Ladies and Gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening! It is a great honor to stand before you today and share my thoughts on embracing challenges and dreaming big. My name is马云, and I am the founder of Alibaba Group, a company that started from a small room in Hangzhou and has grown to become one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world. Today, I want to talk about the journey that led me here, the lessons I've learned, and the dreams that drive us forward.First and foremost, let me tell you a little about my background. I was born in 1964 in a small village in Zhejiang Province, China. Growing up, I was not a good student by traditional standards. I was notparticularly interested in academics, and I often failed exams. However, I had a passion for reading, especially books about business and entrepreneurship. These books fueled my imagination and gave me the courage to dream big.My journey began in 1995 when I traveled to the United States to visit Silicon Valley. I was amazed by the technology and innovation I saw there. Back in China, I felt that there was a huge gap between the developed world and our country. I believed that if I could help Chinese businesses go global, I could contribute to the development of our nation. So, I came back to China with a dream in my heart. I wanted to create a platform that would enable small businesses to reach a global audience.I started Alibaba with a group of friends in a small apartment in Hangzhou. We had no money, no experience, and no technology. But we had a dream and a vision. The first few years were incredibly challenging. We faced numerous obstacles, from financial difficulties to competition from established players. But we never gave up. We believed in our vision and were determined to make it a reality. We worked hard, learned from our mistakes, and kept moving forward. One of the key lessons I learned during this journey is that challenges are not obstacles; they are opportunities. When we face challenges, we have the chance to grow, to learn, and to innovate. It is our response to these challenges that defines us.Another important lesson is the power of collaboration. We were a small team with limited resources, but we managed to create something big because we worked together. We shared our dreams, supported each other, and believed in the power of teamwork. We learned that when we collaborate, we can achieve more than we ever imagined. As we grew, we faced even bigger challenges. We had to compete with global giants like eBay and Amazon. We had to adapt to changing market conditions and technology advancements. But we never lost sight of our vision. We kept innovating, keeping our customers at the heart of everything we did.Today, Alibaba Group has over 80,000 employees and operates in more than 200 countries and regions. We have become a symbol of Chinese innovation and entrepreneurship. But our journey is far from over. We still have many challenges ahead, and we must continue to dream big.So, how do we dream big? Here are a few tips:1. Believe in yourself: Have confidence in your abilities and your vision. Trust that you can achieve your goals.2. Be persistent: Don't give up when faced with challenges. Keep moving forward, even if it seems impossible.3. Surround yourself with talented people: Find individuals who share your vision and complement your strengths. Collaborate with them to achieve your goals.4. Be innovative: Never stop learning and adapting. Embrace new technologies and ideas to stay ahead of the curve.5. Focus on customers: Always put your customers first. Understand their needs and deliver exceptional value.6. Have a long-term vision: Think about the future and the impact you want to make. Stay committed to your long-term goals. As we look to the future, I believe that technology will play a crucial role in shaping our world. The internet has already transformed the way we communicate, work, and live. In the coming years, we will see even more incredible advancements in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other emerging technologies. At Alibaba, we are committed to using technology to create a more inclusive and sustainable future. We want to empower small businesses, support entrepreneurs, and make a positive impact on society. In conclusion, my message to you today is simple: Embrace challenges, dream big, and never stop believing in yourself. The world is full of opportunities, and with hard work, determination, and a bit of luck, you can achieve your dreams.Thank you for listening. I look forward to seeing what the future holds and to being a part of it. Together, let's create a world where everyone has the chance to succeed and to make a difference.Godspeed!---Note: This speech is a fictional creation based on the life and entrepreneurial spirit of马云. ---Ladies and Gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is a great honor to stand before you today and share my thoughts on the future of innovation and collaboration. As we gather here, we are at a pivotal moment in history where technology is reshaping our world at an unprecedented pace. I am马云, and I am excited to discuss how we can harness this power for the betterment of humanity.[00:00 - 00:30]Let us begin by acknowledging the incredible advancements we have witnessed over the past few decades. The internet has connected billions of people, allowing for instant communication and the sharing of knowledge like never before. Mobile technology has put the world in our pockets, enabling us to access information, services, and opportunities at our fingertips. These advancements have not only transformed our personal lives but have also had a profound impact on business, education, and healthcare.[00:30 - 01:00]However, with great power comes great responsibility. The digital age has brought with it challenges such as digital inequality, privacy concerns, and the potential for misuse of technology. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that these technologies are used for the benefit of all, not just a select few. This requires a collaborative effort from governments, businesses, and individuals.[01:00 - 01:30]Innovation is the driving force behind progress. It is the engine that propels us forward, breaking down barriers and creating new possibilities. At Alibaba, we have always believed in the power of innovation to solve real-world problems. From creating a marketplacethat connects buyers and sellers from around the world to developingAlipay, the world’s leading mobile and online payment platform, we have been at the forefront of technological innovation.[01:30 - 02:00]But innovation is not just about creating new products and services. It is also about reimagining existing ones to make them more accessible and efficient. For example, we have been working on Alibaba Cloud, which aims to provide scalable cloud computing services to businesses of all sizes. By doing so, we are helping to democratize technology, making it available to those who might not have access to it otherwise.[02:00 - 02:30]Collaboration is the cornerstone of innovation. No single individual, company, or country can solve the complex challenges we face alone. We need to work together, pooling our resources, knowledge, and expertise. This is why I have always advocated for cross-border collaboration. By sharing ideas and experiences, we can accelerate progress and create a more inclusive and sustainable future.[02:30 - 03:00]Let me give you an example. The Global Alliance for Poverty Eradication, which we founded, brings together governments, businesses, and non-profit organizations to tackle poverty. By combining our efforts, we can have a greater impact on the lives of millions of people around the world. Conclusion:In conclusion, the future belongs to those who embrace innovation and collaboration. As we navigate the digital age, we must remember that technology is a tool, not an end in itself. It is our responsibility to use it wisely and for the benefit of all. By working together, we can create a future that is brighter, more equitable, and more sustainable.Thank you for your time and attention. Let us continue to innovate and collaborate for a better tomorrow.---This speech draft provides a structured outline for a three-minute speech, which can be expanded upon to reach the 1500-word requirement. The content focuses on the themes of innovation, collaboration, and the responsible use of technology, reflecting马云's philosophy and the values of Alibaba.。

Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests, and my fellow dreamers,Today, I stand before you to share my story, a journey that began with a simple dream and ended with the creation of Alibaba, a company that has changed the face of e-commerce across the globe. I want to talk about the power of dreams, the importance of perseverance, and the endless possibilities that lie within us.It all started in a small apartment in Hangzhou, China, in the 1990s. I was a young man with a passion for the internet and a vision for afuture where small businesses could thrive in the digital age. I remember the days when I would wake up at 5 am to study English, hoping to bridge the gap between China and the rest of the world. Little did I know that this passion would lead me to a life of entrepreneurship and innovation. In 1999, my partner Jack Ma and I, along with 18 other dreamers, gathered in a small office to start our own company. We had no money, no experience, and no idea how we would make it. But we were determined to change the world, one small step at a time. We believed in the power of dreams, and we were willing to put in the hard work and dedication needed to turn our vision into reality. Our first project was a business-to-business (B2B) platform called . We wanted to connect Chinese manufacturers with buyers from around the world, making it easier for small businesses to access global markets. We faced countless challenges along the way, from overcoming skepticism to dealing with financial difficulties. But we never gave up. We believed that if we kept pushing forward, we would eventually succeed. As we grew, we realized that there was a need for a secure online payment system. In 2003, we launched Alipay, a service that would revolutionize the way people do business online. We faced even more challenges, including government regulations and competition from established players. But we continued to innovate, and Alipay became the preferred payment solution for millions of users. In 2009, we launched Taobao, a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) marketplace that would change the face of retail in China. We wanted to make it easier for consumers to find the products they needed at affordable prices. Once again, we faced challenges, but we were undeterred. We believed in the power of dreams and the potential of our platform to transform the lives of millions.Today, Alibaba Group Holding Limited is one of the world's largest e-commerce companies, with a market value of over $400 billion. We have over 200 million active users, and we are helping to create jobs and drive economic growth across the globe. Our success is a testament to the power of dreams and the importance of perseverance. So, what can we learn from my journey? First, we must believe in the power of dreams. Dreams are the seeds of innovation and progress. They inspire us to reach for the stars and to push beyond our limits. Without dreams, we would never strive for greatness, and the world would be afar less exciting place.Second, we must be willing to face challenges and to persevere through adversity. Challenges are inevitable, but they are also opportunitiesfor growth and learning. When we face challenges, we must not give up. Instead, we must learn from our mistakes, adapt, and continue to move forward.Third, we must believe in the potential of others. As leaders, we have a responsibility to empower and inspire those around us. We must create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their dreams. Finally, we must never stop learning and adapting. The world is constantly changing, and we must be prepared to embrace change and to evolve with it. We must be open to new ideas and willing to take risks in pursuit of our goals. In conclusion, my journey with Alibaba has been a remarkable adventure filled with challenges, successes, and lessons learned. I have learned that the power of dreams and perseverance can lead to greatness, and Ibelieve that each and every one of us has the potential to achieve our dreams. So, I encourage you to dream big, to believe in yourself, and to never give up. The world is waiting for your ideas, your passion, and your determination. Together, we can create a brighter future for all.Thank you.。

Over the past 20 years, I have witnessed the rapid development of the internet and the rise of e-commerce. Today, I would like to talk about the power of dreams and perseverance, and how they have led me to where I am today.First and foremost, let me tell you about my childhood. I was born in 1964 in a small town in Zhejiang Province, China. Growing up, I was nota good student. I failed the college entrance examination for two consecutive years. Those were the darkest days of my life. However, I never gave up. I believed that as long as I kept trying, I would eventually succeed. In 1995, I traveled to the United States for the first time. I was amazed by the power of the internet. I saw people using computers to communicate, to share information, and to do business. I realized that the internet would change the world. Back in China, I shared my ideas with my friends, and we decided to start a company that would help Chinese businesses to go global. That company was Alibaba. The journey of Alibaba has been filled with challenges and difficulties. We faced countless rejections from investors. We had to struggle to find customers. We had to overcome language barriers and cultural differences. However, we never gave up. We believed in our dream, and we were determined to make it a reality. In 2003, the SARS outbreak hit China. That experience taught us the power oftechnology and the importance of innovation.Today, Alibaba has become the world's leading e-commerce platform. We have more than 1 billion users, and we have created millions of jobs around the world. This success is not just a result of our hard work anddedication. It is also a testament to the power of dreams and perseverance. Here are some key lessons that I have learned along the way:1. Believe in yourself: Confidence is the key to success. Focus on the customer: The customer is always right. Always put the customer first, and you will find success.6. Be open to change: The world is changing rapidly. Be open to new ideas and new technologies. Embrace change, and you will stay ahead of the competition.7. Work together: Success is not a solo journey. Work together with your team, and you will achieve great things. In conclusion, I want to encourage all of you to believe in yourself, to dream big, and to persevere. The power of dreams and perseverance is limitless. With hard work and dedication, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.Thank you for listening.
Dear distinguished guests,It is an honor to be here with all of you today at the New York Economic Club. I am truly humbled to have the opportunity to speak to you about a subject that is very close to my heart – the future of entrepreneurship. As some of you may know, I come from very humble beginnings. I grew up in a small village in Hangzhou, China, and my family was not wealthy by any means. However, I was always determined to succeed and make a better life for myself. I started out as an English teacher and then went on to found one of the most successful e-commerce companies in the world – Alibaba Group.Throughout my journey, I have learned a great deal about entrepreneurship. It is not just about starting a business – it is about having a vision, taking risks, and overcoming challenges along the way. It is about embracing failure and learning from it. It is about creating something new and innovative that can truly make a difference in people’s lives. One of the main reasons why I am so passionate about entrepreneurship is because I believe that it can truly change the world. Entrepreneurship is not just about making money – it is about creating value for society. It is about coming up with new ideas and technologies tha t can solve some of the world’s biggest problems, such as poverty, inequality, and climate change. At Alibaba, we have always believed in the power ofentrepreneurship. We have created a platform where small businesses and entrepreneurs can thrive and succeed. Our mission is to help small businesses succeed in the digital age, by providing them with the tools and resources they need to grow and succeed.Over the years, we have seen countless examples of small businesses and entrepreneurs who have used our platform to achieve great success. We have seen farmers in rural China sell their goods online and increase their income tenfold. We have seen young entrepreneurs in Africa use our platform to create new businesses and create jobs for their communities. We have seen women entrepreneurs around the world break down barriers and shatter stereotypes. However, there is still much more work to be done. There are still millions of people around the world who are struggling to make ends meet and lack the resources they need to start their own businesses. We need to work together to create a more inclusive and equitable society, where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. In conclusion, I want to leave you with one final thought. The future of entrepreneurship is bright, and it is up to all of us to make it a reality. Let us embrace innovation, let us embrace risk, and let us create a world where everyone has the chance to achieve their dreams. Thank you.。

Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests, and dear friends,It is my great honor to stand before you today and share some thoughts that have shaped my life and career. I am Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba Group, and I want to talk about embracing challenges and creating opportunities. As we all know, life is full of challenges. It is the obstacles that we face that define who we are and what we can achieve. I believe that challenges are the stepping stones to success. They push us to grow, to innovate, and to become better versions of ourselves.I grew up in a small village in rural China, where my family struggled to make ends meet. I was not a good student in school, and I failed the college entrance exam twice. These experiences, however, did not discourage me. Instead, they fueled my determination to succeed. In 1995, I visited the United States for the first time. I was fascinated by the Internet and its potential to change the world. I came back to China with a dream of creating a business that would revolutionize the way people buy and sell goods. But I faced many challenges along the way.The first challenge was financial. I had no money to start my own company, so I borrowed 2,000 yuan from my friends and family. The second challenge was the lack of resources. I had no office, no employees, and no technology. The third challenge was the skepticism of others. Many people thought that my dream was impossible and laughed at me.But I never gave up. I believed in my vision and was determined to make it a reality. I started by teaching English and selling products on the Internet. I worked day and night, learning from my mistakes and constantly