大学英语工作计划篇一：XX-XX上大学英语工作计划XX-XX第一学期大学英语教研室工作计划高职英语是高职教育中的一门重要的基础课程。
在我院，英语教学几乎涉及各专业，英语应用能力考级和大学英语考级也是所有学生最关心的问题之一。
因此英语教师也担负着重要的责任，我们大学英语教研室本学期有专业教师五名，担负除商务英语专业以外各专业的英语教学。
本学期我们有两个年级的英语课其中有二年级的口语课每周一节和一年级的英语基础课每周四节。
一、教学管理常规工作教学是大学英语教研室最重要的工作，教学管理则是使之落到实处的保障，本学期主要从以下几个方面开展工作：1、指导教师制定规范、严谨、科学的教学计划从事大学英语教学的教师应该根据教研室提供的各级、各层次的教学要求和指导性的教学计划制定规范、严谨、科学的教学计划，教学计划应该包括教学班级、学生人数、教师姓名、学生基本情况、使用教材、本学期教学任务、教学方法、教学重点、难点、教学管理。
2、备课及教案教师应该严格在教学计划的指导下进行备课，教研室定于学期初、中、末对教案进行检查。
3、听课制度教学中的听课可以促进老师之间相互交流，帮助教师成长为专业扎实、教学经验丰富的老师。
本学期听课分两条线进行。
教研室组织听课：根据教师课表安排，教研室会组织教学经验相对丰富的老师听取部分老师的讲课，并对老师的讲课进行点评，最后由听课小组给出建议。
自行听课：除了教研室组织的听课外，老师们也可以自行相互听课，听课前领取听课表，听课后后将听课表交回教研室。
要求每个教师每学期自行听课次数不少于两次。
4、作业及作业批改要学好英语，提高大学英语教学质量，提高大学英语三级过关率，没有课外作业，仅仅依靠上课时间，而且没有老师的作业批改对学生的学习情况进行掌握，并不断调整教学内容，改进教学方法是根本不可能的。
因此，教师每个学期根据教学的需要并结合三级必须至少给学生布置5次课外作业，要求学生购买作业本，教师每次对作业的批改率不低于20%。
5、教师教学管理及教学评估学生期末总评成绩=平时成绩*40%+期末考试成绩*60% 学生平时成绩=出勤情况20分（每个学生至少有5次考勤记录）+作业50分+课堂表现30分学期末提交的原始成绩单上必须体现以上各项期末考试：专科班按照三级考试题型和难度出题。
6、两点措施确保以上各条落到实处听取师生对大学英语教学的意见和建议。
二、教学科研工作科研是高校生命力的源泉，教学科研始于教学并服务于教学，我系年轻教师多，科研能力较弱，谈不上干出较大的科研成果，教研室的主要任务是尝试作一些基础性的工作，以激发老师们的科研潜力，为以后独立从事科研工作，承担科研课题打一些基础。
