SECTION 2. HAZARD IDENTIFICATION

Objects and Liquid Entry – Care should be taken so that objects do notfall and liquids are not spilled into any openings or vents located on theproduct.8. Attachments – Do not use attachments not recommended by the productmanufacturer.9. Lightning and Power Surge Protection – Unplug the unit from the wallsocket and disconnect the antenna or cable system during a lightning stormor when it is left unattended and unused for long periods of time. This willprevent damage to the product due to lightning and power-line surges.10. Overloading – Do not overload wall sockets, extension cords, or integralconvenience receptacles as this can result in a risk of fire or electric shock.11. Damage Re quiring Se rvice – The unit should be serviced by qualifiedservice personnel when:A. the power supply cable or plug has been damaged.B. objects have fallen into or liquid has been spilled into the enclosure.C. the unit has been exposed to rain.D. the unit has been dropped or the enclosure damaged.E. the unit exhibits a marked change in performance or does not operatenormally.12. Periods of Nonuse – If the unit is to be left unused for an extended periodof time, such as a month or longer, the power cable should be unplugged fromthe unit to prevent damage or corrosion.13. Servicing – The user should not attempt to service the unit beyond thosemethods described in the user’s operating instructions. Charge level indicator buttonImportant!It is essential that you read the instructions in this manual before operating this machine.Subject to technical modifications.Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery operated (cordless) power tool.The product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.Please read and observe these instructions before using the product.⏹When battery pack is not in use, keep it away fromother metal objects such as paper clips, coins, keys,nails, screws or other small metal objects that canmake a connection from one terminal to another.Shorting the battery terminals together may causesparks, burns or fire.⏹Do not place battery tools or their batteries near fireor heat. This will reduce the risk of explosion andpossible injury.⏹Do not crush, drop or damage battery pack. Do not usea battery pack or charger that has been dropped orreceived a sharp blow. A damaged battery is subject toexplosion. Properly dispose of a dropped or damagedbattery immediately.⏹Batteries can explode in the presence of a sourceof ignition, such as a pilot light. To reduce the riskof serious personal injury, never use any cordlessproduct in the presence of open flame. An explodedbattery can propel debris and chemicals. If exposed,flush with water immediately.⏹Do not charge battery tool in a damp or wet location.Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock.⏹For best results, charge the battery tool in a locationwhere the temperature is more than 10°C but less than37°C. To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, donot store outside or in vehicles.⏹Under extreme usage or temperature conditions,battery leakage may occur. If liquid comes in contactwith the skin, wash immediately with soap and water,then neutralize with lemon juice or vinegar. If liquidgets into the eyes, flush them with clean water forat least 10 minutes, then seek immediate medicalattention. Following this rule will reduce the risk ofserious personal injury.Use the battery pack for Ryobi One+ 18V cordlessproducts only.BATTERY PROTECTION FEATURESRyobi One+ 18V lithium-ion battery packs are designedwith features that monitor and protect the lithium-ion cells(active, standby, shut off and sleep modes ) and maximizebattery life.⏹The tool may stop during use to prevent overheating oroverloading of the battery (active mode). In this case,release the trigger to reset and resume operation.⏹If this does not reactivate the tool, the battery iscompletely discharged (stand-by or sleep mode) andneeds to be charged in a compatible charger.