USER MANUALIMPORT ANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONSWARNING: When using electric products, basic cautions should always be followed, including the following.1. Read all safety and operating instructions before using this product2. The product should be powered by a three pin `grounded (or earthed) plug connected to a power socket with a grounded earth outlet.3. All operating instructions should be followed6. This product should not be used near water, i.e. a bathtub, sink, swimming pool, wet basement, etc.7. This product should be located so that its position does not interfere with its proper ventilation. It should not be placed flat against a wall or placed in a built up enclosure that will impede the flow of cooling air.8. This product should not be placed near a source of heat such as stove, radiator, or another heat producing amplifier.9. Connect only to a power supply of the type marker on the unit adjacent to the power supply cord.10.Never break off the ground pin on a power supply cord.11.Power supply cords should always be handled carefully. Never walk or place equipment on power supply cords. Periodically check cords for cuts or signs of stress, especially at the plug and the point where the chord exits the unit.12.The power supply cord should be unplugged when the unit is to be unused for long periods of time.13.If this product is to be mounted in an equipment rack, rear support should be provided.14.The user should allow easy access to any mains plug, mains coupler and mains switch used in conjunction with this unit thus making it readily operable.15.Metal parts can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The vinyl covering used on some units can be cleaned with a damp cloth or ammonia based household cleaner if necessary. Disconnect the unit from the power supply before cleaning.16.Care should be taken so that objects do not fall and liquids are not spilled into the unit through any ventilation holes or openings. Its features include; two ¼” jack inputs for Normal / Hi level signals, a gain control and a switchable compressor, a flexible EQ system with Bass, two swept Mids, T reble, and a rotary Enhance control, a power amplifier limiter which can be switched in/out as needed, and a balanced XLR Direct out is present should you need to connect to a PA or recording device. The built in horn may be switched on/off as required. On the rear is an FX loop for connection of external FX, a dedicated output for a tuner and an external speaker socket for connecting additional cabinets. Low output basses should be connected using the normal input. High output basses may also be placed in the Normal