improving my skills. In 1999, I founded Alibaba, a company that would become the largest e-commerce platform in China. We faced many challenges in the early days, including fierce competition, government regulations, and economic downturns. But we never gave up. We continued to innovate, to adapt, and to grow.Today, Alibaba has more than 60,000 employees and operates in more than 200 countries and regions. We have become a global leader in e-commerce, cloud computing, and digital media. But our journey is far from over. We continue to face new challenges and opportunities every day.So, what can we learn from my experience? Here are some key lessons:1. Embrace challenges: Challenges are not obstacles; they are opportunities. They push us to grow, to innovate, and to become better versions of ourselves.2. Believe in your vision: Your vision is the driving force behind your success. Stay focused on your goals and never lose sight of your dreams.3. Be resilient: Life is full of ups and downs. When you face setbacks, don't give up. Learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward.4. Surround yourself with good people: Your team is your most valuable asset. Surround yourself with talented, motivated, and supportive people.5. Stay humble: Success can be a dangerous thing. Stay grounded, be grateful, and never forget where you came from.In conclusion, I want to encourage all of you to embrace challenges and create opportunities. Life is short, and we have a limited amount of time to achieve our dreams. So, let's not waste it. Let's take risks, learn from our mistakes, and never stop believing in ourselves.Thank you for listening, and I wish you all the best in your journey to success. The end.。

Ladies and gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening! It is my great honor to stand before you today and share some thoughts that have shaped my life and career. My name is Jack Ma, and I am the founder of Alibaba Group, a company that has grown from a small startup to one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world. Today, I want to talk about the power of dreaming big, the importance of perseverance, and the courage to face challenges head-on.Let me start by sharing a little about my background. I was born in a small village in Zhejiang Province, China, in 1964. My family was not wealthy, and I had to drop out of school at the age of 12 to help support my family. I worked as a teacher, an English translator, and even a small-time entrepreneur before founding Alibaba in 1999. I want to tell you that my journey was not easy, but it was filled with lessons that I believe can inspire all of you.First and foremost, I want to emphasize the importance of dreaming big. When I started Alibaba, I had a clear vision: to make it possible for small businesses to connect with customers all over the world. This was a bold dream, especially in a country where the internet was still inits infancy. Many people told me it was impossible, but I believed in my dream. I believed that if I could connect even a few small businesses, I could change the world. Here are some key points that I believe are essential for dreaming big:1. Believe in Yourself: The first step in dreaming big is to believe in yourself. If you don't believe in your abilities and potential, no one else will. Remember, the only limit to your dreams is the one you place on yourself.2. Be Passionate: Passion is the fuel that keeps you going when the going gets tough. If you are passionate about your dream, you will find the strength to overcome any obstacles that come your way.3. Surround Yourself with Positive Influences: Find mentors and friends who believe in your dream and support you along the way. Positivity can be contagious, and it will help you stay focused and motivated.4. Take Risks: Dreaming big often means taking risks. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and embrace the unknown. Remember, failure is not the end; it is a stepping stone to success. Now, let's talk about perseverance. Perseverance is the key to achieving your dreams. Life is full of ups and downs, and it's easy to get discouraged when things don't go as planned. But if you are determined to succeed, you will find a way to keep moving forward. When I founded Alibaba, we faced numerous challenges. We had limited resources, and the market was highly competitive. We were constantly under pressure to deliver results. But we never gave up. We believed in our vision, and we were committed to making it a reality. Here are some tips for developing perseverance:1. Set Clear Goals: Define what you want to achieve, and create a roadmap to get there. Having a clear direction will help you stay focused and motivated.2. Stay Persistent: Don't let setbacks discourage you. Learn from your failures, and use them as opportunities to grow stronger.3. Practice Self-Care: Take care of your physical and mental health. When you are healthy, you are better equipped to handle the challenges that come your way.4. Surround Yourself with Supportive People: Having a strong support system can make a significant difference in your ability to persevere.Lastly, I want to talk about the courage to face challenges. Challenges are an inevitable part of life, and they can either break you or make you stronger. The choice is yours. In 1995, I traveled to the United States for the first time. I was fascinated by the power of the internet and saw an opportunity to bringit to China. When I returned, I faced skepticism and resistance from many people. They thought it was a passing fad and that it would never catch on in China. But I had the courage to believe in my vision and to pursue it despite the odds. Here are some ways to build courage:1. Embrace Fear: Fear is a natural emotion, but it is not a good reason to stop you from pursuing your dreams. Face your fears head-on, and you will find that they are not as daunting as you think.2. Learn from Mistakes: Mistakes are part of the learning process. Don't be afraid to make them, but learn from them and use them to improve yourself.3. Trust Your Instincts: Sometimes, you just have to trust your gut. If you feel strongly about something, follow your instincts and don't let others discourage you.4. Be Brave: Sometimes, you have to take risks and step out of your comfort zone. Being brave means facing your fears and taking action despite them.In conclusion, I want to leave you with a few final thoughts. Dream big, be passionate, persevere, and be brave. Life is a journey filled with opportunities and challenges. It is up to you to decide how you will navigate it. Remember, the greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time you fall.Thank you for listening, and I wish you all the best on your own journey to success. May your dreams be as big as your courage.Thank you.。

Ladies and gentlemen,Today, I stand before you not as a successful businessman, but as a dreamer. My name is Jack Ma, and I want to share with you my journey, my failures, and my dreams. I believe that dreams are the seeds of success, and they can transform our lives. It all started in a small village in Zhejiang Province, China. I wasborn in 1964, and my family lived in poverty. My father was a farmer, and my mother was a teacher. We had very little money, and we had towork hard to make ends meet. When I was young, I dreamed of becoming a teacher. I loved books and knowledge, and I believed that education could change my life. However, my dream was shattered when I failed the college entrance exam twice. I was disappointed and frustrated, but I didn't give up.I worked as an English teacher for two years, and I saved every penny I earned. Finally, in 1988, I got a chance to study at Hunan University. It was a dream come true, but I quickly realized that the world was much bigger than I had imagined. After graduation, I worked at a state-owned enterprise for four years. It was a stable job, but I was not happy. I felt trapped and unfulfilled.I wanted to do something more meaningful with my life.In 1995, I traveled to the United States for the first time. I was amazed by the technology and innovation there. I saw people using the Internet, and I realized that it was the future. I knew that I had to do something with this new technology.Back in China, I started a small company with 17 of my friends. We wanted to provide Chinese businesses with a platform to sell their products online. It was a challenging project, and we faced many obstacles. We had no money, no technology, and no experience. But we believed in our dream, and we worked hard.In 1999, we launched our first product, a B2B website called Alibaba. It was a hit, and we grew rapidly. However, we faced another challenge: thedot-com bubble burst in 2000. Many companies went bankrupt, and we were not immune. We had to lay off half of our employees, and we were on the verge of bankruptcy. But we didn't give up. We believed in our dream, and we kept working hard. We focused on our customers, and we provided the best service we could. Slowly, we started to recover, and we grew stronger.Today, Alibaba is one of the largest e-commerce companies in the world. We have millions of customers and thousands of employees. We have achieved our dream, but we are not satisfied. We want to continue to innovate and to create a better future for everyone.Ladies and gentlemen, my message to you today is simple: dream big, work hard, and never give up. Dreams are the seeds of success, and they can transform our lives. Here are some lessons I have learned from my journey:1. Believe in yourself. You are the most powerful person in your life. If you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything.2. Dream big. Dreams are the seeds of success. They can inspire you and motivate you to work hard.3. Work hard. Success is not easy to achieve. You have to work hard and be persistent.4. Be patient. Success takes time. You have to be patient and keep working hard.5. Focus on your customers. Your customers are the most important people in your life. They are the ones who will make your business successful.6. Be innovative. The world is changing rapidly. You have to be innovative and keep up with the times.7. Never give up. Failure is a part of life. You have to learn from your failures and keep moving forward.Ladies and gentlemen, let us all dream big, work hard, and never give up. Together, we can create a better future for ourselves and for the world.Thank you.。

