Honeywell-XL50控制器操作说明1.可编程控制器和仪表可编程控制器XL20、XL50 (的核心元件,它在系统中起到重要作用:如检测各传感器的当前值,动态调整个比例阀的状态,显示系统各参数等;还提供了一些控制系统内部参数的调整和系统参数的设定方式,用户应对其操作方法和性能达到熟练的程度,才能实现空调系统的各种操作。
XL20为中文控制屏,不带通讯方式,操作方法雷同XL50。
取消键–返回先前的或上一级的屏幕;取消未被确认的操作;确认报警信息。
上移键–移动指针到前面的行下移键–移动指针到下一行右移键–移动指针到当前位置的右边左移键–移动指针到当前位置的左边增加键–每按一次增加数值一个单位或改变数字状态值到与当前状态值相反的状态值减少键–每按一次减少数值一个单位或改变数字状态值到与当前状态值相反的状态值确认键–确认已做的修改和进入下一个屏幕(指针在NEXT前)对于KTF空调系统的控制操作,主要是对系统参数的查看和更改(即对“系统参数操作键”的使用),该控制器的强大功能主要体现在:不但可以在线修改所有输入、输出点,而且也可以对控制系统的内部参数进行改变。
a)查看系统的输入、输出点状态(即查询新回风温度、露点温度、出口温湿度、风压及其各个阀门开度)♦ 重要说明:对DDC 控制器的操作只能单键进行,严禁同时按压键位,以避免不必要的误操作,以免程序被初始化或删除。
♦ 按下系统“参数”操作键,屏幕出现“请输入你的密码";密码输入才可以修改数据,比如压力等参数的设定等.用户只是查看的话就可以直接进入。
♦ 移动“光标移动"向上键,使光标停留在“****”上,再按下“输入键",通过使用“数据增/减键"和“输入键”逐个将4位密码输入,完毕后屏幕左下角出现‘更改change ’字符;光标移动到change 字符上可以修改进入DDC 修改数据的密码,默认为‘3333’,如更改了密码,用户须牢记更改后的密码,每次参数修改操作都需密码。

The SCMs support abnormal handling, recipe parameters, and on-line monitoring of the execution through chart visualization.One Seamless Environment through Easy Data CommunicationParameters provide access to every imaginable piece of information in the controller. This data can be used throughout the Experion system, whether for other control strategies or for operator purposes. For example, in custom displays, parameters such as setpoints or outputs can be historized and used in trend views. The engineer does not need to know where the information resides. Instead, he can just reference it, and the system manages the underlying logistics of that information. The system will notify the user based on the status information associated with the value and take appropriate action when required.Each parameter is also protected from accidental changes through a security access level, and certain parameters can only be changed off-line. Communication is based on report- by-exception and publish-subscribe, making efficient use of communication bandwidth by accessing data only when needed and avoiding duplication.Consistent and Predictive Behavior Makes Engineering and Maintenance EasierThe C300 CEE supports an execution period per control strategy, ranging from 50 msec to 2000 msec. The user can make changes to existing or add new control strategies without interrupting other control strategies executed by the controller. The user has full control over the function block execution order within the control strategy and the execution order of multiple control strategies. Control strategies can be easily moved between control environments by using the convenient drag-and-drop feature within Control Builder. Easy and Intuitive Engineering EnvironmentControl Builder is the control engineering and maintenance tool for the Control Execution Environment, and improves the control engineer’s productivity by simplifying configuration with a graphical user interface and predefined function blocks ready for wiring into a specific control strategy. The control engineer can enable and change standard function block features without the need to build these from the ground up. The control strategy can be documented with embedded objects such as text, documents or web-links.Online Monitoring Is Available to the Engineer and OperatorOnce control strategies are created and loaded to the C300 controller, the engineer can monitor the strategy on-line using the same graphical interface. This is helpful for verifying a control strategy or for troubleshooting a process problem. The control or maintenance engineer can directly modify parameters from the engineering environment without needing an operator interface. Controller Based Model Predictive Tuning with ProfitLoopProfit Loop is Honeywell’s patented algorithm that provides a single input / single output model-predictive function block that is included in the standard C300 controller function block library. It has the operating simplicity and computational efficiency of a standard PID function block, yet provides tight, robust control, increasing process stability by up to 30 percent. Profit Loop creates a simple model of the process to predict the effect of control moves on the process (controlled) variable. Because Profit Loop can anticipate future process behavior, the controller knows exactly how much to move the process to meet the desired control objectives. They are identified in the text by an *.ApplicationThe storey controller HCE 60 receives specifications for the room temperature from the setpoint adjusters* and the Hometronic Manager*. The storey controller controls the boiler regression*, the pump relay and the thermal actuators* (refer to page 45, Hometronic heating components) on the basis of these specifications.It disposes of a self-teaching control function (fuzzy logic) which adapts itself automatically to the environmental conditions. The desired room temperature is reached rapidly and held constant.In order to provide a rapid overview of the display and operation there is a sticker on the rear of the instructions which can be stuck onto the housing of the storey controller.3Overview 4Procedure during the installationAssigning zones and actuators• Specify which heating circuits* are controlled by the storey controller.Mounting• Mount the Hometronic heating components.Configuration and installation• Set the storey controller to the actuator type, cable the connections and interconnect the components.Configuration• Assign setpoint adjusters to the temperature zones.