input if pre-amp overloading is desired.This control is used to set the level of gain present in the pre-amp. producing distortion. The Gain control should be used in conjunction with the signal characteristics.Engages and disengages the on-board compressor, this compresses the input-signal giving a punchier sound. In association with the compressor are two LEDs, one indicating that the compressor is engaged and one indicating the compressor is active. The amount of compression is controlled by the Gain control. The higher the setting the more compression. With most guitars compression will begin at about 5-6 on the control. It is possible to have the compressor engaged but it only be active during certain periods of playing - typically the most dynamic sections.The Enhance control provides an increased definition at the low-end of the frequency spectrum giving you a tighter, punchier sound. The Enhance control does this by providing a dip in the frequency-response of the amplifier at approximately 150Hz. This dip reduces some of the harmonics of the important low-frequencies around 40-80 Hz producing better definition to your sound. T urning the control through to its maximum has the effect of boosting both the low and high-frequency content.FRONT P ANEL CONTROLSControls the boost and cut of the low-frequency response of the pre-amplifier.To access low Lo mid-frequencies turn the frequency control anticlockwise, to access higher Lo mid frequencies turn the frequency control clockwise.frequency-cut, turn the control anti-clockwise.T oaccess low Hi mid-frequencies turn the frequency control anticlockwise, to access higher Hi mid-frequencies turn the frequency control clockwise.frequency-cut, turn the control anti-clockwise.Controls the boost and cut of the high-frequency response of the pre-amplifier.Allows the on-board limiter to be defeated if desired. CJ6B电动机构1 主要用途与适用范围:CJ系列电动机操动机构,属户外产品,供操作高压隔离开关之用.可进行远方控制,也可就地用电动控制或用摇把进行人力操作。
2 产品的工作条件和工作环境:2.1 环境温度: -50℃~+50℃;2.2 海拔:不超过2000m;2.3 风速:不超过34m/s;2.4 覆冰厚度:不超过10mm;2.5 地震烈度:不超过8度;2.6 空气污秽程度:适用于Ⅳ、Ⅲ级及以下污秽地区;2.7 无频繁激烈震动,无易燃易爆和化学腐蚀物;2.8 阳光辐射强度:1000W/㎡(晴天中午);2.9 不适用于具有大量导电气体、尘埃或足以绛低其电气性能及有爆炸危险的场所;2.10 不适用于非水平安装的场所;2.11 电源电压变化范围:额定电压85%~110%。
4.1 CJ系列机构采用电动机驱动涡轮蜗杆减速装置,带动输出轴工作,输出轴采用垂直安装,具有噪音小的特点。
4.2 CJ系列机构中采用电气分、合闸终点限位开关与机械限位装置相配合的方式,使机构主轴限制在准确的位置。
4.3 CJ系列机构箱内设有远、近控开关,可实现就地电动分、合闸操作和远方遥控操作;并可用摇把进行人力分、合闸操作。
通过摇把的插入与拔出,自动实现手动与电动相互闭锁。
4.4 CJ系列机构采用了先进、可靠、免维护的电子式电动机保护器,该保护器是根据隔离开关电动机构的运行特点设计的,采用电流检测技术,无需外电源,对电动机运行中的对称性故障(如过载、堵转等)及非对称性故障(如断相、电流不平衡等)有可靠保护功能。
4.5 CJ系列电动机构内正常装有8常开、8常闭的辅助开关,由转轴带动辅助开关切换,在隔离开关在合闸或分闸位置时发出相应的信号。
4.6 CJ系列电动机构的电气原理及内部结构相同,只有安装背板有所区别,通过变换安装背板,可实现CJ系列机构箱之间的互换和对老型号CJ2、CJ5、CJ6、CJ9操动机构的升级改造。
