焦炉热平衡系统的设计
摘要
焦炉是炼制焦炭的窑炉,是炼焦主要的热工设备,焦炉主要生产的是冶金焦。焦炉采用煤气进行加热,消耗煤气量约占炼焦厂总能消耗的70% 左右。为了节约能源和降低能耗,对焦炉进行热平衡测试有着重要的意义。
焦炉热平衡又称能平衡或能量平衡,它仅分析热量在数量上的平衡。热平衡的方法又俗称“热诊断”。焦炉热平衡是根据能量守恒定律对进入焦炉的物料和产出的炼焦产品进行的热量衡算。焦炉热平衡足在焦炉物料平衡和燃烧计算的基础上进行的。物料平衡是对炼焦过程中焦炉系统的进料量和出料量进行的衡算。煤料经焦炉炭化室内结焦过程得到焦炭、焦炉煤气和化学产品等物料,焦炉物料平衡就是对这些物料的量进行测定,列出进出料淸单,根据物质不灭定律进行衡算,求得炼焦产品的产率和损失率,为焦炉热平衡计算提供依据。通过热平衡计算,可具体了解焦炉热量的转移、分配、利用和损失情况,获得焦炉热功效率和炼焦耗热量数据,明确节能途径和方向,为评定焦炉炉型和焦炉热工状况提供依据

Abstract
Coke oven furnace refining coke, coke thermal equipment is the main, mainly the production of metallurgical coke oven. Coke oven gas heating, gas consumption volume accounts for about 70% total consumption of coking plant. In order to save energy and reduce energy consumption, heat balance testing of the coke oven has important significance.
Heat balance of coke oven is also known as energy balance or energy balance, it is only in the number of heat balance. Method of heat balance and commonly known as "thermal diagnosis". Heat balance of coke oven is a heat balance according to the law of conservation of energy into the coke oven coking products of the material and the output is. Based on the heat balance of coke oven coke oven and combustion foot material balance calculation. Through the calculation of heat balance, we can know the coke oven heat transfer, distribution, utilization and losses from coke oven, thermal efficiency and heat consumption in coking data, a clear energy-saving way and the direction, provide the basis for the assessment of coke oven and the oven heat condition
