近年来制造业成为国家大力支持和发展的行业,机床工业是制造业的基础与关键。然而,有限元分析技术的应用,对于缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量,降低制造成本,增强企业竞争力具有重要意义。本文以闭式压力机机身为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS 作为分析工具,进行有限元静态、模态分析,并根据分析结果进行机身结构改进设计研究。本文对闭式压力机机身结构进行受力分析,采用均布载荷的方法对机身进行加载,将地脚螺栓加以全约束,然后进行计算处理,对机身的变形大小和应力分布进行分析,从而定量确定机身的薄弱环节,并用有限元方法计算了机身的角变形。由于各项参数都有富余,所以根据分析结果,提出三种改进方案以减少机身材料。
运用ANSYS Workbench进行模态分析,分析其固有频率以及对应的振型。了解该压力机的模态特征和动态特征,为结构的设计和改进提供了理论依据。最后对论文的研究内容进行了总结和展望。

Abstract
In recent years, our country has been fully supporting and developing the manufacturing industry, whose foundation and key lies in the machine tool industry. However, the application of finite element analysis is significant in shortening the period of production development, increasing the quality of production, reducing the cost of manufacture and improving the enterprise competitive ability.Static and modal this present dissertation using finite element analysis software ANSYS, and some improvement designs of press frame structure have been recommended based on the results of analysis. This paper analyses the stress put on the frame of closed press, loading on the frame of closed press using uniform load, keeping the anchor bolts to all DOF and then calculating the result.The weakness of the frame is found by analyzing the distribution of stress and deformation. Angular deformation is calculated by FEM. Because all parameters meet the requirements, this paper puts forward three other methods to save material.
Modal analysis using ANSYS Workbench is to resolve its inherent frequency and corresponding mode shapes. It can help to understand the modal characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the structure. It also provides a theoretical basis and foundation foe design and improvement of the structure. Finally the paper's research contents are summarized and discussed.
