存储业务系统正常、稳定地运行是我们共同的愿望,为了我们共同的目标,请您根据以下维护建议关注存储运行健康状态。
1、注意保持机房整洁,防尘防潮,保持机房温度处于正常范围之内。
2、不允许在线情况下随意插拔硬盘,对硬盘操作时需遵照《硬盘使用注意事项》进行。
3、请时常关注硬盘故障指示灯状态,如果硬盘黄色故障指示灯常亮,请立即联系H3C工程师处理。
4、请时常关注控制器故障指示灯状态,如果控制器故障指示灯常亮,请立即联系H3C工程师处理。
5、请时常关注DEU故障指示灯状态,如果DEU故障指示灯常亮,请立即联系H3C工程师处理。
6、请时常关注RAID状态,如果RAID处于降级运行状态,请立即联系H3C工程师处理。
7、请经常检查控制器状态,检查控制器电源指示灯,如果电源指示灯为常亮说明控器运行正常,如果电源指示灯闪烁,请立即联系H3C工程师处理。
8、请经常登录neocean neostor服务器,检查事件日志是否有warning和error两种级别的错误信息,如有请立即发给H3C工程师分析。

1 查看系统异常时的处理方式通过执行display system-failure 命令,可查看系统异常时的处理方式。

对于某些正在生效的配置参数,如果与缺省工作参数相同,则不显示。
当用户完成一组配置之后,如果需要验证配置是否正确,则可以执行display current-configuration命令查看当前生效的参数。
对于某些参数,虽然用户已经配置,但如果这些参数对应的功能没有生效,系统不予显示(如单板不在位);如果save 配置后,将保存当前能显示到的配置。
6.display saved-configuration命令:display saved-configuration描述:display saved-configuration命令用来显示以太网交换机的Flash中配置文件。
如果以太网交换机上电之后不能正常工作,可以执行display saved-configuration命令查看以太网交换机的启动配置。

上传完毕后,在交换机上查看一下上传的CMW软件的字节数 <H3C>dir 然后比较上传的新版本CMW与电脑A上的软件的字节数是否一样,如果不一样就 需要重新上传,如果一样的话,就使用下面的命令来设置下次交换机启动时使用 的CMW软件。 <H3C>boot boot-loader XXXX.bin 重启交换机后,则交换机使用的版本为新版本的软件,可以通过 <H3C>dis ver 或者 <H3C>dis boot 来查看当前使用的CMW版本

●路由器设备关系重大,应派受过培训的专人进行日常维护
●保持机房清洁干净,防尘防潮,防止鼠虫进入
●每天检查设备工作状态,指示灯,系统温度等
● 注意检查设备表面温度,检查风扇孔是否堵塞调整电缆和网线一定要慎重,
调整前一定要作标记,以防恢复时线序混乱,造成误接。

H3C交换机基本维护手册
交换机操作手册1、通过交换机Console 口进行本地登录是登录交换机的最基本的方式,也是配置通过其他方式登录交换机的基础。
连接示意图如下:2、把电脑和交换机连接好后,交换机上电开机,然后在电脑上进行如下操作,首先点击开始->程序->附件->通讯->超级终端打开后出现下面图示,输入名称,可以任意输入。
输入完成点击确定,出现下面界面,连接时使用选择COM口,一般台式机为COM1或COM2,而笔记本经过转接,可能会产生COM3或COM4,也有可能是其他的,你可以在下面的选择项里看到,选择完成后点击确定。
通过上面的选择,现在到了对端口属性进行设置,一般情况下没有进行过修改,默认只要点击还原为默认值就可以了,然后再单击确定。
之后敲回车即可,会出现H3C>提示符,说明已经与交换机连接,可以进行配置了,如果没有可以重启交换机或检查连接是否正确。

维护手段:巡检、优化、处理投诉、保障等1.1 无线产品日常维护建议尊敬的用户:感谢您使用H3C公司的无线产品。
系统运行的正常、稳定是我们共同的愿望,为了我们共同的目标,请您重视以下建议并参照《日常维护建议指导书》进行必要的日常维护。
1、无线设备的使用涉及到多种业务知识,应安排受过专业培训的专人进行日常维护。
2、保持机房清洁干净,防尘防潮,防止虫鼠进入。
3、每天参照《H3C 无线产品日常维护指导书》中内容对设备进行例行检查和测试,并记录检查结果。
4、用于系统管理、设备维护和业务操作的用户名和口令应该严格管理,定期更改,并只向特定相关人员发放。
5、严禁向设备维护终端和WEB客户端主机装入业务无关软件,严禁用设备维护终端和WEB客户端主机玩游戏。
维护终端和WEB客户端主机应该定期杀毒。
6、遇有不明原因告警,请迅速与代理商工程师或者H3C公司服务热线联系(400-8100504/800-8100504)。
7、调整线缆一定要慎重,调整前要作标记,以防误接。
8、对设备硬件进行操作时应戴防静电手腕。
9、对设备进行复位、改动业务数据之前做好备份工作。
10、在对设备版本进行升级前,请详细阅读《版本说明书》中的升级指导,并全面备份相关配置。
WLAN设备运维日常的维护工作内容主要有季度巡检、故障处理、投诉处理、网络整改、通信保障等。

