平台的进入有几种方式:可以使用平台按钮,也可以使用平台工具栏或是使用零件菜单。
Step 1:“机器平台”—>“机器库”,如图1-1所示。

图1-5二、阵列当你需要打印很多相同的三维模型时,你可以使用阵列命令,然后再对其进行零件合并。

图2-1现在以电影捉妖记的动漫人物胡巴为例,如图2-2所示。
图2-2如果我们需要一起打印4个胡巴,那该怎么处理呢?当然,Simplify3D切片软件中可以对三维模型进行复制并调节模型的位置,但这不是很方便。
如果我们用Magics的阵列命令,那就相当容易实现了。

图2-3接着,我们将阵列后的四个模型合并后导出,如图2-4(左)所示。
最后,我们将上一步导出的模型导入Simplify 3D切片软件中,如图2-4(右)所示。
图2-4三、切割&打孔不管是哪家FDM 3D打印机生产商,他们生产的3D打印机的成型尺寸(也就是3D打印机能打印的最大模型尺寸)都非常有限。
如果我们要打印的模型尺寸远大于3D打印机的成型尺寸,那该怎么处理呢?很多人第一反应就是把模型缩小后打印,但缩小后的模型不满足实际要求,那又该怎么办呢?Magics里面的切割命令可以很好的帮你解决这个难题。

Magics 13.0安装说明及注册:
1、运行安装程序,安装路径最好选择英文路径,选择对应系统安装版本,安装Magics13软件。
(可用本店赠送的虚拟光驱工具,加载ISO镜像文件,也可用winRAR直接解压到指定文件夹)
2、解压Crack压缩包到任意指定文件夹(淘宝-星星软件园-MAGICS 13-皓月uu当空),将Crack文件夹中的四个文件复制,粘贴到系统盘的Program Files\Common Files\materialise\licensefiles 文件夹中
3、在步骤2的文件夹中,运行粘贴后的loader.exe文件,然后根据提示,直接在c盘下找到生成的Materialise_Password.txt 文件,打开文件复制文件中的激活码。
4、运行安装好的Magics 13,输入激活码,然后点击register 即注册成功。

SUMMARYONCE THE INITIAL PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED, RETURN TO THE BASS SET-UP TO ENSURE THAT THE LOUDSPEAKERS ARE THE PROPER DISTANCE FROM THE BACK WALL. WHEN THE PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED, MARK THE SPEAKER LOCATION WITH TAPE SO THAT THE SPEAKERS CAN BE RETURNED THERE FOR FURTHER LISTENING. POSITIONING—M3s IN RELATION TO THE LISTENER• THE SPEAKERS AND THE LISTENER SHOULD FORM AN ISOSCELES TRIANGLE.• THE LISTENER SHOULD BE EXACTLY EQUIDISTANT BETWEEN THE TWO LOUDSPEAKERS. THE BEST WAY TO DETERMINE THIS IS WITH A PIECE OF STRING. PICK A FIXED SPOT AT THE LISTENING POSITION. RUN THE STRING FROM THIS SPOT TO THE FRONT OF THE TWEETER OF THE LEFT SPEAKER. REPEAT THE PROCESS FOR THE RIGHT SPEAKER. IT IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT TO KEEP THIS DISTANCE PRECISELY THE SAME. CONNECTIONSCONNECTIONS SHOULD BE MADE WITH ALL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (AMPLIFIERS, PREAMPLIFIERS) TURNED OFF. THERE ARE TWO TERMINALS AT THE BACK OF THE SPEAKER. In its solid form, Beryllium is harmless. However, due to its nature, certain special precautions should be observed to avoid exposure to unnecessary risk such:• Under no circumstances should the Beryllium dome be subjected to any form of abrasive action.• In the unlikely case of damage to the dome, of any form, a wide piece of adhesive tape should be immediately used to seal the whole front surface of the tweeter. You should then inform the dealer from whom you purchased the product so that the tweeter can be removed and replaced by a professional.• If the dome is broken in any way giving rise to loose particles of Beryllium, these should be carefully collected with the use of an adhesive tape and sealed in a zip-top bag to be returned with the tweeter.Remove 4x L-shaped clamps from front of crate using a flathead screwdriver.Unfasten 2 x hex bolt screws on the lower front of crate with 9/16” socket wrench. Remove front of crate. Remove Grill from inside of crate. Unfasten 9 x Hex 3'' shipping bolt with 9/16 wrench around three sizes of crate.Remove the sides of the crate by lifting up and pulling backward from base of crate, with one person lifting on either side.Reach underneath the speaker, and between the foam to unfasten the 3 x Hex bolt 3/8-16 x 1-3/4'' that are attaching the speaker feet to the base of the crate. Carefully tilt the speaker and maneuver the feet out of the cut-always in which they were seated.Lay down the door of the crate, hooking onto the base of the crate to form a ramp as shown. Roll the felt down to cover the ramp.Prepare a dolly heavily padded with thick clean foam. While one person tilts the speaker,another person slides the base of dolly underneath the side of the speaker and slowly rolls it backwards down the ramp, careful to avoid the compression springs on each corner ofthe base of the crate. 平台的进入有几种方式:可以使用平台按钮,也可以使用平台工具栏或是使用零件菜单。
Step 1:“机器平台”—>“机器库”,如图1-1所示。