• If appropriate, assign room names at the Hometronic Manager.• If appropriate, assign the time program of the remote setpoint adjuster HCU 30 to the temperature zones.Creating a zone plan 5Creating a zone plan*A temperature zone is an area of the building – e.g. a room – in which the setpoint temperature* is set by means of a setpoint adjuster. The storey controller controls all the thermal actuators of a temperature zone to the same value.5 temperature zones can be set up per storey controller. The extension module HCS 60 increases the number of temperature zones per storey controller to 8. A maximum of 3 actuators can be connected in each zone.The total number of actuators which can be controlled by one storey controller is thus limited to 24.Specifying temperature zonesCaution Danger of damage through external equipment! The procedure is identical for both device types and is therefore only explained on the basis of the setpoint adjuster.Example: Assigning an HCW 22 setpoint adjuster to Zone 1 In the following example the setpoint adjuster HCW 22 is assigned to Zone 1.Subsequently the room name "Living" is assigned to Zone 1 in the►►seconds.of Zone 1 flashes red.The storey controller is in instal-lation mode and waits for thesignal of a setpoint adjuster.n order to assign a setpoint adjuster to a different zone, pressuntil the LED of the desired zone ►Press the send button of the setpoint adjuster.The LED of the selected zone lights continuously red.I f no Hometronic Manager is installed, the storey controlleroperates with a basic value of 20 °C. For information on howthe configuration is checked please refer to page 36.►The LED of the selected zone flashes green. The storey controller waits for a signal from the Hometronic Manager. REMOVE OLD THERMOSTAT❑Test your heating and cooling systems to make sure they work properly. If either system does not work, contact your local heating/air-conditioning dealer. To avoid compressor damage, do not operate the cooling system when outdoor temperature is below 50°F (10°C).❑Turn off power to the system at the furnace or the fuse/circuit breaker panel.❑Carefully unpack your new thermostat and wallplate. Save package of screws, instructions, and receipt.❑Remove the cover from the old thermostat. If the cover does not snap off when pulled firmly from the bottom, check for a screw or screws used to lock on the cover.❑Loosen the screw or screws holding the thermostat to the wallplate and lift the thermostat away.❑Disconnect the wires from the old thermostat. As you disconnect each wire, attach the enclosed labels with the old terminal designation. If there are only two wires, they do not need to be labeled. Wrap the wires around a pencil as shown to keep them from falling back into the wall.Special Installations Array Read this section if you are replacing:•Clock thermostat with separate wires for the clock.•Thermostat with six or more wires connected to it.•Thermostat in a heating only system with three wires.Replacing a Clock Thermostat that has C or C1 Clock TerminalsIf you are replacing a Honeywell Chronotherm®Thermostat, you may find one or twowires going to the C or C1 clock terminals on the Chronotherm wiring wallplate. Do not allow them to touch, or you can damage the transformer. Disconnect the wires and wrap them separately using electrical tape. Do not wrap them together. Place the wires where they will not interfere with the operation of the new thermostat. Record the colors and terminal designation labels of the remaining wires.Replacing a Thermostat that has Six or More WiresIf there are six or more wires (excluding clock wires attached to terminals), you probably have a variation of a multistage heat pump or other multistage system. This thermostat is not compatible with multistage systems, so return the product to the place of purchase. For information about which programmable thermostats will work with your system, call Honeywell Customer Relations Center, at 1-800-468-1502.Replacing a Thermostat that has Three WiresIf you have three wires for a heating only system and can operate the fan using the fan ON switch this thermostat works with your system. However, some hot water (zoned) heating systems also have three wires. Your thermostat willwork only if you install an isolating relay on these systems. For details, call your local heating and/or cooling contractor.69-16426STEP 3. MOUNT THERMOSTAT WALLPLATE❑Separate the wallplate from the thermostat by placing your thumb or fingers between the bottom of the wallplate and the thermostat, and pulling thewallplate up and away from the thermostat. See illustration at right.