青年人怎样保持健康

An increasing number of people are becoming aware of the significance of health main tainence . Just as the basic need of human beings for survival , like food to prevent starvation , and clothing to keep away from cold , being healthy is one essential element , which would be easily ignored .

It is believed that tips first pouring into our minds are as follows: work regularly and rest adequately , keep a good mood and have a healthy diet ,etc. From my perspective, nevertheless, If you do not intend to get yourself sick , the following aspects should be paid more attention to. Abover all, exercising regularly would surely be the best way to prevent us from diseases . It can often be seen that there are senior folks jogging and playing Taiji on the square or garden , while many young peers would much like to take competitive sports , such as basketball, soccer, table tennis and badminton , instead of spending the whole night getting drunk in bars or playing computer games . Additionally, It is known to all that tobacco and alcohol are the two greatest evils that creat negative effects on our health . Thus a man, particularly young man should definitely be sure of what to eat but what not , and what to drink but what not . Besides , enjoying the happiness of family life in a shining weekend would be a lovely way to keep psychologically/mentally healthy .

Anyway , health is the most precious gift we concentrate on and cherish.

Chinese diet is considered to be one of the most healthy diet in the world because it contains less sugar and fat, keeping us away from obesity. However, with the wide spread of Mc Donald’s and KFC fast food restaurants in China, many young Chinese found more and more junk food are coming into their diets. Those deep fried chips and burgers served in the western fast food restaurants are rich in sugar and fat, which has a great negative effect on our health.

In order to maintain our health status, we should do more exercise. Meanwhile, keeping a balanced diet is a must with more fruit and vegetables, less butter and chocolates. So returning to our traditional diet is so unquestionably nice a choice.

The healthier our diet is, the happier our life is.

Nowadays more and more people are beginning to go on a diet. Some people are concerned with their health, and they go on a diet in order to lose unwanted weight. But still others, especially the young women, are paying too much attention to their outward appearance. They become the leading numbers who go on a diet.

However, dieting might bring great negative effects on people. For one thing, quite a lot of people don’t really need dieting to keep health, and they diet just because they want to keep slim. For them, dieting not only is useless but also might damage their health.For another, some people lack enough knowledge on how to diet scientifically. As a result, they are likely to suffer from malnutrition.

Considering the serious damage of unhealthy dieting, we should becautious in dieting. In my opinion, dieting, for whatever reasons, needs professional guidance. Only with right guidance can dieting work as we expect.
