Construction Agreement
Party A:
Party B: Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Water Supply Company Name of Construction: The Construction of Permanent Water
Place: The conjunction of Tuolanshan Road and No.104 national road
Scope of Construction: See the survey sketch attached to the application form. All the underground risk should be borne by Contractor. No modification will be made if the reason is attributed to other parties but not Employer.
2. Total price fixed and lump sum: RMB ()
3 Payment: Pay in full amount after signing the contract. Supply of water is upon the
completion of payment.
4. Construction preparation
1: The road, water, electricity, level the land should be finished by party A within 3 days prior to starting of construction
2: Building materials will come to workshop by separate delivery and in different time according to the program made by Party B
3: Party A should be responsible for the coordination of all the problems such as resettlement and its cost. If the construction delays due to the Party A’s poor coordination, Party A should be responsible for it.
5. Construction inspection
Arbitrary modification is not allowed. If the drawings need to be changed. The Party A should arrange the application for drawing modification in order to proceed with work without delay.
6 The Construction time is from May 2012 to May 2012 . In case of rainy days or other force
majeure or emergency repair, additional days will be granted.
7 In order to finish the job, Party A appoint as their representative and Party B appoint Mr. Li
Xiukui as their representative.
8 Quality demand: The construction should be follow to the China’s standard
9 This Agreement shall be held in four copies. Each party shall preserve two copies. The
agreement comes into effect upon signature and stamp and loses its effect upon the completion of construction and payment settlement.
10 Any matters not clarified herein shall be discussed later.