❑Position the wallplate on the wall. Level the wallplate for appearance if desired.Use a pencil to mark the two mounting holes that best fit the application.❑Remove the wallplate from the wall. Drill two 3/16 in. holes in wall (if drywall) as shown. For materials such as plaster or wood, drill 7/32 in. holes where marked.Gently, tap the (provided) anchors into the drilled holes until they are flush with the wall.❑Reposition the wallplate over the holes. Pull the wires through the wiring opening. Loosely insert mounting screws into each of the holes.❑Level the wallplate if desired. Thermostat functions properly when not level.❑Tighten mounting screws.769-1642STEP 4. WIRE WALLPLATE TERMINALS IMPORTANTAll wiring must comply with local codes and ordinances. Ifunsure about household wiring procedures, call your local heat-ing/air-conditioning contractor.Refer to the labels you placed on the wires when you removed the old thermostat (see illustration).❑Match the letter of your old thermostat wire with the corresponding terminal letter on your new thermostat. Refer to Table 2.❑Remove the factory-installed jumper connecting terminals R and RC if wires are connected to both of those terminals.❑For wiring diagrams, if needed, see pp 22-23.❑Loosen the terminal screws. Slip each wire beneath its matching terminal. Wraparound and straight connections are both acceptable, (see illustration). Tighten the terminals.❑Plug the hole in the wall with insulation to help prevent drafts from adversely affecting thermostat operation.69-16428969-1642Table 2. Replace the batteries as soon as possible once the message flashes.IMPORTANTAlthough the thermostat has a low battery indicator, replace the batteries once per year to prevent leakage and to prevent the ther-mostat and heating/cooling system from shutting down due to lack of battery power in the thermostat.If you insert new batteries within 20 to 30 seconds of removing the oldbatteries, the system retains the current time and day. If the display is blank, the batteries are dead or installed incorrectly. You must reset the time and day. Refer to Set the Clock for instructions.As a precaution when leaving home for longer than a month, change batteries before leaving to prevent the system from shutting down due to lack of power. Always use fresh alkaline batteries. Nonalkaline batteries do not last as long. They also can leak, causing damage to the thermostat and the wall surface.The thermostat fan operation switch, labeled FUEL SWITCH is factory set in the F position. This is the correct setting for most systems. If your system is an electric heat system, set the switch to E. The E setting allows the fan to turn on immediately with the heating and cooling in a system where the G terminal is connected.1169-1642STEP 7. MOUNT THE THERMOSTATSTEP 8. 1、接通智能温控器的电源,显示屏上显示的是当前的温度。
2、显示屏右下方是“启动温度”设置按钮,按升温键一下,温度提高1摄氏度;也可以按住不放手,温度连续升高。
例如设置为65摄氏度,也就是传感器温度低于或等于65度时,输出插座自动通电,所连接的设备启动。
3、显示屏左下方是“停止温度”设置按钮,例如设置为80度,即传感器温度高于或等于80度时,输出插座自动断电,受控设备停止工作。

1.面板说明
1.1显示说明
PV: 过程值(process value),四位显示(红色)
SP: 设定值(set point),四位显示(绿色)
1.2LED指示灯说明
OUT1: 第一路输出(OUTPUT1), 绿色灯
OUT2: 第二路输出(OUTPUT2), 绿色灯
AT: 自整定,黄色灯
PRO: 程序运行中,黄色灯
AL1: 第一路报警(ALARM 1),红色灯
AL2: 第二路报警(ALARM 1),红色灯
AL3: 第三路报警(ALARM 1),红色灯 (DC1010无此功能)
MAN: 手动控制,黄色灯 (DC1010无此功能)
1.3 按键
SET: 模式&设定键(切换模式和写入设定值)
Y:移位键
▽:减少键
△:增加键
A/M:自动/手动切换键
2.自整定功能
2.1 将AT设置为‘YES’,即启动自整定功能
2.2 自整定完成后,PID参数将被自动设定。
(P值一般为11~14, I值一股为40~50, D值一般为40~60。
)
2.3 ATVL=自整定偏移量,由SP值推导出来
(它在自整定时,可防止振荡超过设定点)
SP-ATVL=自整定设定值, ATVL=自整定偏移量
例如: SP=200℃, ATL=5, 则自整定点是195℃
*ATVL务必自整定点在程序类型模式中(195℃)
2.4 自整定点失败
2.4.1 ATVL值太大
→如果不能确定,则设定ATVL=0
2.4.2系统时间太长
→单独设定PID参数
3. 故障信息
(注意)当有“*”标记的故障发生时,控制器需要维修
4.操作流程
各阶层进出及参数的锁定
4.1.1按移位键(Y)改变参数。
按下移位键,第一位数开始闪烁。
按增加键(△)或减少键(▽)
对此数值作增加或减少,再按移位键到第二位数,当所有数值设定好后,按SET键完成数值设定。
4.1.2SET键也有转换模式的功能,按下SET键会显示下一种模式
4.1.3按SET键持续5秒可进入LEVEL2,或同样可返回LEVEL1。
4.1.4如果在一分钟内没有按下任何键,将显示进入LEVEL1。
4.1.5不管处于哪一层,按A/M键就可进入LEVEL1。
4.1.6输出限幅百分比是“0”时,表示控制器没有输出。
4.4 LEVEL 4 (设定层调整)
当LCK=1111时,按住设定键(SET)及移位键(Y)5秒,即可进入LEVEL 4
◆ 当SET8.3=1(程序运行时,从“PV”开始),即PV热启动,程序自动扣除运行段的时间,剩余时间会显示在参数“TIMER”上
◆ 请非专业人员勿修改“LEVEL 4”层参数,,否则可能造成控制器内部错误。
