Dear chairman：

I am very appreciated you to invited me to attend the international meeting. I am writing this letter to ask you for some questions about this conference. Firstly, I do not know when the conference will open and where it is. Secondly, could you tell me the schedule of the conference, so that I can arrange my own time properly. Finally, should I prepare some personal materials for this conference?

These questions have puzzled me. If these questions can be solved, I think I am already able to participant the conference. I appreciate any assistance that you are able to provide me. I hope to hear from you soon.

You are a person that focus on the details. We appreciate you speed much time on the conference and put forward these questions for us.

The international conference will begin at May 5、6, 2015,in Jiangsu university. We think you should keep it in mind and make sure do not be late. If you want to know the schedule of the conference ,you can read the conference agenda. What we will do is carefully shown on it. Before you attend the conference, you should prepare the paper of your speech . if you can do these, you will be fine at the conference.