⏹The battery can be recharged in stand-by or sleepmode. It is not necessary to completely discharge thebattery pack before recharging.NOTE: A completely discharged battery (sleep mode)needs reactivation before the charging process begins. Toreactivate a battery in sleep mode, place the battery in thecharger and wait for 90 seconds. If the charging processdoes not begin, please remove the battery and wait for 30seconds. Then start a second attempt to re-activate thebattery by placing it in the charger. If the charging processdoes not begin after 3 attempts, the battery may be faulty.In this case, have the battery serviced by a qualifi ed repairperson using only identical replacement parts.NOTE: The LED charge indicator light will not work if thebattery protection feature has caused the battery pack tostop powering the tool (sleep mode). When the chargerresets the battery pack, the LED will again function.⏹The One+ 18V lithium-ion battery packs are equippedwith an additional SHUT-OFF mode, minimizing self-discharge of the battery while the battery is not in use.It will be reactivated automatically when used with atool or by pressing the LED gauge.NOTE: In SHUT-OFF mode, the battery will show lowvoltage when tested with a volt-meter. Use the batteryin a tool or press the LED gauge for read-out of theactual voltage.COLD WEATHER OPERATIONThe lithium-ion battery pack can be used in temperaturesdown to -10°C. Put the battery pack on a tool and use thetool in light duty application. After a while, the battery packwill warm up and begin operating normally.CHARGING THE BATTERY PACKBattery packs are shipped in a low charge condition toprevent possible problems. Make sure itis the required power supply.⏹Make sure the latches on each side of the battery packsnap into place and the battery pack is secured in thecharger before beginning operation.⏹Place the battery pack in the charger aligning raisedrib on the battery pack with the groove in the charger.⏹The battery pack will become slightly warm to thetouch while charging. This is normal and does notindicate a problem.NOTE: Do not place the charger and battery pack in anarea of extreme heat or cold. They will work best at normalroom temperature.⏹Place charger on hard surface not soft (carpet, etc.),when charging batteries.⏹When batteries become fully charged, unplug thecharger from power supply and remove the batterypack.⏹To remove battery pack from the charger, depress thelatches on each side of the battery pack.⏹After normal usage, a minimum of 1 hour chargingtime is required to fully recharge the battery pack.CHARGING A HOT BATTERY PACKWhen using a tool continuously, the battery pack willbecome hot. A hot battery pack should be let to cool beforeattempting to recharge. When a hot battery pack is placedon the charger, the charger may indicate the battery packis not ready to charge. (WARNING: IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET SERIOUS FIRE, DAMAGE YOUR DEVICE, CREATE THE PROBABILITY OF PROPERTY DAMAGE, COLLATERAL DAMAGE AND SERIOUS INJURY WITH WRONG OPRATION APPROACH.IF UNEXPECTED SITUATIONS HAPPEN, PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY AND REASONABLE MEASURES TIMELY TO PREVENT THE EXPANSION OFTHE DAMAGE.)DISCHARGING• Never discharge Batteries at amperage rates higher than specified on Batteries’ labels.• Never allow the temperature of Batteries to exceed 140° F during discharge. Adequate cooling for Batteries is required, especiallywhen discharging at or near maximum rates.• Never discharge Batteries to voltage below which they are rated by the manufacturer when measured under load(connected to the vehicle or a charger capable of discharge). Batteries discharged to a voltage lower than the lowest approved voltage may be damaged, resulting in loss of performance and potential fire when Batteries are charged.• Never discharge battery to a level below 3V per cell under load.• For Tattu series batteries which are used for Unmanned Aircraft system, The recommended cut off voltage is 3.5V per cell.• Never leave battery unattended during the discharging process. During the discharging process, usershould monitor the process constantly and react to potential problem that may occur.• In case of emergency, discontinue the process immediately, disconnect the battery,place it in a safe area, and observe it for approximately one hour. This may cause the battery to leak and the reaction with air may cause the chemicals to ignite, resulting in a fire. A safe area should be outside of any building or vehicle and away from any combustible materials. A battery can still ignite even after one hour.