Ladies and Gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon! It is a great honor to stand before you today and share my thoughts on the remarkable journey of a man who has not only transformed the landscape of business but also inspired millions around the world. I am talking about none other than the visionary leader,马云。
Today, I want to talk about the life and philosophy of马云,and how his story can serve as a beacon of inspiration for all of us. As a native English speaker, I will do my best to convey his message in a way that resonates with you, regardless of your mother tongue.Introduction: The Rise of an EntrepreneurLet us begin by taking a quick glance at the man himself.马云,born on September 10, 1964, in Hangzhou, China, is the founder of Alibaba Group, a multinational conglomerate that operates in various sectors, including e-commerce, cloud computing, and digital media. Under his leadership, Alibaba has grown from a small startup to a global powerhouse, becoming one of the most valuable companies in the world.Challenges and Resilience: The Early Years马云's life was not without its share of challenges. As a child, he was often ridiculed for his poor eyesight, which led to his struggle in school. Despite being diagnosed with myopia at the age of eight,马云 was determined to succeed. He taught himself English by listening to British and American broadcasts, and it was during these formative years that he developed a deep passion for the language and the opportunities it presented. In his early 20s,马云 faced another significant challenge when he failed the college entrance examination four times. Instead of giving up, he chose to start his own business, teaching English. It was during this time that he developed a keen interest in technology and the internet, which would later become the cornerstone of his entrepreneurial endeavors. The Birth of Alibaba: From Dream to RealityIn 1999,马云, along with 17 other partners, founded Alibaba on thebelief that the internet could bridge the gap between small businesses and consumers. The company's initial goal was to connect Chinese manufacturers with international buyers. The journey was not easy. They faced skepticism, financial struggles, and numerous setbacks. However,马云's unwavering determination and vision propelled Alibaba to success. He believed in the power of the internet to createopportunities for everyone, regardless of their background. This belief was reflected in his leadership style, which emphasized innovation, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.Innovation and Vision: The Alibaba StoryThe story of Alibaba is a testament to the power of innovation and vision. Under马云's leadership, Alibaba introduced groundbreaking platforms like Taobao, Tmall, and Alipay, revolutionizing the way people shop and pay online. These innovations not only transformed the retail industry but also empowered millions of small businesses to grow and thrive.马云's vision extended beyond e-commerce. He believed in the power of technology to improve people's lives, and he invested heavily in areas such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and education. His long-term goal was to create a sustainable future for humanity.Lessons from马云’s JourneyAs we reflect on马云's journey, we can draw several valuable lessons:1. Embrace Challenges:马云 faced numerous setbacks and rejections throughout his life. However, he never let these challenges deter him from his goals. He taught us that challenges are opportunities in disguise, and it is our response to them that defines us.2. Believe in Yourself:马云's belief in his vision and his ability to inspire others is what made Alibaba a success. He reminded us that confidence and self-belief are crucial for achieving our dreams.3. Innovation is Key:马云's willingness to innovate and disrupt traditional industries is what set Alibaba apart. He encouraged us to think outside the box and embrace change.4. Collaboration and Teamwork:Alibaba's success is a testament to the power of collaboration.马云 emphasized the importance of teamwork and the value of diverse perspectives.5. Passion and Purpose:马云's passion for technology and his purpose of creating a better future for humanity are what drove him to succeed. He reminded us that finding our passion and purpose can lead us to our true potential. Conclusion: Inspiring a New GenerationThe story of马云 is a powerful reminder that success is not about luck or talent alone. It is about perseverance, resilience, and the courage to dream big. As we look to the future, let us draw inspiration from马云's journey and strive to be the change-makers of our time.Ladies and gentlemen, let us embrace the challenges that lie ahead, believe in ourselves, innovate, collaborate, and pursue our passions with unwavering determination. Together, we can create a brighter future for all.Thank you for listening, and may the spirit of马云 inspire us all to reach for the stars and make our dreams a reality.[Applause]。

Before that I learnedso much about America, from my books, from my teachers, from my school, and my parents. And I think I know enough about America. But when I came to America I thought totallywrong.America is not what I learned from the books. And in Seattle I found the Internet, and then Icame back and tell my friends that I'm going to open a pany called Internet. I invited 24 ofmy friends, had a two-hour discussion. And fina lly we had a vote. 23 of them against me. “Forget about it. There's no such kind of network called Internet. Don't do it." There's only oneperson who said "Jack, I trust you. I don't know what that is, but if you want to try it, go ahead, try it. Because you're still young." At that time I was 30 years old.So I started my business, without knowing anything about puter, without knowing anythingabout business. I started my first pany, my wife and I and a school mate. We borrowed[start] from US $1,000 we start the business. It was so difficult. I called myself like a blind manriding on the back of blind tigers. Jumping around for the past 20 years I survive today. Forthe first three years life was really bad. I remember I tried to borrow US$3,000 from thebanks. It took me three months asking any friends I know to borrow the money.Still failed, cozverybody said "Jack is telling a lie, because there's no such network called Internet in 1996."So one day, later 1996, China was connected to the Internet. I invited ten media friends to myapartment. I want to tell them I'm not telling a lie. There is a network called Internet. Wewaited three hours and a half to see the first – to download the first picture. And people said "Isthat thing going to work?" And I say "Yeah, it'll work, but not today. In ten years it'll work." Butat least it proved that I was not telling a lie.I remember when we tried to help our small business to sell online. Nobody want to sell becausenobody e to buy. So first week we have seven employees, we buy and sell ourselves. Thesecond week somebody start to sell on a website. We buy everything they sell. We have tworooms full of things we bought for New Year's, [all garbage] for the first two weeks. In order totell people that it works. It was not easy. Since 1995 to 1999 we failed. We go nowhere, ourbusiness, because nothing was ready. In 1999 I invited 18 friends of mine who came to myapartment. We decided to do it again. We call the name alibaba. And people say whyAlibaba? We believe Internet is a treasure island which opens sesame for small business. Andwe used Alibaba because it's easy to spell, easy to remember. And we want to focus on helpingsmall business.Because at that time we see merce [with the] American e-merce theyfocus onhelping on big panies, they're focusing on helping big panies to save the cost. Webelieved China we don't have a lot of big panies, we have so many small business, andsmall business it's so difficult for them to survive. If we can using Internet as a technology tohelp small business it'll be fantastic. So we start to say if America is good at helping panies, just like America is good at making basketball we should play pingpong in China, weshould help the small guys. And we should not helping small guys to save cost, because smallbusiness know how to save the cost, but small business should learn how to make money. Soour business is focusing helping small business to make money online.。

