【摘; 要】目的：总结一例腹膜后肿瘤浸润多器官切除术的护理配合体会。方法：总结我院泌尿外科收治的一例侵犯胃，胰腺，脾，肾脏，肾上腺腹膜后包块的手术护理配合经验，包括充分的术前准备，术中配合及术后护理。结果：该患者手术过程顺利，术后状态良好，安返ICU。结论：充分的术前准备，高质量的术中配合是该手术成功的关键，可提供保障显著缩短手术时间，提高手术效率，降低麻醉风险，为手术顺利开展提供保障。

【Abstract】objective： to summarize the nursing experience of a case of multiple organ resection with retroperitoneal tumor infiltration. Methods： to summarize the experience of surgical nursing and cooperation of one case involving stomach， pancreas， spleen， kidney and adrenal retroperitoneal mass in urology department of our hospital， including adequate preoperative preparation， intraoperative cooperation and postoperative nursing. Results： the patient had a smooth operation and returned to the ICU in good condition. Conclusion： adequate preoperative preparation and high-quality intraoperative cooperation are the keys to the success of the operation，
