一部被中文译名耽误的好电影——斯皮尔伯格的《Amistad》Amistad，斯皮尔伯格非常小众的一部电影，中文译名断锁怒潮或者勇者无惧，都是意译，由一艘“Amistad”号贩卖黑奴，期间黑奴挣脱锁链起义，最后漂泊到建国不久的美国。
看似微不足道，完全与美国毫不相关的事件，却成为美国废奴运动乃至内战的重要导火索。
在这部电影中，我们会看到资本主义原始积累的冷酷无情，在贩卖黑奴的交易链中，非洲黑人为了利益，亲手把同种族人袭击绑架，贩卖给白人，白人在运送途中，如我们在教科书中描述的那样，充满了血腥与暴力，黑人受到了非人的待遇甚至因为补给不足而直接沉溺大海。
我在观影中曾想到，当为黑人辩护的小律师无力反驳时，如果有黑奴船上的这些人性泯灭的场景放映，也就不需要多费口舌。
这些场景足以让所有有良知的人为之动容，心生怜悯。
虽然全局主色调恰如建国不久的美国，有点灰暗色调，但却处处显示着人性的光辉。
我注意到在贩卖黑奴的运输途中，翻江倒海，所有被迫趴在船底的黑奴都是呕吐不止，其中一个黑人小孩，被默默地互相传递，高高举起，为了不被周围的环境所挤压，男主人公黑奴首领辛克抱在自己怀里。
其实这只是一个陌生的同种族小孩，他自己还在呕吐，他的举动便是人性的善良使然。
当然最大的人性依然是在北美大陆，无偿为这批被贩卖的黑奴奔走忙碌的废奴主义者和纯粹的职业律师，特别是这个职业律师，抛弃了功利的费用问题，始终坚持为这帮黑人兄弟提供援助，甚至受到了白人同胞的死亡威胁恐吓信和行动伤害，因为当时美国正处于废奴斗争引发内战的前夕，两方势力都在博弈。
所以，会出现，在地方法院成功胜诉后，又被提交到最高法院。
当时的美国总统马丁·范布伦虽然反对奴隶制，但迫于南方势力，不得不为了所谓的避免内战，而屈服压力。