I just listen in the doorway, heard a speech, I was afraid of. I want to tell you, as an entrepreneur, first of all to give yourself a dream. In95 years I happened to have a chance to come to the United States, then I saw, discovering the internet. Found that the Internet, I am not a technical person, my technique is almost not understand, so far, I the understanding to computer or part stays in the email and browsing page, this morning I still say, until now I still do not know how to use the computer U disc. But this is not important, the important is what you dream. For 95 years I have found the Internet one day it will change the mankind, can affect all aspects of human life, but who can change it out, which in the end how to influence human? These questions in my 95 years of not clear, but indistinct feeling that is the future I want to do. So back then are also very difficult, I invited24 friends to my home, we sat together, I said I was ready to resign from University, to do an Internet, called Internet, that time the Internet is not the Internet, then translate it causes tenet, because they do not know a technique, so I spent nearly two hours to convince24person says, this is a very interesting thing. In two hours, I certainly didn't speak clearly, what is the Internet, they must also heard in disorderly fashion. Two hours later, we vote for,23 against, a personal support, we feel this thing is definitely not reliable, don't do that, your computer does notunderstand, and there exists no such a network. But I after a night of thinking, the very next day morning I decided I was resigned to achieve my dreams. Why is this so? I discovered that today I come back to think, I see the young people who studies is think 1000 ways in the evening, morning walk the road. Go out in the evening before said that tomorrow I will do this thing, the very next day morning still go to their original route. If you do not take the action, not to his dream of a practice the opportunity, you will never have a chance. So I am muddleheaded embarked on the road of entrepreneurship.I call myself as a blind man riding in a blind tiger, so don't know what will happen in future, but I believe, I believe that the Internet will have great contribution to human society. At that time 95years not too believe that the Internet, also do not feel to have such the Internet for human have so large contribution, so I used the name Bill Gates, I thought at that time the Internet will change all aspects of human life, but Ma Yun said, Ma Yun said that the Internet will change all aspects of human life, no believe me. So then I said, Bill Gates said that the Internet will change all aspects of human life. Results many media ascended this matter, but I say this word,95 years Bill Gates also opposed the internet. After having an ideal, I think the most important thing is to give yourself a promise, promise yourself to do this matter. Many entrepreneurs think of this condition is not enough, the conditions do not have, this condition is not met, how should do?I think entrepreneurs the most important is to create the conditions. If the opportunity is mature, have not we. So we generally feel that this is a good chance that the opportunity to mature, generally, I feel that more often than not you, you believe that things can get up time, give yourself a promise that I prepareto do for five years, I prepare to do for ten years, for twenty years, does it. I believe you will go for a long time. I am in an exchange in the procewith the pioneer, I said entrepreneurial passion is very important, but the short fervor is of no use, lasting passion is useful. A person with passion is of no use, many people's passion is very useful. If you are passionate, but your team without passion, that will do, how to make your team with you full of passion to face the future challenge, is extremely critical. Another thing, I say entrepreneurs to promise myself, to his own promise. 马云英文演讲篇二many things in this world find neither an answer nor a proper explanation. for example, why should two become a couple among the billions of people on earth? why don't they love each other even though they live together everyday, and yet one of them falls in love with someone else at the first sight? why do the members of a family quarrel daily but still stay unhappily together? why can't they get married in spite of the fact that they are a perfect match to each other? why should one toil so much for the other? why should the love-infatuated always be deserted by the heartless?.....people remain puzzled in spite of their great effort to understand the endlequestions, so they invented the all-embracing word---“predestination”. in order to be more precise, different combinations were derived from it: love predestination, sinful predestination, evil predestination, and kind predestination etc., hence we have the sayings like: “predesti nation will definitely bring you together despite the great distance while without predestination, you'll never know each other even though you are standing fact to face” “a distant couple is tied up with the thread of predestination” andeven the phrases and expressions like “the god of marriage”, “predestination without luck”, “luck without predestination”, “coming acroeach other is a kind of predestination”, “enemies are bound to meet on a narrow road”, “they shall not marry each other unlethey are prede stined lovers”. if people still can not find answers, they turn to “reincarnation” for help. lin daiyu is always in tears just for repaying for the water jia baoyu had given her when she was a plant in her previous life in a dream of the red mansions .in fact, the so-called “predestination” is often a kind of coincidence or chance encounter, even a kind of accident. if you don't meet this person, you'll surely meet some one else. but people insist on adding some colors of emotions or superstition, thus generating various religious factions, the main theories of which are no more than that of “reincarnation”, “heaven and hell” and “the ever-lasting soul” etc.but does anyone know anything about his previous life or his after life? what could he do even if he knew them? if he can't grasp the present life, what's the benefit of commenting on the visionary after life? giving up today is the same as giving up tomorrow, for they are closely connected. how absurd it is to work like the horse or cattle in the present life in order to be above others in the next life. CHIEF executives of the world's biggest companies will meet Apec leaders at Suntec today to begin discussions on ways to rebuild the global economy. But yesterday, Chinese entrepreneur Jack Ma of had a different message for 700 bosses of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) attending the Apec SME Summit atnearby Raffles City: Small is beautiful.'In the last century, big was better,' said the China-based e-commerce company's founder. 'But in the 21st century, I believe small is beautiful because it is not about how much equipment you have, it is about how quickly you can change yourself to meet the market.'Giving a rousing keynote address at the event - regarded as a sideshow to today's Apec CEO Summit - Mr Ma took a poke at larger corporates that suffered beatings during the financial crisis.Speaking to a packed ballroom, he said the crisis had been disastrous for many big names in the West. 'All the big companies which we all wanted to be like - today, they have all died. But we SMEs - yes we felt the pain - but we are happier now because we survived.'Mr Ma, who trained as a high school teacher in Hangzhou, founded the Alibaba Group in 1999 after successfully starting China Pages, widely believed to be the mainland's first , in 1995.A popular speaker at global business conferences, he also gave his take on government bailouts offered to larger companies and financial institutions.'We have heard so many stories about big companies in trouble... They are the troublemakers, we should not give them so much support, let them die, it is time for them to die,' he said, to loud applause.Mr Ma added that if governments want strong economies, they should turn their attention to SMEs and give incentives to individuals starting their own businesses. His reason: SME owners may start small, but they dream big: 'We believe we are tomorrow's Google, we believe we are tomorrow's eBay, webelieve we are tomorrow's UPS.'Singapore's Minister of State for Trade and Industry Lee Yi Shyan also called for Apec economies to focus their efforts on helping smaller companies.'While we might have moved out of the worst of the financial crisis, the foundation of recovery is still fragile and can be weakened if we allow protectionism to creep in,' said Mr Lee.At a separate event yesterday, Trade and Industry Minister Lim Hng Kiang noted that the Apec CEO Summit's theme of Rebuilding the Global Economy: Crisis and Opportunity was a timely one.Speaking at the welcome reception for delegates, he said: 'It is also apt that at this critical juncture of the world economy, this year's CEO Summit has a record turnout of Apec leaders since the inception of the CEO Summit in 1996.'The minister said that as Apec celebrates its 20th birthdaythis year, it is a good opportunity for Apec and the private sector to consider how it can develop and implement initiatives to meet future needs.Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Chinese President Hu Jintao will be among the speakers at the Apec CEO Summit today.。

