Module 2 Public holidays重要知识点讲解Unit 1一、序数词[点拨]序数词:是指表示顺序的数词。
构成:(1)特殊的变化:one—first two—secondthree—third five—fiftheight—eighth nine—ninthtwelve—twelfth(2)除了上述的特殊变化,其他的都是由其相对应的基数词后面添加“th”构成。
six-sixth nineteen-nineteenth(3)整数第几十的形式由其对应的基数词改变结尾字母y为i,再加“eth”构成。
(4)当第几十几的个位数是上述的特殊变化数字,则只要将个位数变为序数词即可。
第31—thirty-first 第56—fifty-sixth第73— seventy-third 第99—ninety-ninth注意:表示第几时,序数词前面要加定冠词the。