图1-5二、阵列当你需要打印很多相同的三维模型时,你可以使用阵列命令,然后再对其进行零件合并。

图2-1现在以电影捉妖记的动漫人物胡巴为例,如图2-2所示。
图2-2如果我们需要一起打印4个胡巴,那该怎么处理呢?当然,Simplify3D切片软件中可以对三维模型进行复制并调节模型的位置,但这不是很方便。
如果我们用Magics的阵列命令,那就相当容易实现了。
如图2-3所示。
图2-3接着,我们将阵列后的四个模型合并后导出,如图2-4(左)所示。
最后,我们将上一步导出的模型导入Simplify 3D切片软件中,如图2-4(右)所示。
图2-4三、切割&打孔不管是哪家FDM 3D打印机生产商,他们生产的3D打印机的成型尺寸(也就是3D打印机能打印的最大模型尺寸)都非常有限。
如果我们要打印的模型尺寸远大于3D打印机的成型尺寸,那该怎么处理呢?很多人第一反应就是把模型缩小后打印,但缩小后的模型不满足实际要求,那又该怎么办呢?Magics里面的切割命令可以很好的帮你解决这个难题。

髋关节有限元模型的建立与分析周纳新;樊继波;鲍同柱;龚春龙;万峰【摘要】目的建立全髋关节有限元模型,并对其进行分析.方法对1名患有腰痛病的男性志愿者的腰椎进行双能X线扫描记录其骨密度,同时进行CT扫描成像,应用CAD造型软件minics 10.1、magics 13.0软件和abaques 6.9软件,采用四面体网格划分方法,对腰椎周围组织赋予不同的材料特性,引入接触理论和非线性结构计算方法,建立全髋关节有限元模型.在所建模型上加载模拟髋关节的前屈、后伸、左右侧屈、左右旋转6种工况下的生理活动,并与生物力学实验数据进行对比.结果建立模型在前屈/后伸、左右侧弯、左右旋转6种方向的运动范围,理论分析结果与生物力学实测数据具有一致性.结论建立的全髋关节三维有限元模型有效,具有良好的生物逼真度,可应用于临床患者生物力学分析.%Objective To analyze and establish finite element model of total hip. Methods A three dimensional finite element model of the hip joint was established from the CT scan images of a cadaver hip joint,micincs 10.1,magics 13.0 andabaqus6.9.Different material was assigned different mechanical parameter,and we created a hip three-dimensional finite element model. After setting the boundary,the model was loaded to simulate theflexion/extension,left/right bending and rotating. The relationship of movement and displacement will compare with the results of experiment in vitro. Results Established model in flexion/extension,left/right lateral bending,left/right rotation range of motion in six directions, theoretical analysis results and measured data were consistent in biomechanics. Magics V11.11 RP 教程该教程介绍了一些Magics RP 的工具。
使用该教程将使用户更快的了解和使用本软件。
一、视图和测量View and measuring目测教程所使用的文件是在目录../Magics RP .../demo_files 下的文件“Good.stl”。
打开文件可以用快捷键‘Ctrl + L’或按按钮。
这时也可以到网上浏览,查找STL格式的文件。
图1-1一个文件可以有不同的显示方式(在View 工具栏里)。
图1-2试用这些模式。
用'F4'键或图标可以控制视角。
在零件上拖动鼠标可以看到零件是如何旋转的。
当指针接近窗口中心时,指针将会变成四角箭头形状,指针的移动将转变为零件绕屏幕的轴转动。
当指针靠近窗口边界时,指针将变成圆弧箭头形状,零件就可以绕垂直于屏幕的轴转动。
用户同样可以按住鼠标右键来旋转零件。
要快速定位可以用默认的视图。
该图标可以在view 工具栏中找到。
本软件预设了七种默认视图:主视、后视、左视、右视、俯视、仰视和ISO视图。
这些视图可通过点击某一个面来切换(当指针移过面时此方向的面会高亮显示)。
当立方体的所有边界都高亮显示时就选中了ISO视图(在紫色区域内点击,或在边界上点击)。
使用图标,用户可以在窗口平面内拖动零件移动(按住鼠标左键不放)。
该功能也可以通过以下方法实现:菜单Main Menu/View/Pan 或用快捷键'Alt + M'。
或同时按着鼠标右键+ SHIFT。
可以用Slicing里面的命令中的第一个图标出现如下对话框,拉动滑块可以改变切片高度。
图1-3用户可以在垂直于X、Y和Z轴方向上取得截面。
选择轴在Multi-Section选项里面。
用户可以隐藏前面部分并让零件挖空显示。