•User need to check the conditions of the battery before use it or discharge it. Stop using it if user found the cells are not balanced or cells are puffing or weeping.BEFORE CHARGING•Please read the charger instruction book before charging.•Always check the voltage of Batteries before each charge session in order to ensure they are at or above the minimum safestarting voltage. If starting voltage is below recommended levels then Batteries have been over discharged or have experienced afailure and should NOT be charged.•Always check the battery before charging for any type of damage. Check the battery packaging, wires and connectors for defects, which may causea short circuit and eventual battery failure.•Make sure you are using charge leads which are compatible with the battery connectors.•User should check the polarity of the battery cable and charger lead carefully before the connection to avoid any short circuit.•Always verify the charger is in good condition. A poor quality charger can be dangerous.It is solely your responsibility to assure that the charger you use works properly. Always monitor the charging process to assure batteries are being charged properly. Failure to do so may result in a fire.CHARGING• Only use charger designed for lithium polymer/Li-ion battery. Do not use a NIMH/NICD/LIFEPO4/LEAD ACID charger.If the charger can support different battery types. Be absolutely sure to select the Lithium polymer(Lipo) mode on the charger. Failure to do so may cause a fire, which may result in personal injury and property damage.• User should Always charge Batteries in an open area away from flammable materials, liquids and surfaces.• Never charge Batteries inside of the model.• Never charge Batteries that are hot to the touch (above 100° F). DO NOT handle Batteries until they are cool.• User should Always set the charger to the proper cell count and/or voltage listed on Batteries’ labels.•User should Always set the charger to the amp charge rate as listed on Batteries’ labels.The charger should never be set to charge Batteries at a rate greater than 1C (One (1) times the capacity of Batteries in amp hours)unless another C rate is specified in the manufacturer’s product documentation or the rate is preset as part of a specific battery and charger combination. DO NOT alter the charge rate once charging has begun.•Never overcharge Batteries beyond the capacity listed on Batteries’ labels.•Never overcharge batteries over their rated maximal voltage (4.2V/cell for LiPo).• It must choose series charging if two or more battery packs be connected in series for using.• Use suitable and good quality chargers, please don’t use cheap and low quality chargers, use the professional Lithium polymer charger to charge the Gensace& Tattu battery. When charging, please make sure the surroundings is clean, without sundries around. Don’t charge without monitoring. Using lipo sack is suggested when charging to ensure the charging safety. Stop charging timely when the battery is fully charged. Do not connect the charger and the battery for a long time when the battery is fully charged. We will not be responsible for any personal injury and property lost or any kind accident that caused by improper charging.STORAGE• Do not directly connect the terminals with metal objects. This will short-circuit Batteries, resulting in heat and electrical discharge.• Never store loose Batteries together, the Batteries’ terminals may contact one another causing a short circuit.•Never storage Batteries to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight. The battery should be stored within -10℃~45℃ range environmental condition. If the battery has to be stored for a long time (Over 3 months), the environmental condition should be:Temperature: 23±5℃ Humidity:65±20%RHThe voltage for a long time storage should be 3.6V~3.9V range per cell.•Always disconnect Batteries when not in use and store Batteries in a non-conductive and fireproof container.• Never alter, puncture or impact Batteries or related components.SAFETY•Reverse charging is prohibited. The cell shall be connected correctly. The polarity has to be confirmed before wiring, In case of the cell is connected improperly, the cell cannot be charged.Simultaneously, the reverse charging may cause damaging to the cell which may lead to degradation of cell performance and damage the cell safety, and could cause heat generation orLeakage.