5 产品系统说明:5.1 现场就地操作电动机操动机构时,转换开关(QC)打在近控位置。

Liability for consequential damage resulting ApplicationThe miniature sensor Type 6056B... is used typically in glow plug adapters for pressure measurement in diesel engines (Fig. 2); see also data sheet 6542Q_000-570.However, due to its small dimensions, it can also be used in engines with complex structural geometries, either directly mounted in an indicating bore (Fig. 3) or in a mounting sleeve (Fig. 4)The rugged diaphragm allows measurements within the knock limit and ensures, thanks to its low thermal shock error, very accurate thermodynamic investigations.InstallationWhen mounting the sensor, it is essential to respect the tight-ening torque of 1.5 N∙m. The sensor with the connected ca-ble without PiezoSmart is mounted with the mounting key Type 1300A14 or 1300A14Q01 and the torque wrench Type 1300A17.For sensors with PiezoSmart, a slotted mounting key is used. The mounting bore must either be exactly ø5.7 mm (with step drill) or larger than ø7.5 mm. For the bore diameter ø5.7 mm, mounting keys Type 1300B14 or 1300B14Q04 and for bore diameter ø≥7,5 mm, mounting keys Type 1300B14Q01 or 1300B14Q03 are available. For the tightening torque of the glow plug adapter into the cylinder head please refer to the specific data sheet.Mounting in glow plug adapter (Fig. 2)For the use in glow plug adapters, Kistler offers customized adapters of Type 6542Q… (see also data sheet 6542Q_000-570). These adapters are provided with a highly accurate ma-chined sensor bore according to requirements (Fig. 1) and are optimized regarding signal quality and sensor lifetime. It is not recommended to use self-manufactured glow plug adapters. On request, Kistler will provide engine-specific adapters.Direct installation (Fig. 3)Sensor Type 6056B... can be mounted directly in the cylinder head. The length of the access passage is depending on the material (Fig. 1). To achieve the highest measurement quality and to avoid a damage of the sensor, the bore must be machi-ned exactly to specification (Fig. 1). The following Kistler tools allow you to achieve the required tolerances.Step drill Type 1300A16 TapType 1357A Reaming toolType 1300A99The bore must be machined in one operation. Before moun-ting the sensors, it is mandatory to check the sealing surface. The use of the reaming tool Type 1300A99 is strongly recom-mended. You will find additional information in the instruction manual and your Kistler representative will provide further in-formation such as e.g., the preferred location of the indicating bore in the combustion chamber.Sleeve installation (Fig. 4)Where space allows or if the sensor must