三、呼吸管理
1.一般吸氧:包括头罩吸氧、鼻导管吸氧和暖箱 吸氧。
2.持续气道正压呼吸:对有呼吸困难的轻 度或早期新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS) 、
湿肺、感染性肺炎及呼吸暂停等病例可 使用鼻塞持续气道正压呼吸(CPAP) , CPAP能使肺泡在呼气末保持正压,有助于 萎陷的肺泡重新张开。CPAP压力以4~6 cm H2O 为宜,吸入氧浓度根据TcSO2 尽 快调整至< 0.4。
