中国2010年上海世博会志愿者标志的主体由汉字“心”、英文字母“V”、嘴衔橄榄枝飞翔的和平鸽构成。与世博会会徽“世”异曲同工，在呈现中国文化个性的同时，表达了志愿者的用“心”和热“心”。“V”是英文“Volunteer”的首字母，阐述了标志所代表的群体，赋予其清晰的含义；飞翔的和平鸽代表上海，也象征和平友爱，橄榄枝则寓意可持续发展和希望，传承“城市，让生活更美好”的世博会主题。彩虹般的色彩，迎风飘舞的彩带，是上海热情的召唤。我们相信，

科技特点
中国馆的设计引入了最先进的科技成果，使它符合环保节能的理念。四根立柱下面的大厅是东西南北皆可通风的空间，在四季分明的上海，无论展会期间各种气候如约而至，让观众都能感到有一股股与人体相宜的气流在抚摸自己的肌肤。外墙材料为无放射、无污染的绿色产品，比如所有的门窗都采用LOM-E玻璃，不仅反射热量，降低能耗，还可能会喷涂一种涂料，将阳光转化为电能并储存起来，为建筑外墙照明提供能量。地区馆平台上厚达1.5米的覆土层，可为展馆节省10%以上的能耗。国家馆顶上的观景台也可能引进最先进的太阳能薄膜，储藏阳光并转化为电能。顶层还有雨水收集系统，雨水净化用于冲洗卫生间和车辆。主体建筑的挑出层，构成了自遮阳体型，已经为下层空间遮阴节能了。所有管线甚至地铁通风口都被巧妙地隐藏在建筑体内。

（一）上海世博会标志特许经营内容
上海世博会标志特许经营，是指组织者授权国内外合格的企业生产和销售带有上海世博会标志（包括名称、会徽、吉祥物等世博会知识产权）的产品。

一、完善特许经营招募渠道（一）完善特许生产商招募渠道1、符合条件的意向企业按照世博会官方网站公布的特许生产商招募公告的要求，向上海世博会特许产品经营办公室（以下简称“经营办公室”）报送应征材料。

经招募评审机构审核，应征企业进入特许生产协议签署和产品申报流程。

2、经营办公室可以直接向符合条件的知名生产企业发出定向招募邀请，就特许生产许可协议条款达成一致后，交招募评审机构审核。

通过审核的企业进入特许生产协议签署和产品申报流程。

3、参加经营办公室主办（或经营办公室认可的）的产品设计评比或竞赛活动，获奖产品为新开发产品，且产品所有者具备生产资质的，可申请该产品所属产品类别的特许生产商资格。

（二）完善特许零售商招募渠道1、符合条件的意向企业按照世博会官方网站公布的特许零售商招募公告的要求，向经营办公室报送应征材料。

经招募评审机构审核，应征企业进入特许零售协议签署和零售店申报流程。

2、经营办公室可以直接向符合条件的大型零售商业企业发出定向招募邀请，就特许零售许可协议条款达成一致后，交招募评审机构审核。

通过审核的企业进入特许零售协议签署和零售店申报流程。

定向邀请的零售商，其特许产品零售门店（专柜）或销售额必须在商定时限内达到约定的规模数。

世博会基本介绍
世界博览会（Word Exposition、world’s Fair），又称国际博览会及万国博览会，简称世博会、世博、万博，是一项由主办国政府委托有关部门举办的有较大影响和悠久历史的国际性博览活动。参展者向世界各国展示当代的文化、科技和产业上正面影响各种生活范畴的成果。世博会的起源是中世纪欧洲商人定期的市集，市集起初只涉及经济贸易，到19世纪，商界在欧洲地位提升，市集的规模渐渐扩大，商品交易的种类和参与的人员愈来愈多，影响满为愈来愈大，从经济到生活艺术到生活理想哲学……到19世纪20年代，这种具规模的大型市集便成为博览会（Expositions）。1851年的第一届伦敦世博会就有中国的身影，当时中国广东商人许荣村将自己经营的：荣记湖丝”装成12捆，托运往英国，最终质压群芳，脱颖而出，独得金、银大奖。中国政府第一次自派代表，以国家身份参加的世界博览会是1876年费城世界博览会。当时作为中国工商业代表的人叫李圭，他是一个有智、有勇、有谋、有骨气的中国人，但湮没在那个万马齐喑的时代。李圭写了一本书叫《环游地球新录》，记录了1876年的费城世界博览会，虽然它是中国代表团中的唯一的一个中国人，但这一次正式踏足世界博览会。
2）极具中国特色的“东方之冠”的外形设计上海世博会中国国家馆中国馆以“城市发展中的中国智慧”为主题，由于外形酷似一顶古帽，而被命名为“东方之冠”。 3）篆字的二十四节气印于其上既突出“冠”的古朴，又可以让人们饶有有兴趣的辨识这48个字。 4）屋顶花园：“新九洲清晏”初露风采九州清宴原本是圆明园中的景观设计，设计人员将其“移植”到国家馆周围，成为国家馆的景观。经过重新设计后，新“九州清宴”——田、泽、渔、脊、林、甸、壑、漠呈半月形围在“东方之冠”（雍）的周围，将城市景观与自然景观共同融在一起，非常值得游赏。

上海世界博览会事务协调局就中国2010年上海世界博览会标志之一的吉祥物向我署提出海关保护备案申请，我署已核准。

现将备案情况公告如下：权利人：上海世界博览会事务协调局。

权利名称：上海世界博览会吉祥物（见附件）。

进出口侵犯上述中国2010年上海世界博览会标志专有权的货物的，海关将根据《世界博览会标志保护条例》以及相关法律法规予以查处。

特此公告。