be mounted through the water jacket of the cylinder head, it is recommended to use a mounting sleeve. Mounting sleeves are manufactured according to customer specifications. They are provided with a highly accurate machined sensor bore according to require-ments (Fig. 1).On request, Kistler supports you on your individual mounting situation, create drawings and manufacture the customized mounting sleeves.MaintenanceKistler recommends an annual calibration from the first use of the sensor. 1. 概述
GW14-40.5型户外高压隔离开关是根据GB1985《交流高压隔离开关和接地开关》及DL486《交流高压隔离开关和接地开关订货技术条件》规定要求设计的户外高压电器,供在有电压无负荷时分、合电路之用。
GW14-40.5型户外高压隔离开关是我厂在GW14-35型隔离开关的基础上改进的一种全新产品,产品完全符合《国家电网公司隔离开关完善化指导意见》及《云南电网公司隔离开关完善化指导意见》的要求。

4.结构及工作原理
4.1单极隔离开关如图1所示
本产品为双柱水平旋转式,由底架、支柱绝缘子、导电回路及接地部分组成。
按接地形式分为不接地、单接地及双接地三种,按污秽等级分为普通型、普通防污型、高原型、高原防污型(Ⅲ级防污)、高原防污型(Ⅳ级防污)。
底架转轴上装有扇形联锁板,实现主、地刀的机械联锁。

1.2 型号详述 英文字母:1.3 常用组装件:1.3.1 手动操作:用作接触网设备时,配置短筒CS11(G)手力操作机构。
用作变电所设备或隔离开关动作需电气顺序联锁、位置信号的使用场所,配置长筒CS11(G)手力机构,通常带有8极空接点(4a,4b )的辅助开关一个,也可按使用要求增减节点对数。
1.3.2 万向节:通常为单十字联轴器,用于操作杆连接,可消除安装偏差造成的操作附加力。
1.3.3 电磁锁:以电信号为钥匙,锁体安装于手力机构的左上方或右上方,锁扣固定在操作杆上,可人为紧急开锁。
使用电磁锁可实现手力操作机构的电气闭锁。
2.适用围和采用标准 2.1 GW4-27.5系列户外交流隔离开关,是针对铁路牵引供电系统负荷特性而生产的标准化户外高压电器。
适用于额定电压为27.5kV 、55kV 、工频50Hz 的电气化接触网、变电所,实现电气回线在有电压无载流情况下的切换或电气安全隔离。

侧入(推进)式搅拌机使用说明书一、型号表示方法密封型式:A—机械密封;B—填料密封(可省略);C—其它密封型式功率(kW)转速(rpm)叶轮直径(mm)驱动装置结构型式:R—齿轮箱传动;D—皮带传动Z—电机直接传动侧入(推进)式搅拌机二、用途广泛应用于水处理、沼气发酵、烟气脱硫工程以及化工、食品、造纸、石油等行业的工艺过程的搅拌阶段。
使互溶液体混合均匀;使固体粒子在液相中溶解、离底悬浮或均匀悬浮;使不相溶的另一液相均匀悬浮或充分乳化;强化相间的传质(如吸收等);强化传热等。
三、特点1)传动环节少,机械效率高,结构紧凑,运行平稳;2)占地面积小,处理量大,能耗低;3)安装、运行、维护费用低;4)可在要求的混合时间内达到一定的搅拌强度,满足混合速度快、均匀、充分等要求,且水头损失小,并可适应水量的变化以适用于各种介质容量的搅拌。
四、构造及工作过程CJB型侧入(推进)式搅拌机由驱动装置、机架、搅拌轴、桨叶、联轴器、导流装置等组成。
根据密封方式可分为:A型:机械密封,B型:填料密封,C型:其它密封方式,可适用于不同密封要求的场合。
安装方式为卧式安装,也可根据现场工艺条件调整安装方式。
驱动装置采用普通电机或防爆电机直接或间接通过圆柱齿轮、摆线针轮减速机的驱动装置主轴,通过联轴器与搅拌轴联接;或通过皮带轮驱动装置与搅拌轴联接。
搅拌轴由双向推力轴承和水润滑滑动轴承支承,具有足够的强度和刚度,并具有较高的稳定性。
五、主要技术参数及安装尺寸侧入(推进)式搅拌机结构型式、技术参数和实际尺寸可根据客户池型、罐体尺寸和工艺要求设计,详见说明书后附设备总图。
六、设备运输、安装、调试注意事项1、贮运过程中,应水平放置并防止挤压变形。
2、起吊时注意避免碰撞。
3、安装方法:1)安装前,应核对与安装设备有关的基础尺寸是否符合安装要求。
2) 将减速机支座与连接底板紧固后,放置在土建预埋件或预设基础件上相应位置,并按所要求的安装角度进行校正。

三、操动机构特点1.实用性强1.1 机构接通电源就能在‘就地’或‘远方’进行操作,一台电机通过两级蜗轮减速器输出转矩,就可驱动隔离开关或接地开关准确、可靠地实现合闸、分闸动作。
1.2 利用行程(微动)开关控制操动机构输出转角或它运行的最终位置。
利用蜗杆蜗轮传动保证需要的输出转矩和速度,本机构操作平稳、冲击力小,噪音低,并具有可靠的自锁性。
1.3 本机构可分别实现电动和手动操作,电动和手动能互锁。
1.4 箱体为冷轧钢板喷塑处理(或根据用户要求采用不锈钢板)铆接结构。

请检查机器上贴的数据牌上的规格说明,或瓦斯燃烧器管子上的标签,以了解应该使用哪种瓦斯。 将瓦斯管路和瓦斯供应源连接一起。 瓦斯燃烧器是无法调整的。如果使用的是天然瓦斯,而管路压力超过 0.018kg/cm2,或用的是丙烷而 压力超过 0.028kg/cm2,则必须在瓦斯供应管路上加装一个调节阀(未随机供应)。 燃烧器由固态电力电路自动点燃,不使用母火。瓦斯流量由温度控制电路以一个压缩机和离心式开 关系统调节。 机器附近请放置任何易燃物。 请勿阻碍燃烧和通风所需之空气的流通。 在测试系统压力时,若测试压力 0.035kg/cm2 超过,则瓦斯燃烧器及其各个关闭阀必须和瓦斯供应 管路系统隔离。 在测试瓦斯供应管路系统压力时,若测试压力等于或超过 0.035kg/cm2, 则必须关上瓦斯燃烧器的 各个手动关闭阀,以和瓦斯供应管路系统隔离。 洗碗机安装的方式和位置都不应阻碍到燃烧和通风所需空气之流通。燃烧室的空气出入口应有适当 通风。请确定室内有足够的空气供应,使燃烧器的瓦斯得以燃烧。 洗碗机背面和易燃构造间应至少离76mm,侧边则不需留空间。 洗碗机前端必须至少要有1公尺的空间,以便进行维修和操作。