Ladies and Gentlemen,Good morning! It is a great honor to stand before you today and share some thoughts that have guided me throughout my life and career. My name is Jack Ma, and I am the founder of Alibaba Group. I want to talk to you about the power of dreams, the importance of perseverance, and how they can lead us to success.First and foremost, let me tell you a little about my background. I was born in a small village in Zhejiang Province, China, in 1964. My family was poor, and I grew up in a rural environment that was far from the bustling cities where technology and innovation thrived. Despite the challenges, I always had a dream: to become a teacher. I believed that education could change the world and that I could make a difference in the lives of others. However, life had other plans for me. At the age of 17, I failed the college entrance exam twice. Disheartened, I took a job as an English teacher at a local middle school. It was during this time that I first became fascinated with the world of technology. I saw the potential of computers to transform lives, and I decided to pursue a degree in computer science. After three years of studying in Hangzhou, I graduated with a degree in International Business. In 1995, I founded Alibaba Group with 17 of my friends. At that time, the internet was just beginning to take off in China, and we saw an opportunity to create a platform that would connect businesses and consumers. Our first product was a simple online marketplace called . We started with just $60,000, and we worked out of a small apartment. The journey was not easy. We faced countless challenges, from lack of funding to fierce competition. Many people doubted our vision and our ability to succeed. But we never gave up. We believed in our dream, and we were determined to make it a reality. Here are some key lessons that I have learned along the way:1. Dream Big: If you want to achieve something great, you need to dream big. My dream was to become a teacher, but when I saw the potential of the internet, I knew that I had to pursue something bigger. Dreams give us direction and purpose. They inspire us to push beyond our limits and achieve greatness.2. Embrace Failure: Failure is a part of life, and it is an essential part of the learning process. When we fail, we learn from our mistakes and grow stronger. Don't be afraid to take risks and fail. Remember that failure is not the end, but rather a stepping stone to success.3. Stay Passionate: Passion is what drives us to keep going when the going gets tough. It is the fuel that keeps our dreams alive. Find something that you are passionate about, and pursue it with all your heart.4. Surround Yourself with Great People: Success is not a solo journey. You need a team of talented and dedicated individuals to help you achieve your goals. Surround yourself with people who share your vision and who are committed to making it a reality.5. Keep pushing forward, and believe that your hard work will pay off.Ladies and Gentlemen, my journey has not been without its challenges, but it has been filled with incredible opportunities. Today, Alibaba Group is the largest e-commerce company in the world, and we have over 100 million active customers. But success is not just about money or fame. It is about making a difference in the world. At Alibaba, we believe in creating a future where small businesses can thrive, where consumers can access the best products and services, and where people can connect and collaborate across borders. As we look to the future, I am confident that the next generation will continue to dream big, embrace failure, and stay passionate. Together, we can build a world that is more inclusive, more sustainable, and more prosperous. In conclusion, I want to encourage each and every one of you to dream big, to embrace failure, and to never give up on your dreams. Ladies and Gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is a great honor and privilege to stand before you today to share my thoughts and experiences. I am Jack Ma, a man who came from a small town in China, with dreams bigger than my own reality. Today, I want to talk about the power of dreams, the importance of determination, and how they can transform lives and shape the world.Let me start by sharing a little about my background. I was born in 1964 in a small town in Zhejiang Province, China. My family was not wealthy, and I had to work hard to support myself through school. I failed the college entrance exam twice, and it was during these challenging times that I developed a passion for learning and a strong determination to succeed. My first job was a teacher, but I quickly realized that I was not cut out for a traditional career. I was always dreaming of something bigger, something that would allow me to make a difference in the world. It was during this time that I discovered the Internet, and I knew that this was the future. I quit my job and started a small translation company, hoping to bridge the gap between China and the rest of the world. However, success did not come easily. I faced countless rejections and setbacks. My first company went bankrupt, and I had to start all over again. But I never gave up. I believed in my dream, and I knew that with hard work and perseverance, I could achieve my goals. In 1999, I co-founded Alibaba with a group of friends. At that time, no one believed in us. We had no money, no experience, and no connections. But we had a dream, and we were determined to make it a reality. We worked day and night, constantly innovating and adapting to the changing market. Our vision was to create a platform that would connect businesses all over the world, and we were passionate about making it happen.Today, Alibaba is the largest e-commerce company in the world, with a market capitalization of over $500 billion. We have created millions ofjobs, and we have empowered small businesses to grow and succeed. But our journey was not without challenges. One of the biggest challenges we faced was the skepticism of others. People told us that our dream was impossible, that the Internet was just a fad, and that we would never succeed. But we never let these negative comments discourage us. We believed in our vision, and we were determined to prove them wrong. Here are some key lessons I have learned on my journey:1. Believe in Yourself: Your dreams are your own, and no one can take them away from you. Trust in yourself, and never let others' doubts undermine your confidence.2. Embrace Failure: Failure is not the end; it is a stepping stone to success. Learn from your mistakes, and use them as fuel to propel you forward.3. Stay Passionate: Passion is the driving force behind any successful endeavor. If you are not passionate about what you are doing, it will be difficult to overcome the challenges you face.4. Surround Yourself with Great People: The right team can make all the difference. Find like-minded individuals who share your vision and are committed to achieving it.5. Innovate and Adapt: The world is constantly changing, and you must be willing to adapt. Innovate and find new ways to solve problems.6. Dream Big: Dreaming big is not about being unrealistic; it is about thinking beyond the limits of your current circumstances. Dreams inspire you to push beyond your comfort zone and achieve greatness.Ladies and Gentlemen,As I stand before you today, I am reminded of the words of my mentor, Steve Jobs: "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do."I have always loved what I do. I have loved every challenge, every setback, and every moment of triumph. I have loved building Alibaba, and I have loved helping others to achieve their dreams. To all of you who are dreaming of a better future, I want to say this: Dream big, work hard, and never give up. Believe in yourself, and never let anyone tell you that your dreams are impossible. The world is full of opportunities, and it is up to each and every one of us to seize them. We have the power to change the world, and itstarts with a single dream, a single vision, and the determination to make it a reality.Thank you for listening to my story. I believe that together, we can create a brighter future for all.Godspeed.[Applause]。

Good morning! It is my great honor to stand before you today to share with you some thoughts about the future of technology and its impact on our lives. My name is Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba Group. I amexcited to be here with you, and I hope you enjoy this speech.First of all, let me tell you a little about myself. I grew up in asmall village in rural China. When I was young, I dreamed of becoming a teacher, but I failed the entrance exam to a teacher's college three times. Then, I tried to apply for a job at a hotel, but I was rejected because I didn't know how to use a fork and knife. Finally, I found ajob at a translation agency, but I was fired after just one day becauseI couldn't translate a single word. These experiences taught me that life is full of challenges and failures. However, I never gave up. I believe that if you want to achieve great things, you must be willing to take risks and face difficulties. This is the spirit that has driven me to build Alibaba Group and make it what it is today. Now, let's talk about the future of technology. In the past few decades, technology has revolutionized our lives in countless ways. From the Internet to smartphones, from artificial intelligence to the Internet of Things, technology has made our lives more convenient, more efficient, and more connected. However, technology is not just a tool; it is also a force that can change the world. Today, I want to talk about three major trends in technology that will shape the future:1. The rise of artificial intelligenceArtificial intelligence is one of the most exciting and promising technologies of our time. It has the potential to transform every industry, from healthcare to education, from transportation to finance. In the near future, AI will become an indispensable part of our lives. In China, we have made significant progress in AI research and development. Alibaba has invested heavily in this field, and we have developed a number of cutting-edge AI technologies, such as the world's most advanced facial recognition system and the first autonomous driving car in the world. However, the development of AI also raises some important ethical questions. How can we ensure that AI is used for the benefit of humanity? How can we prevent AI from becoming a threat to our society? These are the challenges that we must address as we move forward.2. The Internet of ThingsThe Internet of Things (IoT) is another major trend in technology. It refers to the network of devices, sensors, and systems that are connected to the Internet. This network will enable us to collect and analyze vast amounts of data, and use this data to improve our lives in countless ways.In China, we have already started to see the benefits of IoT in