貌，更重要的是改变了她的精神。
艰辛的劳动、生活，把她的不切实际的幻想，从云端拉回切切实实的地面，就这样一个新生的玛蒂尔德出现在我们的眼前。
虽然玛蒂尔德是不幸的，她的不幸在于她得不到自己想要的东西而白白的增加烦恼，同时她又是幸运的，因为残酷的现实让她清醒。
看完这篇小说更让我觉得：生活不是云里雾里的幻想，更多的应
该是脚踏实地的一步步走过。
