今天我要介绍一个医学项目，该项目在首尔地区运作。
项 目名称是心肺复苏训练。
H E R O S是家庭、教育、复苏、结果、学习项目。
它的含义是，我们是可以改 变结果的英雄。
旁观者心肺复苏对于心脏骤停的临床效果是很重要的。
为了增加旁观者心肺复苏的成功概率，培训显得尤为重要，但以往的心肺 复苏培训不包含电话指导心肺复苏。
开展心肺复苏培训的另一个重要原因是因为大多数心脏骤停发生在家中。
因此，培训待在家中的人们学会实施心肺复苏非常重要。
因此，我们对家庭主妇和老年人群的心肺复苏培训很感兴趣。
2013年，我 们在首尔开展了调度员心肺复苏项目，在项目结束后临床效果报告发现心脏骤停抢救成功率得到改善。
大家可以看到图中心肺复苏成功比例越来越高。
调度员可以指导那些不会心脏复苏的求救者实施抢救步骤，心肺复苏指 导可以提高心脏骤停抢救成功率。

CNA,LPN(LVN),RN的区别
CNA, LPN(LVN),RN 的区别/s/blog_5cefed860100bxfp.htmlCNA 全称是Certified Nursing Assistant，一般高中毕业后在社区大学或是大的医院里经过6到12周的培训，培训的内容大致有：怎样测量病人生命体征，初浅的一些解剖，生理，感染，营养的理论。
工作的内容：病人的生活护理，还有测量生命体征。
有些医院的CNA还兼职一些秘书的功能，帮忙在电脑上输入实验室ORDER，接接电话，发发传真等。
一年的工资大概在$23,663美元和$29,801 之间，当然有些个做的年数长了工资稍微高那么一点点，在我们医院我知道的CNA小时工资大概在10到15美元一小时。
LVN/LPN全称licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse,也是在高中毕业后申请一年的学校。
LVN/LPN比CNA正规，大致相当于在国内的护士。
有比较正规的护理课程，不过所做的工作一般都是在RN的监护下完成，可以派发药物，简单的查体，测生命体征，有IV 证书的LVN/LPN还可以打静脉针。
一年的工资大概在24,500美元和46,000美元之间。
有经验和没有经验的工资差的比较多。
LVN/LPN还可以再深造成为RN。
很多学校都有类似的专业可以让你升级为RN。
RN 全称Registered Nurse,高中毕业后入社区大学或是综合大学读3到5年课程。
学历有大专（3年）或是本科（5年）。
还有一种本科是加速的，在你已经有一个其它本科学位的条件下入学，一般2年的课。
毕业后要考NCLEX，也就是护士执照。
在医院里的工作是检查病人，制定护理计划，发药，打针，和医生交流，接医嘱等等。
因为很多美国的医院里没有医生（除了非常大的教学医院），RN就是第一线，病人有什么情况，RN要做出判断，然后打电话给医生汇报，再接医嘱执行医嘱。

结果：培训后，学员对培训理论、实践、教师、难度、实用性认为满意的人数达到92.2%-98.0%；学员自评知识、技能、自信得分及提供督导小时数均较培训前提升(均P<0.001)。
培训结束后1年的深入随访显示，经过督导班培训，12名学员中9名学员在学术活动的参与度，督导实践的意愿、效果、频率，心理咨询与治疗实践的工作效率上均有提升和成长。
理论与实践相结合侧重实践、恰到好处使用学员资源、充分利用教师资源的授课模式是重要的起效因素。

近年来，随着住院医师培训质量检验重点转向胜任力评估，基地认证的指导思想随之转变，从通过实地考察来检查教学内容转变为验证自我学习的结果。
当前认证的主要形式是由认证委员会提供模板，要求培训基地每年进行自我评估，找出优缺点基地必须成立自查委员会来主导自我评估，其中必须包括学员与师资每年对培训项目的匿名评估。
年度自我评估的结果上报认证委员会，同时作为基地下年度的行动方案参考。
下年度的自查必须针对上年度的不足进行总结和改进。
经过连续9年的自查，在基地提交总结性的自查后，认证委员会将对其进行实地考察。
因 此，基地的认证与自查工作融为一体，既减少了认证的工作量，又强化了认证考察的真正目的，提高了培训基地的教学质量。