CRS、CCS、和CPW模式的洗碗机绵备有 0.746 千瓦(1 马力)的预洗泵马达,但只有 CPW 模式 才可另加选购 1.492 千瓦(2 马力)的预洗泵马达。预洗泵马达的电压和构造和清洗泵马达相同。
所有的马达本身都具有以手动方式复位的保护装置。
真空调节阀
最后冲洗和注水管路上装有气动真空调节阀,可避免水从洗碗机倒流至饮用水源。
马达和泵部件
清洗泵及马达皆为离心式铸模不锈钢马达,叶轮亦为不锈钢。马达为2马力,共有以下不同电压:

一、概述
CJ6B电动机操动机构是我公司继CJ6A电动机操动机构之后又一系列隔离开关用电动机操动机构。
本产品具有结构简单、功能可靠、体积小、重量轻、噪音低等优点。
本产品符合GB1985-89《交流高压隔离开关和接地开关》。
产品可10年免维修。
本产品适合126Kv高压隔离开关、接地开关电动操作使用。
二、技术参数

3.适用环境:
3.1 海拔高度:一般≤1000m;特殊情况≤2500m;
3.2 环境温度:上限+400C 下限-250C,极限最低温度-400C;
3.3 相对湿度:95%RH;
3.4 地震烈度:能满足8度的要求;
3.5 覆冰厚度:不大于20mm;
3.6 污秽等级:III级;
3.7 不适用于有易燃物质、爆炸危险、化学腐蚀及剧烈振动场所。
三、操动机构特点
1.实用性强
1.1 机构接通电源就能在‘就地’或‘远方’进行操作,一台电机通过两级蜗轮减速器输出转矩,就可驱动隔离开关或接地开关准确、可靠地实现合闸、分闸动作。
1.2 利用行程(微动)开关控制操动机构输出转角或它运行的最终位置。
利用蜗杆蜗轮传动保证需要的输出转矩和速度,本机构操作平稳、冲击力小,噪音低,并具有可靠的自锁性。
1.3 本机构可分别实现电动和手动操作,电动和手动能互锁。
1.4 箱体为冷轧钢板喷塑处理(或根据用户要求采用不锈钢板)铆接结构。
其外形美观、结构合理,具有可靠的防水、防尘、防腐及防锈蚀性。
对各种地域均能适应,与传统的焊接和螺栓连接结构相比,更为轻巧和美观。
2.经济性
2.1 只需电源电压就能操作,不需其它附属设备;
2.2 机构零部件标准化程度高,便于加工制造;
2.3 产品价格合理。
3.维护、检查简单
3.1 本操动机构结构简单,维护简单方便易行,零部件具有互换性;
3.2 机构内的轴承及两级蜗轮减速器都是密封式结构,采用油脂润滑,可不加油,免维护;
3.3 打开正门或侧门,可方便实施维护和检查。
4.结构概述及动作说明
4.1 电动操作部分
这部分由一台交流电动机、两级蜗轮减速器和电器控制元件组成。
电动机的动力通过第一级蜗轮减速器、第二级蜗轮减速器,由输出轴传递给隔离开关或接地开关,实现分闸、合闸动作。
输出轴的旋转角度靠两个行程开关控制电动机实现,动作时间误差±1秒。
4.2 手动操作部分
手动操作时,把正面箱门打开,逆时针转动与电气旋钮开关固定在一起的闭锁板,至露出手柄插入孔,把手柄插入,通过手摇可操动机构分、合闸。
当松开闭锁板及旋钮开关时,闭锁板及旋钮开关自动复位,手柄插入孔被挡住,手动操作无法进行,从而实现了手动操作
和电动操作的电气互锁。
4.3 行程(微动)开关及辅助开关
机构的合闸、分闸及输出转角的准确控制靠一套行程(微动)开关来控制电动机实现。
本机构采用了性能优良、动作可靠的F9系列快速动作辅助开关,辅助开关轴直接和蜗轮减速器输出轴的下端相连。
4.4 门闭锁开关
在内门的内侧设置有门闭锁微动开关,当内门关闭时,门板压下微动开关,此时机构的控制回路通电,可以电动操作;反之,当内门打开时,微动开关释放复位,机构的控制回路被切断,形成闭锁。
4.5本机构设置有“就地/远方”操作按钮和温湿度控制器,可方便操作并实现箱内的温湿度自动控制。
4.6为方便用户的维护工作,箱内设有照明灯。
四、安装及调试
1. 发货明细见装箱单。
2. 验收及开箱注意事项
2.1 开箱时,必须按箭头指示方向进行并防止进水。
2.2 按发货明细表进行清点。
2.3 验收时,按开箱状态确定下列事项:
(1) 是否与订货相符;
(2)运输中是否有破损;
(3)附件是否齐全;
3. 安装注意事项
(1)安装时,先将背板上的4个M16螺栓固定在基础上,调整机构,使机构输出轴中心与本体输入轴中心同轴,然后预固定。
机构外形及安装尺寸见附图1。
输出轴连接安装见附图2。
(2)机构与本体的安装是通过接头与φ50水煤气管(按实际尺寸截取长度)焊接,这时可将机构的四个M16螺栓松开,让机构处于半自由状态,根据安装面与背板之间的距离锁紧螺母。
对水煤气管L≤1M 的,不同轴度≤1mm ,L≥1M的,不同轴度≤2mm,不同轴度可通过4个M16螺栓来调整。
(3)上述工序结束后,先打开箱门将手动闭锁手把逆时针转动,至手动孔完全打开,再将手摇把插入手动孔中操作。
面对机构顺时针摇动为合闸,逆时针摇动为分闸,再操动机构,观察机构与本体分合闸位置是否正确, 若不正确应松开压紧螺栓进行角度调整,使两者位置相匹配。
(4)电缆进线孔装在机构箱的底部,箱体底板上开有三个过线孔,其中两个分别通过1.5平方毫米的控制电缆;另一个孔通过动力电缆,用户可参照电气原理图和端子接线图进行外部线路联接。
(5)加热器是为了机构箱内的防潮和恒温而设置的,设置的温湿度控制器,温度低于50C时加热器工作;湿度控制范围≥85%RH。
另外,在箱体的上下部设有两个透气孔保证空气流通。
(6)安装完毕后,确认接地可靠。
(7)本机构设置缺相、错相相序保护器,若现场电源相序接错,电动机将不能操作,仅需调整电源相序即可。
4. 维护
为了保持机构有稳定的性能,建议在停电时用户对隔离开关(接地开关)本体的活动关节处进行加油润滑。
5. 电气原理图和端子接线图:
电气原理见附图3;
端子接线见附图4。
注:本电气原理图和端子接线图仅作参考,因为它只适用于电动机电压为AC380V、控制和加热器电压公用AC220V的一种,
对于不同要求的电气原理图和端子接线图则以随产品所带
的图纸为准。