•Never strike battery with any sharp edge parts•Trim your nail or wear glove before taking battery•Never open or deform folding edge of the cell•Never Fall, hit, bend battery body•Never disassemble the cells. The disassembling may generate internal short circuit in the cell, which may cause gassing, firing, or other problems•LIPO battery should not have liquid from electrolyte flowing, but in case the electrolyte come into contact with the skin, or eyes, physiciansshall flush the electrolyte immediately with fresh water and medical advice is to be sought.•Never incinerate nor dispose the cells in fire. These may cause firing of the cells, which is very dangerous and is prohibited. The cellsshall never be soaked with liquids such as water, seawater drinks such as soft drinks, juices coffee or others.•The battery replacement shall be done only by either cells supplier or device supplier and never be done by the user.The cells might be damaged during shipping by shock. If any abnormal features of the cells are found such as damages in a plastic envelop of the cell, deformation of the cell package, smelling of electrolyte, electrolyte leakage and others, the cells shall never be used any more.The cells with a smell of the electrolyte or a leakage shall be placed away from fire to avoid firing.•If at any time the battery becomes damaged, hot, begins to balloon or swell, discontinue charging or discharging immediately. Quickly andsafely disconnect the battery from the charger or model. Then place the battery and/or charger in a safe, open area,away from flammable materials inside a fireproof container (such as a LiPo safety bag). After one hour, if the battery condition has stabilized,remove the battery from service. Do not continue to handle, attempt to use, or ship the battery. Charging 1.1ChargingCurrent:Charging current should be less than maximum charge current specified in theSpecification Approval Sheet.1.2 Charging Voltage:Charging voltage should be less than the maximum nominal voltage 4.2V, andthe charging voltage upper limited is 4.30V(single pack).1.3 Charging Temperature:The cell should be charged within the range specified in this Specification ApprovalSheet.1.4 Notes:Since charging with constant current or constant voltage, reverse charging isprohibited. In case of the cell is connected improperly, the cell cannot be charged.Simultaneously, the reverse charging may cause damaging to the cell whichmay lead to degradation of cell performance and damage the cell safety, andcould cause heat generation or leakage.2. Discharging Current:The cell shall be discharged at less than the maximum discharge current specified in the Specification Approval Sheet. High discharging current may reduce the discharging capacity significantly or cause over-heat.3. Discharging TemperatureDischarging Temperature should be within the range specified in this Specification Approval Sheet.4.Over-DischargeOver-discharging will cause cell low-performance and function loss. The cell would be in a over-discharged state by its self-discharge characteristic. In order to prevent over-discharging, the cell shall be charged periodically to maintain between 3.6V and 3.9V. 5. Protective Circuit Module5.1 The cell / battery pack shall be with a PCM that can protect cell / battery packproperly. PCM shall have functions of(1) Overcharging prevention(2) Over-discharging prevention(3) Over current prevention to maintain safety and prevent significant deterioration5.2 Overcharging ProtectionOvercharging prevention function shall stop charging if any cell of the battery packreaches 4.30V.5.3 Over-discharging protectionOver-discharging protection function shall monitor the voltage of every cell in the pack, and work to avoid further drop in the cell voltage of 2.9V or less.6. StorageCells should be stored in proper temperature specified in Specification ApprovalSheet.7. AppearanceIt shall be free from any defects such as remarkable scratches, breaks, cracks,discoloration, leakage or deformation .8. Notice△!8.1 Handling of cells:Avoid any short-circuit, it will caused