经过一个星期的高中英语实习,我得到了一次较全面的、系统的锻炼,也学到了许多书本上所学不到的知识和技能。
在这里,我不仅从各个老师和学生们的身上学到了很多东西,而且和他们成为朋友,更重要的是,我在实习过程中感觉所学的到东西远远要比在校园里学到的更丰富、更精彩。

实习期间,本人以一名合格的教师标准本文由论文联盟http://收集整理要求自己,为人师表;本着对学生负责的态度,严格遵守实习学校的规章制度,尊重实习学校领导和老师,虚心听取他人的意见,重视和学生保持融洽的关系,主动与老师、学生交流,和其他实习同学团结协作,共同完成实习任务。
在教学实习中,我认真备课,参考多方面的资料,在充分听取指导老师和同学的意见后,根据教学大纲和教材设计教案,努力做到合理、规范、准确。
初到开发区一中,在第一周里,我在学校领导的安排下,开始熟悉学校,了解高082
班。
同时随堂听课并做好听课记录。
在此基础上,认真修改和完善教案,经指导老师审批合格签字后上交学校教务处盖章后才开始上台讲课。
在课堂上,我使用了灵活的教学手段和方式,充分激发了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,学生的参与度极高,收到了较好的效果。
课后,根据学生的反馈和指导老师的意见,认真做好总结,尝试多种教学方式,不断完善和提高自己的专业技能。
从学校课堂走向讲台,面对台下一双双好奇的眼睛,有一种兴奋感,但同时有些紧张。
上课难免出现“讲课重点不突出”“师生配合不够默契”“学生课堂活动不多”和“上课时间掌握不够好”等等问题。
针对这些问题,首先得到了指导老师的帮助,要求我多听课,多向有丰富教学经验的老师学习。
他们手把手地教,指出我教学中不足的地方,帮助修改教案,让我能够理论联系实际。
课前把功夫下在深入钻研教材,广泛搜集有关资料,精心设计课堂结构及教学方法上,特别是认真研究怎样“用最节省的时间、最简洁的方法让学生掌握最多的知识,并促使学生最快地转化为能力”。
在这次实习中,我本着“严格遵守纪律、理论联系实际、勇于开拓创新”的实习指导思想,认真锻造自己,这段经历,时间虽短,但却是我人生道路上的一笔宝贵的财富。
从一点一滴耐心的教育教学工作中,我锻炼了自我,增强了本领,
提高了能力,同时也发现了我的缺点和不足:
首先,意识到了自己的知识体系中存在的缺陷,有待自己进一步去提高和补充能量。
在教学的过程中,我明显得感觉到了自己教学语言不够丰富,直接影响到了我的教学质量和效果。
同时我在讲课和批改作业时有很多地方拿捏不定,妨碍了我的刚做效率,这些都是我改进的。
其次我也深切地体会到了教学相长的深刻内涵。
实习后,我觉得自己整个人都成熟起来了,以前不知道的很多东西,现在也接触到了,过去以为完全把握的知识,经过课堂的锤炼和与经验丰富的老师交流,发现了很多的不足,给我今后的学习指明了方向。
在为人师的这条路上,我迈出了第一步,接下来还有第二步、第三步……但不管怎样,我都会以人为本,把实习中学到的一切加以融会带到今后的事业中去,我会以我的真心去呵护学生,因为我面对的是一颗颗纯真的心。
总之,教育是一个互动的过程,老师只要认真投入教学,孩子就会积极配合。
这种过程是很开心的!每上完一节课后我最大的感受就是:当好一名老师真不容易啊!上好一堂课不仅要求我们能够旁征博引,而且平时学生也会提一些书上没有涉及到的知识,这时候你不仅要自己对这些知识点有所了解,而且更为重要的是你要能够以学生容易理解的平实的语言将它表
达出来。
这不仅要求老师对所讲的知识理解透彻,怎样把自己的意图更尽可能准确的表达出来。
一位老师站在讲台上,成为学生关注的焦点,他不仅要顶住各种压力,去把知识传授给学生,去与学生互动,调动学生的积极性,让学生成为学习的主体,自己则是个引导者。
做好这些实在需要好好下一番功夫。
这是是我感受最深的一点,其他方面同样也很重要。
比如说要有老师的形象、气质,举止大方,语言亲切,将可要有吸引力;备课关键在于备学生,根据学生的实际情况选择授课方式,讲课富于变化性,与学生互动交流。
通过本次实习,在我第一次深入课堂时,我还是遇到了许多师范学校里没学过、事先也没有料到过的难题。
我们取得的少许经验,要保留下来记录下来。
所犯的错误,总结的教训,更要记住,作为避免以后再犯的警钟,为以后步入社会打下基础。
让我体会很深的首先是对教育这份事业的热爱。
经过短暂的一个星期的实习,让我受益匪浅,使我有机会将理论与实践有机地结合起来。
站在教育的最前线,面对一双双求知的眼睛,心中倍感任重而道远。
