由于如馨学习刻苦努力以及在语言方面所取得的进步,学校多次给她颁发证书,比如,“outstanding effort in english”, “working really hard on reading”, “being very quick at maths” 等等。

Especially ourparents are very busy. Every boys and girls, please imagine this: your parents go away on business, but you have to stay at home alone. Would lifeas easy as when your parents are around? Would it be a perfect holiday for you?Once, my parents both go on business. I worry Where would I find food? How would I cook it? Actually I know little about cooking.I can fill an empty stomach with tomato and egg soup, but that’s all. I think man y of my classmates are the same. We wouldn’t know what to do, or how to look after ourselves. So I don’t think teenagers get enough practice. My friends said that they did their homework until 10 o’clock, it’s so late! Most teenagers only have time for t heir homework. They don’t learn any life skills until they go to college. But why it happens? In my opinion, many teenagers depend too much ontheir parents, and there is much more to learn than cooking, liketidying up your room or even dressing yourself properly. If we want to solve this problem, there’s a way: Try our best to do some things on our own. A human first need be a self-help person, then he will be a successful man.My lecture is over. Thanks for everyone.。
I will never forget the moment of reading apple, chocolate, and monkey……again and again following my mother when I was five. And she often encouraged me that I did well in English. In grade 3, I took part in an English contest, I prepared a story. I practiced every morning and night. At last, I came first in the contest, which made me more confident! For a very good chance, I took part in the competition of Stars of Hope(希望之星)I give a story to the judgers, they smiled to me as if they are saying—well done! I was very happy! The other students who were listening said I did a good job, too! I felt very proud of myself!Today I’m so excited to have this chance, standing here to attend the competition again! I will do my efforts to prove myself. I believe I can! Thank you!我就是我(在以上的基础上加上)Today I’ll don’t mind win or lose, because I am who I am! I’m very happy to share my dream with you today. My dream is to be an English teacher. Teaching is a great job, teachers like the gardeners of motherland, nurturing the trees and flowers. I also want to be this kind of gardener.Teachers are not rich, but I think it is happy to talk with children. And I think I will be a very good teacher. I will make my students do less homework on Sunday. I will be nice to my students. Playing with the children is happy to me. I will take them to the park to enjoy the beautiful flowers and the grasses.I hope my dream will come true. I'll work hard for my dreams and never give up.运动:As you know, sports can help the body to keep healthy. I enjoy many kinds of sports, such as swimming, running, and dancing. However, the sport that I like best is swimming. BecauseI like water very much. During summer vacations, I go swimming with my mother, although I should get up very early every day, I do not feel hard, because I can enjoy the cool summer water. In the other hand, swimming is a good sport, it can exercise every parts of our body, when you swimming, you should move your hand, your leg, your head, and every body parts should cooperate with each other. Swimming can make me more and more slim.So dear friends, lets go swimming together. Every season has its beautiful views in south china. For me, I love spring.Firstly, spring can make lives alive. Spring is beautiful and green, the leaves turn to be green suddenly and the rain will visit my hometown from time to time. Grass extends his head out of the ground, the willow sends out green bud, the river burst into song. In spring, the sky is very blue, the cloud is white, and the air is fresh. The spring is evident everywhere. Spring make me feel happy. In spring, the weather is always sunny and warm, usually I go travelling, sometimes I go hiking and climb mountains, I like spring.Secondly, the spring is a start for the whole year. People always make some conclusion of the last year and plan their goals for the coming year in the spring and start to try hard for them. "Well begun, half done".From this sentence, you can tell how important the spring is for all of us. We students are the builders and masters of the country. It is important for us to know how to be a good student .As far as I think, there are many important traits, the traits like this:Nowadays,Some students may have wrong ideas of what a good student is. They think a good student should study all the subjects well and listen to the teachers all the time, but actually these ones don't care about anything except study.Firstly, we must have clear world values. We must know what we should do and what we shouldn't do.Secondly, good students should learn as much as possible. So a good student always tries to learn from both text-books and other books. H owever, we can’t always study alone, sometimes you need a discussion, don’t forget to work together with your friends, it will be great help to you.Thirdly, a strong character and will-power are also needed, because we have troubles every day. How to face the difficulties in study and our lives is very important. A good student won't be afraid of difficulties, we'll always try our best to meet the challenge, and we will never give up.In short, let us try our best to become a good student! Computers play an important role in the modern world. Today they are used in many areas of human activities, such as business, industry, science and education.I'm a primary school student. I always search for information on my PC, make PPT or type my articles and sometimes listen to music, play games on the computer at the weekends. Sometimes I write e-mails to my friends on the computer, too. I often chat with people with QQ. I usually do my homework on the computer, too! It's very easy.I also enjoying watching programs on-line, because I can find my favorite programs easily, when I watching TV, I should wait for the advertisement and watch the programs on time. But in computer, I can watch my favorite programs any time, and needn't wait for advertisements. I seldom buy things on the computer, because I don't know it. I sometimes go to the forums at the weekends, there are many people, and it's very interesting. How about you, my friend? There are many beautiful trips in my heart, but the best trip is in 2011(two thousand and eleven), I went to visit the Changzhou. We went to the dinosaur park. There were so many different dinosaurs. I was very exciting! And then we took a bath in the hot spring, wow! It was a wonderful experience! After that, we played in the Lubu Paradise. We went swimming and played games! We all didn't want to go home because everything is so beautiful, and there are so many other exciting things to try, but sadly it was time for us to go. It was certainly an exciting trip. If I have a chance to go there again, I will be more than happy to visit the place. Never Give Up (success and failure成与败win and lose赢与输)“If I could reach higher, just for one moment to touch the sky…”---this is from my favorite song Reach.I still remember, when I was at school, I practice speaking English with others. My classmates all said : “What a strange girl she is ! She thinks she is smart!” I told myself: I like English, I’ll never give it!But the pressure still led me into despair. “Am I destined to be laughed at by others?” Unwilling to submit to the fate, I paid more efforts on my English than others did. Because I just want to catch every little opportunity to prove myself.