In Nancy’s inner awakening process, even if “shame”, “inferiority complex” once let her halt, trembling restlessness, linger for a long time in rose’s house door, but in the end she still said: “but my heart is still not completely corrosion off by evil.”
Therefore, if we can feel sorry for Nancy’s misfortune, angry for her evil, but, then she delivered Oliver from suffering forever and gave her own life, is impressive and greatness.
He loved the nice things in life such as game and amateurish drama
Dickens who became famous could not bear to walk past the door of the factory where he labored during his childhood again so as not to evoke painful memories unbearable to recall. In a word, unmerciful capital exploitation caused serious result, which had become decadent situation beyond retrieval of British ruler. Nancy was only the embodiment of thousands of unemployed man and homeless people above.

One of Dickens’ most enduringly popular stories published 1837-8. central theme: the hardship faced by the dispossessed and those of the outside of rough society.
At the end all the bad men received punishment. When Oliver visited Fagin in prison, I was moved by his so kind behavior. When he was a little boy, he suffered from other children could not bear. No matter how hard the situation was, he still held good hope and kindness in his heart. Therefore, he got help from kind-hearted people who knew his life experience and got happiness. I am moved by this inspirational story and this brave, kind little boy.

He yearns for the good life, and the yearning supporting him. He just wants a simple life which has a warm place to sleep, a meaning thing to do. And that’s why he depends on Mr. Brownlow. One good turn deserves another Good report, Oliver had a good life with Mr. Brownlow after he experienced a twists and turns. I believe it can help him be strong!
Charles Dickens, was the most popular English novelist of the Victorian era and one of the most popular of all time. He created some of literature's mostresentative(代表) of English critical realism (批判 现实主义),
Dickens's novels works to expose social problems, such as almshouses, child labor, as well as gang absorption of young people involved in crime. This may also have the shadow of his experience. At the age of 12, his father got some trouble and went in prison, Dickens was sent to London ,a shoe polish field as an apprentice, working 10 hours a day. Perhaps because of this experience, makes Dickens more concerned about the living conditions of the working people who live in the lower rungs of society.

雾都孤儿英文ppt
A young prostitute and one of Fagin’s former child pickpockets. Nancy is also Bill Sikes’s lover. Her love for Sikes and her sense of moral decency come into conflict when Sikes abuses Oliver. Despite her criminal lifestyle, she is among the noblest characters in the novel. In the end, she gives her life for Oliver when Sikes murders her for revealing Monks’s plots.
Oliver’s mother has been found very sick in the street, and she gives birth to Oliver just before she dies. Oliver himself is born in a workhouse and treated cruelly. The story follows Oliver as he escapes the workhouse and runs away to London. There, he is picked up by “Artful Dodger”, who’s one of the Jew Fagin’s gang of boys and taken to Fagin’s den in the London slums. Since then, he was trained to be a pickpocket.