the pole hot and lost electronic functions.Soft packing is very damaged by sharp edge parts such as needles and knives.Avoid cells touch with sharp edge part, when handling and storage.Beside the poles is the sealed edge. Don’t bend or fold dealing edge, for it is a sensitive part.Don’t open the folding edge on both sides of the cells.Don’t bend the tabs, for the tabs are not so stubborn.Avoid mechanical shock to the cells.Don’t put the cells into the heater, washing machine or high-voltage container.Don’t use the charger without any safety guarantee, and recommend you use specified charger.You should immediately stop charging, as cell is overheating, delivery any smell, changed color, distortion etc.Before Children use batteries, adults should explain the usage first.Before use batteries, please read the handling guideline carefully and fully understand.Away from the static-electronic field, while using, charging and storing cells.Don’t put the cells together with metal conductors such as chains, barrette, bolt into the pocket or stored them together.Don’t use metal conductor to shortcut the positive and negative poles.Don’t mis-assemble the positive pole with the negative one.8.2 Notice for Designing Battery Pack8.2.1 Package DesignBattery pack should have sufficient strength and battery should be protected from mechanical shock.No sharp edge components should be inside the pack containing the battery.8.2.2 PCM DesignThe overcharge threshold voltage should not be exceed 4.30V (single pack)The over-discharge threshold voltage should not be lower than 2.9V (single pack)8.3 Notice for Assembling Battery Pack8.3.2 Tab connectionUltrasonic welding or spot welding is recommended to connect battery with PCM or other parts.If apply manual solder method to connect tab with PCM, below notice is very important to ensure battery performance.8.3.2.1 The solder iron should be temperature controlled and ESDsafe.8.3.2.2 Soldering temperature should not exceed 350℃.8.3.2.3 Soldering time should not be longer than 3 seconds .8.3.2.4 Keep battery tab cold down before next time soldering.8.3.2.5 Directly heat cell body is strictly prohibited. Battery shouldbe damaged by heat above approx. 60℃.8.3.3 Cell fixingThe battery should be fixed to the battery pack by its large surface area.No sharp edge at the assembling position.No cell movement in the battery pack should be allowed.9.Others9.1 The disassembling may generate internal shout circuit in the cell, which may causegassing, firing, or other problem.9.2 Prohibition of dumping of cells into fireNever incinerate or dispose the cells in fire, for these may cause firing of the cells.9.3 The cells should never be soaked with liquids such as water, drinks or oil.9.4 Prohibit using the cells mixed with different manufactories. Prohibit using new cellsmixed with old ones.▲Special Notice: If the cell isn’t used for a long time, Please Keep the cells in half-charged state, which is keeping them unfully charged or incompletely discharged. Recharge the cells and use half of the power after 2-3months. Store the cells in cool and dry place. It will protect the cell from damage effectively and long-term.10. 1930 毫安超大电量电池正负极【电池正面背面侧面展示:电池尺寸为63.5×41×5.99mm】4使用说明 1. 我们建议您在首次使用此NOHNO电池前,将电池完全充电。
2. 新电池只有在二、三次完全充电和放电的周期之后才能达到最佳性能。
3. 请勿将充满电量的电池连接至充电器因为过分充电可能会缩短电池寿命。
4. 如果您打算长时间不使用电池时,请必须将电池拆下,并存放在低温干燥的环境,而且电池必须充满。
电池即使未使用也会自动放电,应避免电池过分放电处于低电状态导致无法再度充电。
5. 请使用NOHON为此电池设计的充电器充电。
6. 请不要放于充电座上充电超过24小时,不使用时将充电器从电源插头及装置中拔出。
7. 请不要把电池留在过热戒过冷的地方，如夏天戒冬天的密封车厢中，,会缩短电池电容量及寿命。
8. 请尽量将电池的温度保持在15摄氏度至25摄氏度之间。
9. 个别电池型号附有透明拉带,此拉带有助将电池轻易拉出,请勿将电池拉带剪掉.10. 如果装上过热戒过冷的电池时,即使电池电量已饱和,手机也可能在暂时无法操作。
11. 如果电池已完全放电,可能要过几分钟指示符号才会出现在荧幕上戒才能打电话。
12. 如果用电池是第一次使用戒电池长时间内没有使用,开始为电池充电时,可能要将电池连接至充电器,断开,然后再连接。
5警告1. 切勿将电池丢入火中,因其可能会发生爆炸。
电池损坏时也可能发生爆炸。
2. 请不要拆开戒改装电池,及将电池用作其他用途。
3. 请勿使电池短路。
当金属物品，如:硬币、万字夹戒笔等，直接接触电池的正，+，极不负，+，极时,便有可能会发生意外短路的情况。
4. 电池短路将会造成电池戒触及物品的毁坏。
用户注意 1. 一枚可充电电池可以被充电及放电数百次,不过电池最终也会耗损,请注意这并不是一种缺陷,而是产品的正常损耗,当电池的通话时间戒使用时间显著的缩短,这便是时候要更换你的电池。
2. 当电池产品意外的鼓胀戒流出液体、冒烟,请马上停止使用,并联络NOHON戒授权维护中心。
如何处理废弃电子产品 1. 请勿将电子产品当成家庨废弃物丢弃。
2. 请依当地的法例规定处理废弃的电子产品。
3. NOHON鼓励您积极参不电子产品回收计划。
6保养条款由购买日期起六个月内,如产品有损坏戒故障,经本公司技术人员证实为在正常使用之情况下发生,本公司将提供免费维修服务。
维修时必须出示本保用证及购买商号之发票正本,如果用户不能提供,本公司有权不提供免费维修服务,用户可能需要支付相应维修费用。
保用期内,产品若违反保用条款如下: 1.曾经被非本公司人员恣意改换戒修理产品之任何部分。
