地下水是农村地区的重要水源,但存在处理设施管理水平低以及出水铁、锰浓度经

常超标的现象,水质安全保障性差。研发出了一体化除铁除锰滤罐,并与超滤技术耦合形成接触氧

化/超滤除铁除锰组合工艺。近4个月的生产性运行结果表明,滤罐具有良好的除铁除锰效果,出水总铁和总锰的含量分别达到0.20和0.04mg /L ,对氨氮也有较好的去除效果。超滤出水总铁和总锰平均值分别为0.01和0.03mg /L ,浊度平均值达0.10NTU ,显著提高了除铁除锰滤罐出水水

质的稳定性和保障率。在恒定膜通量为50L /(m 2

·h )、过滤周期为45min 的条件下,超滤膜的跨膜压差平均增长率仅为0.26kPa /d ,膜污染得到了有效控制,实现了长期稳定运行。接触氧化/超

滤除铁除锰组合工艺的出水水质完全达到了《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)的要求,为今后超滤技术在地下水除铁除锰领域的应用提供了有益的参考。

Groundwater is an important drinking water source in rural areas.But the iron and

manganese contents in treated water often exceed standards because of poor management of water treat-ment facilities ,leading to unsafe drinking water quality.An integrated filter tank for iron and manganese removal by contact oxidation was developed ,and a new combined treatment process of contact oxidation and ultrafiltration for iron and manganese removal was established by coupling with ultrafiltration.A full-scale experiment using the combined treatment process was carried out for about four months of operation.Results showed that iron and manganese were effectively removed by the integrated filter tank.Total iron and total manganese contents in the effluent of the integrated filter tank were 0.20mg /L and 0.04mg /L ,respectively.Effective removal of ammonia nitrogen was also observed.The average values of total iron and total manganese in the effluent of ultrafiltration were 0.01mg /L and 0.03mg /L ,respectively ,and the average turbidity was 0.10NTU.The stability and security of the effluent quality of the individual in-tegrated filter tanks were effectively improved by the ultrafiltration process.The average increment of the