4.1 自动放置
注意:导入多个零件后,零件呈不规律状分布,可使用自动放置功能将零件摆放整齐,方 便对零件操作。
点击菜单栏 Platforms—RP Functionality—Automatic Placement… 或工具栏 Platforms 标 签中的 图标,快捷键为 Ctrl+A。
旋转
点击图标或菜单栏 Tools -- Rotate,操作后弹出 Rotate Part(s)窗口。 在对话框中输入数值,可对零件进行 X、Y、Z 三个方向旋转。
比例缩放 点击图标或菜单栏 Tools -- Rescale,操作后弹出 Rescale Part(s)窗口。 缩放的方式有四种: 比例因子(可以设置缩放比例因子,默认情况是 1) 尺寸(输入缩放后尺寸,单位为 mm) 库中选取(在库中保存一些比例因子,方便调用) 匹配(按照某个匹配的值或测量的值进行缩放)
底/顶面 点击图标或菜单栏 Platforms – RP Functionality – Bottom/Top Plane…,操作后弹出 Bottom/Top Plane 窗口。此功能可以以零件的任何一个面作为底/顶平面。
通过 Bottom Plane/Upper Plane 选择,确定底面还是顶面,再点击上图中的 Indicate Plane 按钮,单击零件的某个面,点击 OK,完成操作。一般我们需选择 Bottom Plane 确定零件底 面,此面即为生成支撑面。
抽壳 点击图标或菜单栏 Tools – Hollow Part,操作后弹出 Hollow Part 窗口。 抽壳功能用于创建具有两个壳的镂空零件,代替重量过大的实体零件,这样可以节省材 料和加工时间。 注意: 1 若是封闭实体抽壳后需在表面打孔,否则光固化做完后,液态树脂无法排出。 2 在抽壳中,零件会产生内外两个壳,内壳会包含大量的三角面片,用户可以可以通过在抽 壳的高级选项中设置以减少三角面片的数量。

二、选择工作平台
Magics 中的工作平台包含有打印层厚、补偿设置、打印空间、支撑参数等重要参数, 在您初次使用时需对工作平台进行设置或导入,下次使用时只需选择相应的工作平台进行加 载文件即可。

前言
SLA 光固化设备打印零件前,相当重要的一部分准备工作是在 Magics 中进行,这其中 包括摆放零件及添加支撑等模型预处理操作。打印时零件摆放姿态、位置的不同以及支撑添 加细节的差异,或将导致零件打印结果的成功与失败。
本教程将对利用 Magics 进行零件预处理的主要流程进行讲述,同时也会介绍一些软件 中的操作技巧,目的是为了让您打印出更好的物品。
用于三维状态下绘制线支撑。 用于三维状态下绘制角支撑。 用于激活支撑。 用于选择激活支撑的一条线,双击即可取消选择。 用多段线选择支撑,双击取消选择。 选择全部支撑。 取消选择全部支撑。 删除所有选中的支撑。 单击此按钮,将弹出一个对话框,允许用户插入已经删除的支撑。
5.2 编辑支撑
1、显示所有支撑 软件自动生成的支撑,大多数的时候需要进行修改。自动生成支撑后,支撑并没有全部显示, 需点击显示所有支撑工具 ,即可显示零件上所有的支撑。
确定零件底面后,零件的位置一般会发生变化,需调整零件 Z 方向的高度,这一高度与 零件支撑的最小高度一致。对一般光固化设备而言,Z 方向的高度一般为 5mm。
您可使用 Tools—Translate 功能进行移动零件。 注意:此高度决定支撑生成的最小高度,通常设为 5mm。
五、生成并修改支撑
利用 Magics 自动生成支撑,再手动修改支撑。
5.1 生成支撑
Support Generation 工具简介
对单个零件生成支撑,同时进入支撑生成编辑模式。 对选中的零件生成支撑,同时退出支撑生成模式。 手动支撑,没有支撑生成,同时进入支撑生成编辑模式,需要手动添加支撑。 加载已存在的支撑文件 卸载选中零件的支撑。
选中要添加支撑的零件,点击 Support Generation-刻,软件自动生成支撑并进入支撑编辑模式。
标签
点击图标或菜单栏 Tools – Label,操作后弹出 Label Part 窗口。 此功能可在零件表面内嵌(Inside)或凸起(Outside)一个标签,标签的内容为 Text 中 您输入的内容。 注意:添加标签时,零件必须平放,这样标签可以投影到零件上。
切割/打孔
点击图标或菜单栏 Tools -- Cut & Punch,操作后弹出 Cut & Punch 窗口。 该功能用于切割零件或是在零件上打孔,当零件太大无法加工,可以将零件切割为两部 分,分别进行加工。
点击 Type 标签中的 2D Edit 按钮,弹出支撑二维编辑窗口。