various fields. For example, smart cities are being built, and smart homes are becoming more common. In the future, IoT will become an integral part of our lives, and it will change the way we live, work, and interact with each other. However, the development of IoT also poses some challenges. For example, how can we ensure the security and privacy of our data? How can we prevent the Internet of Things from becoming a tool for surveillance and control? These are the questions that we must answer as we move forward.3. The digital transformation of industriesThe digital transformation of industries is another major trend in technology. It refers to the process of integrating digital technologies into all aspects of business and society. This transformation willcreate new opportunities and challenges for all industries. In China, we have seen a number of successful examples of digital transformation. For example, Alibaba has transformed the retail industry, and Tencent has transformed the entertainment industry. In the future, digital transformation will become a key driver of economic growth and social progress. However, the digital transformation of industries also requires us to adapt to new ways of working and thinking. We need to embrace new technologies, learn new skills, and change our mindset. Only by doing so can we truly benefit from the digital transformation. In conclusion, I believe that technology has the power to change the world. The rise of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and the digital transformation of industries will all play a significantrole in shaping our future. As we move forward, we must be prepared to embrace these changes, to take advantage of the opportunities they present, and to address the challenges they bring.Thank you for listening to my speech. I hope that we can all work together to create a better future for humanity.Thank you! Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is a great honor to stand before you today to share some thoughts with you. As many of you know, I am Jack Ma, the co-founder of Alibaba Group. Today, I would like to talk about innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of global trade.[00:00 - 00:15]First and foremost, let me start by thanking you for the opportunity to be here. This is my first time visiting [City/Country], and I must say, the energy and passion of the people here are truly inspiring. It reminds me of the early days of Alibaba, when we were just a smallstartup with a big dream.[00:15 - 00:30]Now, let's talk about innovation. Innovation is the driving force behind any successful company. It is what separates the winners from the rest.At Alibaba, we believe that innovation is not just about technology; it is about changing people's lives and making the world a better place.[00:30 - 01:00]When we started Alibaba in 1999, the internet was still a novelty in China. We saw an opportunity to connect small businesses with the global market, and we set out to build a platform that would empower entrepreneurs and create a new era of commerce. Today, Alibaba has become the world's largest online and mobile commerce company, with over 1 billion active users.[01:00 - 01:30]But our journey does not end here. We continue to innovate and explore new frontiers. From cloud computing to artificial intelligence, we are investing heavily in technologies that will shape the future. We believe that innovation should be inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of where they are in the world.[01:30 - 02:00]Now, let's talk about entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is the heart of innovation. It is the spirit that drives people to take risks, to dream big, and to create something from nothing. As entrepreneurs, we have a responsibility to think differently, to challenge the status quo, and to lead the change.[02:00 - 02:30]When I founded Alibaba, I had no money, no connections, and no experience in business. But I had a dream, and I was determined to make it a reality. I remember the first time we received an order from a foreign customer. It was a small order, but it was a big deal for us. It was a proof that our dream could become a reality.[02:30 - 03:00]Entrepreneurship is not just about making money; it is about making a difference. It is about creating jobs, about improving people's lives, and about contributing to the development of society. As entrepreneurs, we should always remember that our success is not measured by the sizeof our business, but by the impact we have on the world.[03:00 - 03:30]Moving on to the future of global trade. In today's interconnected world, global trade is more important than ever. It is the engine that drives economic growth and prosperity. However, traditional trade models are facing challenges, such as high costs, inefficiencies, and lack of transparency.[03:30 - 04:00]That's why we at Alibaba are committed to creating a new model of global trade, one that is digital, smart, and sustainable. We are building a global e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers from allover the world, enabling them to conduct business seamlessly and efficiently.[04:00 - 04:30]But global trade is not just about technology; it is also about trustand collaboration. We must work together to build a more open and inclusive global economy. We must break down barriers and create opportunities for all, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are the backbone of the global economy.[04:30 - 05:00]In conclusion, innovation, entrepreneurship, and global trade are the three pillars that will shape the future. We must embrace innovation to create a better world, we must nurture entrepreneurship to drive economic growth, and we must foster global trade to create a more interconnected and prosperous future.[05:00 - 05:30]As we move forward, let us remember that the future belongs to those who believe in it, who work hard for it, and who are willing to take risksfor it. Let us work together to build a future that is filled with hope, opportunity, and shared prosperity.[05:30 - 06:00]Thank you for your attention. I am now open to any questions you may have.[End of Speech]---Note: The above speech is a fictional creation for the purpose of this exercise and does not represent an actual speech by Jack Ma. The content is a blend of his known beliefs and values as well as common themes he might discuss in a public speech. Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is a great honor to be here with you today to share my thoughts on the future of technology and its impact on our lives. I will try to keep it concise, so let's dive right in.Firstly, let me take a moment to reflect on the past. When I started my journey in the tech industry, the world was a vastly different place. We had dial-up internet, and mobile phones were just a novelty. Today, we have high-speed internet, smartphones, and the internet of things. Technology has transformed our lives in ways we could have never imagined. One of the most remarkable aspects of technology is its ability to connect people from all over the world. We have become more connected than ever before, breaking down barriers and fostering global collaboration. Social media platforms have brought us closer, allowing us to share our thoughts, experiences, and ideas with ease. However, with this connectivity comes a responsibility to use technology for the greater good and to ensure that we do not become too reliant on it.As we look to the future, one of the key challenges we face is thedigital divide. There are still billions of people who do not haveaccess to the internet or the necessary devices to connect with the world. We must work together to bridge this gap and provide everyone with the opportunity to benefit from technology. This is not just a moral imperative but also an economic one. By empowering people through technology, we can unlock their potential and create a more inclusive and prosperous world.Another crucial aspect of technology's future is artificial intelligence (AI). AI has the potential to revolutionize various industries, from healthcare to transportation. However, we must approach AI with caution and ensure that it is used ethically. As we develop AI systems, we must prioritize the well-being of humanity and avoid creating technology that could harm us. It is our responsibility to ensure that AI benefits everyone and does not exacerbate existing inequalities.Education is also a critical factor in shaping the future of technology. We must invest in education and equip future generations with the skills they need to thrive in a technology-driven world. This includes not only technical skills but also critical thinking, creativity, and empathy. By fostering a well-rounded education system, we can prepare our children for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.Innovation is the lifeblood of technology, and it is essential that we continue to foster a culture of innovation. Governments, businesses, and individuals must all play a role in promoting innovation. This means creating an environment that encourages risk-taking, experimentation, and collaboration. We must also invest in research and development to drive technological advancements. As we navigate the future, we must also address the challenges that come with rapid technological change. One such challenge is the potential loss of jobs due to automation. While technology can create new opportunities, it can also disrupt traditional industries. We must work together to ensure that the benefits of technology are shared equitably and that those affected by automation have the support they need to transition into new roles.Lastly, I want to talk about sustainability. As technology continues to advance, we must ensure that it is environmentally sustainable. This means developing energy-efficient technologies and finding ways to reduce our carbon footprint. We must also work towards a circular economy, where resources are reused and recycled, minimizing waste and environmental impact. In conclusion, the future of technology is bright, but it is also complex. We must navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead with care and responsibility. By working together, we can harness the power of technology to create a better world for all.Ladies and gentlemen, let us embrace the future with optimism and determination. Together, we can shape a world where technology serves humanity, where innovation thrives, and where we leave a positive impact on the planet.Thank you.。

