普遍电子简历中存在的问题:
1、邮箱命名不妥。
如:有简历将自己的邮箱名叫做“差不多”、“无所谓”等。
2、邮件标题不当。
如:邮件的标题为“求职”、“应聘”、“应聘简历”、“XX大学XX个人简历”、“XX专业XXX”等等。
3、邮件正文毫无内容。
如:邮件正文的位置除了一些广告“雅虎邮箱,终生伙伴! ”、“网易股吧,每天有 500 万股民在此讨论>> ”“贺金山上市毒霸历史最低价25元半年”,正文中没有任何一个求职者的语句。
4、邮件正文无抬头,或者没有合适的抬头。
如:“您好”、“您好:”“尊敬的校领导”、“尊敬的领导”。
5、邮件正文均为应付,属于随意添加。
如:“本人简历于附件中,劳烦查收!”、“祝老师工作顺利!”、“请您查收我的简历,祝工作快乐!”、“简历已附上,请查收”等等。
6、邮件正文未换行。
如:一句很长很长的话,要拖动半天,才可以看完,然后再拖回来看下一段的开头。
7、邮件正文没有落款。
如:有许多简历都有学一些求职信之类的,但往往漏了落款,忘了把自己大名和时间写上。
8、邮件正文没有新意,只是使用一个统一的模板,通过复制、粘帖的方法,直接copy到邮件正文。
