摘要

目前,螺旋输送机的设计仍是依靠经验公式计算,在经验公式中许多参数的选择是在一定范围内凭经验选取的,这使得螺旋输送机的设计较落后,无法提高其设计水平和提高产品的性能。文中对螺旋输送机进行了较全面论述,了解了螺旋输送机的类型、发展现状。阐明了螺旋输送机的工作原理。并根据螺旋输送机的工作原理、工作条件、输送要求等设计螺旋输送机。该螺旋输送机用于煤粉的水平输送,根据输送量以及输送路程设计出螺旋直径,计算了螺旋功率以及根据功率选择了电动机、减速器和联轴器能较好地解决实际问题。最后对螺旋输送机的安装及平时保养做出了总结。整个设计对今后的设计工作将有实际指导意义和价值。该设计专用于运输干燥煤粉,满足一定运输长度和运输量的要求。采用传统设计方法,根据运输物料选择LS型螺旋输送机,由运输量计算并校核得出螺旋叶片直径D=500mm,转速n=100r/min。根据这数据,依次计算选择螺旋轴长度分配和螺旋轴钢管大小和各段轴大小和相应的轴承。根据运输量选择行星减速器,传动比为i=10。联轴器分别选用了凸缘联轴器。通的绘图还有减速器的设计图和主要零件图。最后的校核验算,得出的结论是我所设计的过长期的设计时间后,完成了相应的计算和校核,用电脑CAD绘图完成了装配图的绘图。最后的校核验算,得出的结论是我所设计的LS500型的螺旋输送机满足设计要求,结构上不僵化采用参考书上的方案,更多的向市场上应用靠拢,最后完成了这次毕业设计任务。

Abstract
