数控外圆磨床工作台结构设计

摘要
随着科学技术的发展我国磨床产业发展出现的问题有许多情况不容乐观之处,如产业结构不合理、产业集中于劳动力密集型产品;技术密集型产品明显落后于发达的工业国家;产业能源消耗大、产出率低、环境污染严重、对自然资源破坏力大;企业总体规模偏小、技术创新能力薄弱、管理水平落后等。而且传统的加工设备已无法承担今天的加工高精度、复杂型面零件的要求,然而数控机床良好的加工精度和数控系统可满足此要求。而且国外的数控机床比较昂贵,其价格要比国内机床的价格高50%-60%,在此背景下结合市场调研对数控外圆磨床工作台进行结构设计。针对数控外圆磨床工作台存在的爬行、颤振现象、进给滚珠丝杠刚性低、主轴的固定和支撑等问题进行改进设计。本次设计采用机械传动、液压传动带动工作台,机械传动和液压传动之间采用互锁装置,工作台导轨贴塑,从而克服了爬行,起到减振作用,同时也改善了润滑条件,数控外圆磨床的纵向移动、颤振现象得到了有效解决,通过液压控制测量工作台的直线位移,从而提高了加工零件质量。针对主轴固定采用用螺母加垫可拧紧拉杆,使顶尖与主轴挤紧,从而限制了主轴的转动,达到主轴固定的目的。针对主轴的支撑采用双支点各单向固定支承,滚动轴承背靠背组配,刚性可提高一倍。此次改进设计的磨床对提高加工质量和效率、而且缩短产品开发周期有积极的意义。本次设计对国内外圆磨床产业发展进行了全面的研究。关键词:外圆磨床工作台机械传动导轨
Abstract
With the development of science and technology industrial development of grinding problems there are many situations is not optimistic of the Department,such as irrational industrial structure, industry focused on labor-intensive products; technology-intensive products significantly behind the developed industrial countries; industrial energy consumption large, low output, serious environmental pollution of natural resources damage is great; overall small-scale enterprises, technological innovation capability is weak, backward management level. And the traditional processing equipment has been unable to assume today's precision machining, complex surface parts requirements, however good precision CNC machine tools and CNC system can meet this requirement. CNC machine tools and abroad more expensive, its price than the domestic price of the machine is 50% -60%, in this context, the combination of market research for CNC cylindrical grinding machine worktable for structural design. CNC cylindrical grinder bench for the presence of reptiles, flutter phenomenon, the feed screw low rigidity spindle support on issues such as fixed and improved design. The design uses a mechanical transmission, hydraulic driven workbench, mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission between the use of interlocks, table rails laminating, thus overcoming the crawl, play a damping effect, but also improves the lubrication conditions, NC cylindrical Grinder longitudinal movement, flutter phenomenon has been effectively resolved by the hydraulic control linear displacement measuring table, thereby

Is adopted for the spindle nut can be tightened padded rod, squeezing the top and the spindle, thus limiting the rotation of the spindle, to achieve the purpose of fixing the spindle.