As the emphasis in quality control of residency training has shifted from examination of the process to evaluation of competence in recent years, the guidelines for accreditation of training sites have also transformed from content examination to verification of the outcome based on self-study. The current format of accreditation is that all the training sites perform annual self-review following a template provided by ACGME, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the program. While the annual report of the self-review is submitted to ACGME, it also serves as a guideline for action plans for improvement. A priority is to address the weaknesses identified in the previous year. Each program must have a committee leading the self-study, which involves anonymous evaluation of the program by facullies and trainees. Annual reviews are submitted to ACGME for 9 consecutive years before a summative" Self-Study Report" is submitted. A site visit is then scheduled which is now shortened to only half a day. In the new system, accreditation is combined with self-improvement. Thus, the burden of the accreditation process is reduced while the real purpose of accreditation is emphasized. Several years after initiation of residency training, China is at a stage when it has become critically important to improve and ensure the quality of the training through accreditation of the training sites. 康复专科护士临床实践基地培训体系的构建与实施
中国卫生产业CHINA HEALTHINDUSTRY[作者简介]张琰(1983-),女,本科,副主任护师,研究方向为护理管理、康复护理。
随着我国人口老龄化、慢性病致残患者增加,社会对专业化的康复护理和健康指导需求日益增高[1],同时,医学界“预防-医疗-康复”观念的提出和建立,让康复护理这一健康保健事业得到了全社会的认可。
为了满足患者日益增长的就医需求,医院的康复护理进入了专业化快速发展的阶段,其职能在广度和深度上都有了很大的延伸,康复专科护士直接参与患者康复计划的实施,在患者整个康复治疗和训练过程中发挥重要的作用。
康复专科护士的培养在优化患者康复效果、缩短患者住院日、减少并发症的发生、提高患者生存质量及提高满意度等方面有重要意义[2]。
专科护士培训基地是指在职护士接受以提高护理专业能力为主的系统、规范培训的场所,需要满足“所在医院规模设定为综合性医院或专科医院,专科规模要求床位数、专科医疗门诊量达一定标准,并开设疾病护理专科门诊、临床专科护理技术操作的种类能够满足专科护士培养目标的需求,能提供培训基地建设和维护所需的基本经费,为专科护士提供基本的学习、生活条件的要求[3]。
该院自2017年通过中国康复医学会护理专委会和广西专科护士认证委员会的评审,成为康复专科护士临床实践基地以来,康复护理专科护士培训管理制度逐步建立和完善,形成了较为完善的康复专科护士培养体系。
现报道如下。

2020年美国国家孤独症专业发展中心（NPDC）循证实践报告解读和建议（全文）摘要孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）患病率的增长引起了社会对孤独症的重视，康复干预方法也在不断出现。
为了专业人士和家长在选择干预方法时有循证依据可查，该文主要围绕美国国家孤独症专业发展中心（the National Professional Development Center on ASD，NPDC）和北卡罗拉那大学（University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill，UNC）发表于2020年的“Evidence-based Practices for Children，Youth，and Young Adults with Autism ”报告中介绍的ASD干预的聚焦干预法（focus intervention practices，FIP）在22岁以下人群中有效性的循证实践进行描述、解读和建议。

陕西中医药大学第二附属医院不断深入研究实践、在落实主基地相关制度及培训任务的基础上，不断地探索和改革后，构建了一套适合协同培训基地的住院医师规范化培训督导体系，通过组建各专业基地督导库和匿名病人团队，深入亚专业基地督导科室归档资料、观摩教学查房、考核住院医师临床实践技能、评估其医学人文素养等，不断加强住培形成性评价；同时，在医院层面进行政策的激励，提高专业基地、亚专业基地的管理、带教积极性。

The supervision system is the key to improve the faculty’s teaching levels, also an important way to improve the quality of standardized residency training. The second affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine has been carrying out in-depth researches and practice in this field. On the basis of implementing the relevant systems and training tasks of the main bases and after continuous exploration and reform, the hospital has established a suitable standardized training and supervision system for residents in the cooperative training bases. Measures like establishment of supervision teams in various professional bases and anonymous patient teams, supervising sub-professional bases to check up training files, observing teaching ward rounds, assessing residents’ clinical practical skills and evaluating their medical humanities literacy, would continuously strengthen the formative evaluation. Meanwhile, policy incentives made at the hospital level would improve the management and teaching enthusiasm of professional bases and sub-professional bases.
