手工皂包装结构与工艺课程设计

摘要

包装结构设计指从科学原理出发，根据不同包装材料、不同包装容器的成型方式，以及包装容器各部分的不同要求，对包装的内、外构造所进行的设计。作为包装设计专业的骨干，包装造型设计和包装装潢设计共同构成包装设计，起到保护产品、方便运输、促进销售的三大功能，而实现这些功能需要有合理的包装结构。

包装结构与工艺课程设计是包装结构与工艺课程学习的重要环节,是为巩固利用所学的理论知识《包装结构设计》、《包装工艺学》等，加深对包装产品结构的整个成型过程所设立的一个实践性教学环节。利用这个环节，让我们掌握纸容器设计原则及程序，熟悉常见的纸容器的结构类型，掌握纸容器尺寸计算的方法，以及点，线，角，面的作用。设计出一个合理包装结构，并为以后从事这个行业打下一定的基础。使学生能够根据包装结构设计理论课中所学的基本设计原理和方法，针对不同内装物的需求，进行内、外包装的系列设计，并进行与其相适应的包装工艺过程的设计，提高对包装过程的整体设计能力。

本次课程设计的主要内容是从设计题目范围选定一个商品，完成包括纸盒、纸箱等形式的包装结构设计。通过市场调查和查阅资料,选择合适的包装材料和包装方案。选定了合适的包装工艺方法、工艺过程及其设备，确定主要工艺参数。并且对包装容器表面进行装潢设计。
