是关于客观事实的可通讯知识。
信息是经过加工后的数据，它会对接受者的行为和 决策产生影响，对决策者增加知识具有现实的或潜在的 价值
信息是具有表义性的。它反应的是客观事实，是各种事 物的特征的反映。
信息是可通讯的。可流动、传输和共享是信息的基本特 征；信息的获取和利用与特定的通讯手段和工具是密不 可分的。
信息是形成知识的基础。知识表现为对事物运动状态之 间联系的认知和推断，而事物的运动状态是借助信息来 表达的，因此，知识也可以直接表现为信息间的内在本 质联系。