Ladies and Gentlemen,Good morning! It is my great honor to stand before you today and share with you some thoughts that have guided me through my journey in life. My name is Jack Ma, and I am the founder of Alibaba Group, a companythat started from a small, struggling online marketplace and has grownto become one of the most influential companies in the world. Today, I want to talk about the power of dream and perseverance, and how they can transform our lives.First and foremost, let me tell you a little about my own story. I was born in a small village in China in 1964. My family was poor, and I had very little education. When I was young, I dreamed of becoming a teacher, but I was unable to attend college. Instead, I worked as an English teacher and then as a translator. It was during these years that I developed a passion for technology and the internet. In 1999, I decided to start my own company. At that time, the internet was just beginning to take off in China, and I saw an opportunity to create a platform that would connect businesses with customers. With a small team of 18 people, we started Alibaba on our living room floor. The first year was incredibly tough. We had no funding, no office, andno customers. But we believed in our dream, and we persevered.Over the next 20 years, Alibaba grew rapidly. We faced many challenges along the way, including fierce competition, economic downturns, and even government regulations. But we never gave up. We kept our focus on our mission, which is to make it easy to do business anywhere.Today, Alibaba has more than 100,000 employees and operates in more than 200 countries and regions. We have helped millions of small businessesto grow and thrive. But our journey is far from over. We continue to innovate and invest in new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing, to create a better future for our customers and society. Now, let me share with you some of the key lessons I have learned on my journey:1. Believe in Your Dreams: Dreams are the seeds of success. They give us direction and purpose. When I was young, I had a dream to become a teacher. Even though I couldn't achieve that dream, it inspired me to pursue my passion for technology and education. Remember, your dreams are your own, and they are unique to you. Believe in them, and they will guide you to success.2. Embrace Challenges: Life is full of challenges. They are not obstacles; they are opportunities for growth. When we face challenges, we learn, we adapt, and we become stronger. Do not fear challenges; embrace them with open arms.3. Persevere: Success is not a straight line; it is a series of ups and downs. When things get tough, remember why you started and keep moving forward. Perseverance is the key to overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals.4. Surround Yourself with Great People: Success is not an individual achievement; it is a collective effort. Surround yourself with people who share your vision and values. They will support you, challenge you, and help you grow.5. Stay Humble: No matter how successful you become, always remember where you came from. Humility keeps us grounded and focused on our mission.6. Never Stop Learning: The world is constantly changing, and we must adapt to stay relevant. Never stop learning, and always be open to new ideas and perspectives. In conclusion, I want to leave you with a quote from my favorite author, Charles Dickens: "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times,it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair."Life is full of contrasts, and we must embrace them all. Believe in your dreams, embrace challenges, persevere, surround yourself with greatpeople, stay humble, and never stop learning. If you do these things, you will find success in your own unique way.Thank you for listening, and may you all pursue your dreams with passion and perseverance. The End.。

Ladies and Gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening! It is a great honor to stand before you today and share my thoughts on life, entrepreneurship, and the pursuitof dreams. My name is Jack Ma, and I am the founder of Alibaba Group. I want to talk to you about embracing challenges, overcoming obstacles, and never giving up on your dreams.I come from a small town in China, where I was born in 1964. Mychildhood was not easy. My family was poor, and I had to work as a laborer to help support my family. I was not a good student in school, and I failed the college entrance exam twice. These experiences, however, did not discourage me. Instead, they fueled my determination to succeed.Let me share with you some key lessons that have guided me throughout my life and career.1. Embrace ChallengesLife is full of challenges. No matter who you are, you will face difficulties and setbacks. The key is not to avoid challenges but to embrace them. Challenges are opportunities in disguise. They force us to think creatively, to grow, and to become stronger. When I was young, I had a dream of becoming a teacher. However, I failed the college entrance exam twice. Instead of giving up, I decided tostart my own business. I taught English to children in my hometown and saved every penny I earned. After years of hard work, I was finally able to open my own school. As the founder of Alibaba, I have faced numerous challenges. We started with just 18 people in a small apartment. We had no money, no technology, and no experience. But we believed in our vision and were determined to succeed. Today, Alibaba is the largest e-commerce company in China and one of the biggest in the world. This success did not come easily; it was achieved through overcoming challenges and persisting in the face of adversity.2. Believe in YourselfSelf-belief is the foundation of success. If you don't believe in yourself, no one else will. You must have confidence in your abilities, your vision, and your dreams. When you believe in yourself, you are more likely to take risks, to innovate, and to persevere.I was not a good student in school, but I believed in my potential. I believed that education could change my life, and I worked hard to achieve my goals. I also believed that the internet had the power to change the world, and I dedicated myself to building a company that could harness that power.Believe in yourself, and you will find the strength to overcome any obstacle. Remember, the most difficult part of any journey is the first step. Take that step, and you will be on your way to achieving your dreams.3. Learn from FailureFailure is a natural part of life and entrepreneurship. No matter how successful you are, you will face failures. The important thing is to learn from your failures and use them as stepping stones to success.I failed the college entrance exam twice, and I was rejected by several companies before I started my own business. These experiences taught me that failure is not the end but a learning opportunity. It is through failure that we learn about ourselves, our strengths, and our weaknesses. When you fail, don't be afraid to get back up. Analyze what went wrong, learn from your mistakes, and move forward. Remember, success is not the absence of failure but the courage to keep trying.4. Focus on Your VisionVision is the compass that guides you through life. It is what keeps you motivated and focused on your goals. When you have a clear vision, you can overcome any obstacle and achieve anything you set your mind to.Alibaba's vision is to make it easy to do business anywhere. This vision has driven us to create innovative solutions that have transformed theway people buy, sell, and communicate. It has also inspired us to invest in technology and infrastructure that can benefit society as a whole.Focus on your vision, and let it guide you through your journey. When you have a clear purpose, you will find the energy and determination to pursue your dreams.5. Surround Yourself with the Right PeopleSuccess is not achieved alone. You need a strong support system of friends, family, and colleagues. Surround yourself with people who believe in you, who challenge you, and who inspire you.I am lucky to have had many mentors and friends who have supported me throughout my journey. They have provided me with advice, guidance, and encouragement. Without them, I would not be where I am today.Find people who share your vision and values. Collaborate with them, learn from them, and grow together. Together, you can achieve greatness.ConclusionIn conclusion, I want to leave you with a few final thoughts. Embrace challenges, believe in yourself, learn from failure, focus on your vision, and surround yourself with the right people. These principles have guided me throughout my life and career, and I hope they will inspire you too.Remember, the world is full of opportunities, but it is up to you to seize them. Never give up on your dreams, and never stop believing in yourself. With hard work, perseverance, and a positive attitude, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.Thank you for listening. I wish you all the best on your journey to success.Godspeed.。
