Graduate thesis summary
This thesis divided into four parts, corporate culture and the meaning of corporate, which included three parts, and then showed the three basic issue of the corporate culture in China, it also talked about the ways to management of corporate.
The first part of the thesis talked about the definition of corporate culture, which means a series of political ,economic and culture practice and gradually from for all employees agree to comply with the values of the characteristics of the enterprise ,which including operating guidelines, management style, and development goals. At the same time this thesis showed the effect and
the ideological of corporate culture. For example, corporate culture is a set of unwritten rules of the company, which means the manager should to unity thinking of everyone in the company and make rules and regulations and, the function of corporate culture is to increase the competitiveness and which is the most significant way to convey the managers thought. To sum up this part, corporate culture is packaging the corporate in a modern style in the recent years.
The next part is to show the three gradations of corporate culture, which are material culture, behavior culture and, spiritual culture. Which are enterprise environment, corporate object, and business goals, human relationships, business and corporate cultural activities. It also talked the philosophy, values, entrepreneurship of corporate culture.
In addition, the third part is focus on the issues of corporate culture in China. Which included a range of problems, such as no obvious effect, phenomenon, phenomenon of culture ideals. As these problems, corporate culture cannot be successful not only in a company but also for the manger’s control. With these issues, the manager should have to make the perfect rules and creating new way of corporate culture. The next issue for young stuff in the company is to consider more about the unrealistic ambitions and culture ideals whit out mature, showed as the leader who has too lofty goals and the lack of truth-seeking spirit of work.
Management of corporate culture is the best significant skill for a manager, the leader who needs to re-positioning the corporate and, refining the company’s core values, ensure the corporate culture building strategy and
institutionalization. Which means manager who should understand well that corporate played a huge role in the soul of the enterprise of corporate culture and help the corporate culture can increase the sustainable. For example a perfect corporate culture is the holy grail of corporate quest for talent to retain talent.
In conclusion, this thesis talked about the corporate culture and the issues of it in China in the recent days. As the second and third paragraph showed, the corporate culture is a powerful force. Corporate culture is also a invisible and the potential productivity to the company, which is the greatly way to develop and enterprises. So as a result, if a leader can control the corporate culture well, it should be a perfect tool to help the company to increase the effectiveness.。