页面)--Part List(零件列表)处进行零件勾选,再点击 Visible 下的眼镜图标

2)视图工具栏简介
可以实现零件指定部分的放大。在需要缩放的地方单击鼠标左键并拖拽 一个窗口,此部分将放大显示。 自动放大 20% 自动缩小 25% “恢复”功能可以实现在屏幕中显示全部的零件。 “退后”按钮可恢复到前一步的缩放状态。 该功能可实现零件和平台的全部显示。

图 4.7.3 镜像 点击图标或菜单栏 Tools -- Mirror,操作后弹出 Mirror Part(s)窗口。 镜像功能用于围绕一个点或面来移动或旋转零件,也可以在镜像的基础上创建一个复件。
创建复件
复制 点击图标或菜单栏 Tools -- Duplicate,操作后弹出 Duplicate Part(s)窗口。 复制命令可以实现零件的自动复制,复件自动命名为“copy _ of _ part xxx”。用户可以 预先设定参数来摆放复件。 注意:也可以沿 Z 轴方向复制零件,这个功能对于可以在三维方向摆放零件的设备来说很 方便。
平移
点击图标或菜单栏 Tools -- Translate,操作后弹出 Translate Part(s)窗口。 这个功能可以对零件进行三种方式的移动: 相对模式:按照相对坐标进行移动。 绝对模式:按照绝对坐标进行移动(x、y、z)。 默认位置:在设备库中,零件的默认位置可以被设定。 单击按钮 ”To Default Position”,零件至默认位置,点击 OK。
2、修改支撑类型 将某一类型支撑变为其他类型支撑。 下图为把某一线支撑变为块支撑的过程。 具体操作:按图中黑色按钮的顺序依次单击操作即可。 以此类推就可以把所有支撑变为最合适的支撑。
图 5.2.5.3 注意:支撑的修改这一过程是最复杂也最重要,需要看过每一个支撑,做到每一类型支撑 的合理安排和利用。
穿孔 点击图标或菜单栏 Tools – Perforator,操作后弹出 The Perforator 窗口。 穿孔功能可以创建横穿零件的孔,这个功能在处理镂空文件时非常有用。 注意:默认情况下“Keep subtracted parts”(保留去掉的部分)复选框不被勾选,这样创建 的穿孔部分将丢失,如果用户需要保存穿孔部分,必须确认此复选框被勾选。
鼠标快捷方式: 缩放功能可以功过鼠标滑轮来实现,向前旋转放大,向后旋转缩小。 如果鼠标没有滑轮,按住 CTRL 键的同时按住鼠标右键也可以实现缩放功能。向前移动鼠标缩小, 向后移动放大。
3)工具工具栏简介
显示或隐藏平台,快捷键(F11)。 显示或隐藏平台上的坐标系。 显示或隐藏坐标指示器。 显示或隐藏零件名称,快捷键(F10)。 显示或隐藏零件的尺寸大小。
您可在菜单栏 Platforms—Machine Properties 中设置自己的工作平台,或者右键单击工 作平台标签选择 Machine Properties。
您也可以选择 Machine Library 将已设置好的工作平台文件添加至自己的 Magics 中。

提示:您可向您的设备供应商索要工作平台文件。

支撑编辑工具简介 显示所有支撑,或者影藏所有未激活的支撑。
添加标记三角面片到当前表面。三角面片可以使用标记工具(Marking)进行标记,
以便在生成支撑模块中使用。
