Job Description
1、Assume overall responsibility for the housekeeping;Oversee and direct all the daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry and Recreation and Health Club; Ensure a safe, clean, comfortable, convenient and tranquil environment of the hotel.
Before entering a guest's room, knock at the door three times slightly, and then announce :“Housekeeping .May I come in?”
在進客人房間前,輕敲門三下,然後通報:“客房服 務員。我能進來嗎?”
如果客人不想馬上打掃房間或者做晚床,要詢問 何時方便,然後在客人認為方便的時間再回房間 打掃。
