中石油内部的托福考试评分及分级办法+应试方案中石油内部的托福考试CNPC英语模拟托福考试评分及分级办法一、目的：判断参试人员的英语水平，以便对其进行培训或授与相应的工作。
二、考试方式:参试人员应参加笔试和口试。
对其口、笔试成绩进行综合评定，确定参试人员的相应级别。
三、笔试：1、笔试内容：笔试分为三部份。
第一部分为听力，第二部份为文法，第三部份为阅读。
听力部分50个小题，文法部分40个小题，阅读部分50个小题。
2、笔试评分：笔试按托福评分办法进行。

发音基本正确可有语法、语音等方面的问题，但不影响理解。
C级：能回答教师提出的一般问题，语速较慢，需要较多的提示才能维持对话，表达完整的意念有困难需要教师帮助，语音、语法、表达方面存在很多问题，教师理解经常有困难但无严重的发音障碍。
D级：能回答最简单的问题，但经常用母语向教师询问或寻求帮助不能表达完整的意念。
语音、语法方面问题很多，需要较长时间的训练才能达到要求。
五、综合评定成绩:将笔试与口试成绩进行综合评定即为该生的综合评定成绩。
综合评定成绩分为四级，即A、B、C、D四级。
评定标准如下：取笔试成绩和口试成绩中较低的一项作为综合评定成绩。

中国石化英语分级测试
考试指南
英语分级测试从听、说和读、写（含译）四个方面对考生英语运用能力进行全面考查。
测试采取笔试和口试相结合的方式进行。
测试成绩按听说、读写两个部分分别划分为A、B、C、D 四个级别。
一、测试项目
笔试包括听力、阅读和写作（含翻译），考试时间为2小时30分钟。
口语测试包括短文朗读和回答问题，测试时间约为12分钟。

口试采取考官面对面英语问答形式，全程录音。
考查考生理解与表达能力、词汇使用能力、语法句法使用能力、流
利程度和语音语调准确度等5个方面。

三、测试程序及注意事项
测试当日上午9:00开始进行听力、阅读和写作测试，时间2小时30分钟；口语测试在笔试结束当日下午开始进行（详细安排参见各考点通知）。
考生参加笔试、口试须携带本人身份证等有效证件入场，请详细阅读并遵守《考场纪律》。
笔试要求考生提前30分钟进入考场，并对号入座，考生除了携带必需的答题笔及橡皮外，不得携带、使用书籍、资料、词典（含电子词典）等。
进入笔试考场后，须将私人物品集中放在指定地点，证件放在座位的左上角，以便监考人员核查。
笔试测试时，除在指定位置填写姓名、考号外，不得做任何标注。
口试要求考生在规定时间到达指定候考室静候，口试时需携带身份证等有效证件，考官按规定进行身份核查。
四、测试成绩
测试成绩在测试结束45日内上报集团公司人事部，抄送考生所在直属单位组织人事部门。
个人成绩达到定级标准的，发放成绩通知单，通知单上公布听、说、读、写分项成绩及听说、读写水平等级。
对成绩有异议者，可在成绩公布30日内，经所在直属单位组织人事部门向石化管理干部学院提出书面复核申请。
对符合复核条件者，石化管理干部学院组织相关专家进行复核，15日内予以答复（如遇法定假期，期限顺延）。
五、分级说明
听说、读写总分各100分。
80分及以上为A级，70至79分为B级，60至69分为C级，50至59分为D级。
50分以下不再定级。