H3C交换机日常维护操作方法日常维护中所有的操作都要在[ ]提示符下操作才有效。
一、创建vlan在提示符〔〕模式下,输入vlan 2,就立即创建了vlan2,而且立即生效。
二、删除vlan在刚才执行的vlan 2前,添加undo,即undo vlan 2然后会车,就把刚才创建的vlan 2删除了。
三、添加端口创建完了vlan,就可以把端口添加到相应的vlan里,方法是:先进入vlan,比如vlan 2,就可以看到提示符变成了vlan2提示符了,然后再输入Port interface g1/0/1 to g1/0/2,这样就把1口和2口都添加到vlan 2里了。
如果1口已经在vlan 2里,现在想调整,将1口变成vlan3里的端口我们可以输入:Vlan 3,提示符变成vlan 3了,然后再输入port interface g1/0/1就可以了。
四、添加静态路由如果内网增加了vlan,而且这个段里的机器也要访问外网,需要在交换机里执行:Ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.100.2 (0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0代表任意ip,192.168.100.2是下一跳的ip,即防火墙的内口ip),同样需要在防火墙上向内网做一条反向的静态路由。
五、给vlan增加网关Interface vlan 2//选择vlan2Ip address 192.168.2.1 255.255.255.0//给vlan2添加IP做完了网关,这样vlan里的所有用户只要将网关改成这些对应vlan地址就可以自动路由六、传送单播包缺省在交换机里划分了vlan,交换机就自动的隔离了广播,这样的话,不同vlan里的机器就不能通过访问机器名的方式去访问别的机器,如果还想使用基于机器名的方式访问,需要在交换机下做允许广播包通过的命令。
Interface vlan 3\\进入到要转发广播包的vlan里[h3c-interface-vlan3]udp-helper server 192.168.5.5\\指定允许192.168.5.5的udp广播包过。

一、网络设备日常维护---日操作
1、检查CPU使用情况以及进程

检查CPU使用情况
说明:检查cpu 值是否超70%
2、察看内存使用情况
#display memory
察看内存使用情况
说明:内存使用率是否超70%
3、显示IP流量统计信息
#disp ip statistic
显示IP流量信息
说明:
4、显示接口当前运行状态和统计信息
#display interface [type number ]
查看接口的tcp/ip 信息
说明:主要查看packets input、packets output、input errors、output errors 5、查看板卡工作状态

说明:检查设备板卡运行状态
6、查看无异常告警
# display alarm record all
7、检查显示日志缓冲区记录的信息
#display logbuffer
说明:对日志系统进行审计,查看系统运行状态
8、测试整个网络可达性和连通性
#ping A.B.C.D
说明:可以选取关键的网络地址、服务器地址进行测试,主要关注延时和丢包率。
9、检查并显示到达目标的包路径
#tracert A.B.C.D
说明:可以选取不同网段地址进行跟踪测试,主要经过路由的跳数和延时。
10、显示系统保存的用于启动的配置文件
#display startup
说明:查看保存的配置信息
11、显示当前配置内容
#display current-configuration
说明:查看正在运行的配置信息。
一般用于正在对设备进行配置时显示当前正在运行配置数据12、显示IP路由表中的信息
#display ip routing-table
说明:显示整个IP路由表信息。
主要是和以前的配置信的BaseLine进行比较。
二、网络设备日常维护---月操作
1、检查设备状态灯是否正常
请至少每月查看一次设备的状态灯是否正常(现场)。
2、配置文件的检查核对
说明:对设备配置文将进行检查,并和上次备份的配置文件进行核对
3、标签检查
说明:对设备各个端口的标签进行检查是否完好,或是否有新增的连接端口标签是否完整。
4、检查环境状态
#display environment
说明:显示各个槽位板卡的温度,比较是否超过上限温度,如以下信息:

5、配置文件的备份
[Quidway] ftp server enable ;启动FTP 服务器
[Quidway] local-user quidway ;配置本地用户名
[Quidway] local-user quidway service-type ftp ;授权用户可以使用FTP
[Quidway] local-user quidway password simple huawei;配置用户验证密码
[Quidway] local-user quidway ftp-directory flash:/ftp/quidway;配置FTP 用户的授权信息
ftp登录网络设备,通过ftp方式下载备份文件
6、显示时钟
#display clock
说明:检查设备的时间,通常情况下整个网络的所有设备的时间应该是一致的,这有利于日志审计,根据日志排障。
三、网络设备日常维护---季度操作
1、显示系统硬件和软件版本
display version
说明:显示硬件配置、软件版本等信息。
2、检查运行的IOS软件信息
dir flash:/
说明:显示flash 的ios软件版本信息
3、设备密码更改
说明:定期修改enable密码。
