摘要

当今经济全球化的背景下，国与国之间开展贸易合作不仅有利于优化贸易结构，而且能在世界经济的大潮中获得丰厚的利润。中国与越南两国之间的贸易往

来由来已久，尤其是1991年越南和中国外交关系正常化之后，两国经济与贸易

关系得到了迅速恢复和发展。

本文首先从贸易发展规模、贸易的商品结构、贸易开放度、显性比较优势指数和越南的贸易方式与渠道五个方面分析了越南对外贸易的现状与特点，得出越南对外贸易的优势和劣势所在。

其次，本文从越中进出口贸易发展现状、越中贸易商品结构和越中双边投资三个方面分析越中双边贸易的发展现状。由此分析出越中双边贸易存在的问题，例如贸易逆差大、贸易总量规模小以及两国货币汇率的影响等。

最后，通过SWOT分析得出越中两国贸易存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，进而对越中两国的贸易发展做出合理性建议。

ABSTRACT

In today's economic globalization background, the trade cooperation between countries is not only beneficial to optimize the structure of trade, but also in the tide of the world economy to reap the profits.

China and Vietnam, the trade between the two countries has a long history, especially after the normalization of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China in 1991, economic and trade relations between the two countries got rapid recovery and development.

This article first from the trade scale, trade commodity structure, trade openness, dominant comparative advantage index and trade of Vietnam way and channel five aspects analysis the present situation and characteristics of Vietnam's foreign trade, it is concluded that Vietnam's advantages and disadvantages of foreign trade.

Secondly, this article from the current situation of the development of import and export trade, the trade commodity structure and the bilateral investment from three aspects of the analysis of the development of bilateral trade in the status quo. The analysis of the problems existing in the bilateral trade, such as large trade deficit, the scale of trade volume and the impact of currency exchange rate between the two countries.

Finally, through the SWOT analysis it is concluded that the trade between the two countries in the existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and the two countries' trade development in Vietnam to make reasonable Suggestions.

研究背景

近几年来，经济全球化和区域经济一体化是世界经济呈现出来的两大特点：其中经济全球化体现在国与国之间跨越国界，实现了不同程度上的经济和贸易合作，使各国在流通、生产和分配等方面结合成为一个整体，互相补充，共同繁荣的持续发展。

自1991年越南和中国外交关系正常化以来，两国经济与贸易关系得到了迅速恢复和发展，尤其是在1999年，越南和中国两国领导人签署的《联合声明》，把“长期稳定、面向未来、睦邻友好、全面合作”的十六字方针作为面向21

世纪的越南和中国两国关系发展的方针确定下来后，两国在政治、经济和文化等方面的关系得到了全面的发展。目前，越南和中国的关系正处在非常良好、快速的发展势头上，良好的政治基础为两国的双边经贸合作与发展奠定了良好而坚实的基础。

2010年1月1日，中国与东盟十国组建的自由贸易区正式全面启动，自贸区建成之后，东盟与中国的贸易占世界贸易总额的13%，成为了涵盖11个国家，19亿人口和GDP高达6万亿美元的巨大经济体，也是发展中国家中最大的自由贸易

区。东盟十国包括有印度尼西亚、马来西亚、菲律宾、新加坡、泰国、文莱、越南、老挝、缅甸和柬埔寨，越南作为其中的一员，中国达到与越南的经贸合作进而与东盟其他国家进行经贸往来的效果。

2015年2月，由越南研究中心组织的“越中贸易平衡方法研讨会”在浙江工业

大学召开。会议指出：“中国是越南的最大贸易伙伴，两国贸易一直表现为中国顺差、越南逆差，且差额在不断扩大，该现象已引起越南方面的广泛关注，并成为影响越中关系的一个重要因素。”除了在贸易方面存在较大差距外，今年逐渐有外国势力加入到亚太地区，影响了亚太地区过去的经贸平衡与繁荣稳定，政治环境和谐的贸易环境，特别影响到了越中两国良好的双边经贸合作关系。我们需要客观地分析越中两国合作过程中的优异，分析得出越中两国的优势所在和竞争力所在，并且更好地进行利用和互补。