#希望之星冠军曹丰演讲稿Our Future: A Battle between Dreams and RealityWhen I was in the primary school, I have a dream. I want to invent a device which could bring you from one p lace to another in no time at all. When I was in the secondary school, my dream was to study in my ideal univ ersity. And when eventually I got into the university, my dream was to graduate. How pathetic! When we grow up, we dream less and become more realistic. Why? Why do we have to change our dreams, so, so in order to let it be "fulfilled"? Why do we have to surrender to the so-called "reality"? Wh at IS the reality actually?Ladies and gentlemen, the reality is not real. It is a barrier keeping us from all the possible fantasies. Flying, f or example, had been a dream to mankind for thousands of years. A hundred years ago, "man could not fly" w as still regarded as the "reality". Now if that was really the reality, what did the Wright brothers do? How did s ome of you get to Macau? Only when we believe that the reality is not real can we soar with our dreams. People say that our future is a battle between the reality and our dreams. And if, unfortunately, Mr. Reality wi ns this war, then I see no future of mankind at all. AIDS will never be curable as this IS the reality; People livi ng in the undeveloped countries will suffer from starvation forever as this IS the reality; 4)Disputes among dif ferent countries would never be settled as this misunderstandings and intolerance IS the reality.Ladies and gentlemen, how many of you have a dream of being able to make a lot of money? Please raise you r hands. Oh, quite a number of you! Actually, ladies and gentlemen, this is not a dream, but a task. Every one of us has to make a living, right? Anyway I hope your task will be accomplished. How many of you think that you have already fulfilled your dream and that you don't dream anymore? Dear 5)adjudicators, what do you th ink? C.S. Lewis once said, "You are never too old to dream a new dream." So for our future, please dream and be unrealistic. Now that I am a university student, my goal is to graduate with excellences. But at the same time, I have a dre am deeply rooted in our future. One day, people living in the areas now 6)sweltering with the horror of wars w ill be able to sit with their families and enjoy their every moment. One day, people from the rich countries are willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries and those from the poor countries will even tually be able to make their own happy living themselves. One day, different cultures in this age of globalizati on will coexist with tolerance and the unfriendly confrontations among them will be 7)eliminated. One day, th e globe will share the dream with me and we will all contribute to making our dream come true. One day, our dream will defeat the reality! Thank you very much. 。

Theconductor waves his shiny baton with a graceful swing through the air. A beautiful melody floats slowly around youYou sit quietly with your eyes shut, your heart open. The delicate vibratos of the violins carry you to a moodof heavenly bliss. An airy solo of the flute draws you to the imagination, the notes flow like some jumping swallows dancing and singing calling for the coming of Spring.I like music from my childhood. My father often says when I was a baby I would never go to sleep without soft, beautiful lullabies crooning around my ears . Now music is a part of my life. When I feel tired, disappointed or in low spirits, I usually turn to music. Music, nothing but only music can have so wonderful an effect on my heart, on my pond of feeling.Music comes with us. Where there is life, there is music. Where there is music, there is hope. It lies in everyday life, in everyone’s life, in everything we see, in everything we hear-- in the rhythm of the sea, in the whisper of a gentle wind, in the melody of a bird’s singing, in the harmony of village chimes. You can hear music wherever you may go . A man who doesn’t know music will lose half the world. A nation that pays little or no attention to music will be a sad nation.A world without music would be the one for the dead anddevils. So dear friends, let’s open our arms to embrace music and enjoy it throughout our lives. Love music and love life.Thank you.篇六:大学希望之星英语风采大赛演讲稿欣赏大学希望之星英语风采大赛演讲稿欣赏youth and faith崔乐怡个人简介:my name is tiffany, a year 2 student from the university of macau. i am currently an active member of the university public speaking team, president of the honours college student association, and also the vice president of the event department in marketing society. i am very active and outgoing. i enjoy being with people, engaged in conversations with them so that i can understand them more. i like public speaking as it can help increase my self-esteem and self-confidence.aside from public speaking, i am also good at english recitation. i have joined the macao-wide english individualrecitation for a number of times when i was studying in the secondary school.演讲稿:imagine a car without a steering wheel. tough to imagine, right well, actually that’s the image you see if a person has no faith. faith helps to guide us in our lives, encourage us to persist, and give directions when we are lost.in this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined. what we have to do is to follow. yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past. we do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives.it is like driving from a muddy road into a highway. in the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formedonly by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass. the road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over. when we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second. however, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different. the road is smooth, straight, and visible. since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel. one may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheelnevertheless, one cannot foresee the future. accidents do happen. for example, a car may suddenly appear in front of you. at such times, if you did not have the steering wheel, how could you make a sudden turn just as no one could foresee the sichuan earthquake nor the japan tsunami. if the one being trapped under the debris did not have faith, he/she would not have survived until being rescued. if we did not have faith, we could not recover from our sadnessand rebuild our home.faith is unique, just as happiness is. we feel happy fordifferent reasons, we believe for different things. how can we know what we believe in recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life. what pulled you back into the world what pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again that is your faith, your belief. faith is what makes you feel you can when others say you can’t. Good morning everyone, now is my turn to the speech.
