Nowadays more and more people like eating hamburgs and drinking milk. It caused a very serious problem in their diet. The key point of keeping health is keeping a good diet. There is a told, ‘Eat an apple per day, keep the doctor away’. One of my best friend is a nurse, she is very good at keeping a healthy lifestyle. She once told me that, “People always want to know how can I keep a good shape and health like this. I think I don’t exercise too much but eat very carefully with health food like fruit and vegetable, proper meat is accepted.”
My favorite season
I love summer, summer is a very beautiful season. Because I like sunshine of the beach, thriving trees and some attractive star sky in summer night. So I really want to move to the southern country, in order to enjoy summer everyday. With our online shopping developing rapidly, many people choose to shop online. As for me, I had just bought a cell phone in online shop, both price and quality are good . I think the environment of online shopping is much better than before. 1 year ago I had bought a T-shirt online, but I felt it not suit for me after tried it on. When I ask the shop keeper to return sales, he don’t agree at first time, after over one week struggle, he finally agreed that.
