在一定条件下,有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药对胆碱酯酶正常功能有抑制作用,其抑制率与农药 的浓度呈正相关。正常情况下,酶催化神经传导介质水解,其水解产物与显色剂反应,产生黄色物 质,用 NY-8D 农药残留快速测试仪测定吸光度随时间的变化值(△A)计算出抑制率(I),通过抑 制率可以判断出样品中是否有高剂量的有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类农药的存在。
