英语培训-专业词汇一、制造过程的通用术语1、减成法subtractive process通过选择性地去除无用导电箔而形成导电图形的工艺。

亦称减去法。

2、加成法additive process在未覆箔基材上,通过选择性地沉积导电材料而形成导电图形的工艺。

亦称添加法。

3、半加成法semi-additive process在未覆箔基材或薄箔基材上,用化学沉积金属,结合电镀或蚀刻,或者三者并用形成导电图形的一种加成法工艺。

4、全加成法full-additive process是相对半加成法而言,完全采用化学沉积在绝缘基板上形成导电图形的工艺。

5、积层法build up process在绝缘基板或传统的印制板上,采取涂布绝缘介质再经化学镀铜和电镀铜而形成线路图形,多次叠加累积成多层板的工艺。

6、裸铜覆阻焊工艺solder mask on bare copper(SMOBC)在全部是铜导线(包括孔)的印制板上选择性地涂覆阻焊剂然后进行焊料整平或其他处理的工艺。

7、掩藏法tenting用抗蚀刻(通常是干膜)盖住镀覆孔及其周围的导电材料来制造印制板的一种工艺。

8、顺序层压法sequential lamination指多层板的层压并非一次完成,而是分成数次按顺序压合达到所要求层次的方法。

9、湿处理wet process在印制板加工过程中常将需用水和溶液进行处理的过程称为湿处理,亦称湿式制程。

这是相对于印制、钻孔等干式加工过程而言。

10、板面电镀法panel plating process在减成法工艺中,当孔金属化后直接进行全板面和孔中电镀,加厚,导体达到规定要求,之后掩孔蚀刻获得线路图形的工艺。
