内容提要

液压泵作为液压传动中的一个重要动力装置,在当今工业社会有着相当大的需求量。本文所提到的63CY14-1B型轴向柱塞泵就是其中较常见的一类液压泵。作者通过对作者工作单位——邵阳维克液压有限责任公司,2005-2006年的泵的销售情况讲行调查统计,发现:63CY14-1B型轴向柱塞泵是现在重多使用频率较高的液压泵中的一类。因而选择此型号泵进行改进。

本文先从液压泵的基本原理入手,并结合63CY14-1B型轴向柱塞泵自身的特点,相比较介绍,让读者对液压泵有一个初步的认识。然后,分析对于63CY14-1B 型轴向柱塞泵哪些地方需要改进?而这些地方与哪些因素有关联?逐步的说明,改进设计的由来,及其设计步骤。

本次对63CY14-1B型轴向柱塞泵的改进,主要是从降低噪音入手。而对于影响63CY14-1B型轴向柱塞泵噪音的3个摩擦副:缸体与配油盘的摩擦、变量头与滑靴的摩擦、柱塞与柱塞孔的摩擦。又找出主要摩擦——缸体与配油盘的摩擦,进行改进。经过实验发现,配油盘上的鼠尾的长度直接影响泵的噪音,于是作者对配油盘上的鼠尾长度经过一系列的实验,最后找到了比较合适的尺寸。在上面所讲的系列实验中,主要采取对比的方法来做。选取了几组缸体与配油盘进行对比实验。

本文主要的优点,就是一切从生产实践与试治实验出发,具有很好的应用前景和较好的经济价值。
