CONCLUSION
The workplace culture, social support and motivation affected the work life balance. Future research should investigate the differences between management and clinical workers' perceptions towards work life balance. the role of attitude, spiritual belief and culture can also be included as the inclusion of the variables will provide a better interpretation of the studies.

D.Worklife Balance and Job Satisfaction
Results found that employees having more work life balance are more satisfied with their jobs as compared to employees having low work life balance.Satisfaction with the job is a part of life satisfaction that can only happen if employees can create a balance in their work and family/personal life.So in order to improve job satisfaction and thereby increase productivity an organization has to give due consideration on achieving the work life balance of its employees

Previous studies generally found that job satisfaction is associated with salary, occupational stress, empowerment, company and administrative policy, achievement, personal growth, relationship with others, and the overall working condition.The level of job satisfaction is higher among those with more education, more prestigious occupations and better paying positions.

Work life balance is the condition when employees have the ability to reach both work and other responsibilities. While employees feel that they are capable of balancing their work and non-work commitments, they are said to have a good work life balance.

Researchers find that workers who are satisfied with their work-life balance are likely to be happier social citizens, parents and more effective workers. The question of how work life balance interacts with work-related variable such as workplace culture, social support, and motivation is still remaining unresolved. this research was conducted to examine and scrutinize on the issue and specifically examine the relationships among employees in healthcare organizations(thought to be stressful)
