深圳职业技术学院简介深圳职业技术学院是一所以培养生产、建设、管理、服务一线的高素质技术应用型人才为主的全日制普通高等院校。

深圳职业技术学院考察报告深圳职业技术学院是一所以培养高级应用型技术、管理人才为主的全日制普通高等院校，学院坚持以生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的应用性技术和管理人才为培养目标，坚持“以市场为导向”、“以就业为导向”，为深圳地方社会经济发展服务的办学原则，突出学生综合职业素质和职业能力的培养。
虽然深圳职业技术学院属于职业技术学院，但是学校在办学理念、学科专业设置、实训基地建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设以及教学质量评价制度、年终考核制度、人事分配制度等方面有许多可资借鉴的做法。
一、办学定位准确，机制灵活深圳职业技术学院坚持以服务为宗旨，通过“官校企行四方联动、产学创用立体推进”的机制，积极推进产学研合作，办学紧贴市场，教育教学方法屡有创新。
