刀具刃 磨机 毕 业设计 摘要
本文首先对刀具刃磨机的在机械领域的重要性、国内外发展状 况及研究意义做了介绍；然后根据刃磨机床的性能要求提出总体设 计方案，并对方案进行比较，最终确定了机床的最优设计方案。 本文在第三章简单的介绍刀具刃磨机的参数和床身结构；第四 章对机床磨头部分的设计进行了计算，其中包括工具磨床砂轮的选 择、带轮的设计、磨头升降机构的设计、机床主轴的设计、轴承和 键的校核计算、磨头的使用调整及基座的结构介绍。在磨头部分的 设 计 中 ，必 须 满 足 磨 头 可 以 在 水 平 面 内 360°的 回 转 和 铅 垂 面 内 进 行 一定范围的左右转动；第五章对机床工作台进行了设计，其中包括 导 轨 的 设 计 、齿 轮 齿 条 传 动 、行 星 轮 传 动 的 设 计 和 工 作 台 面 的 设 计 。 在工作台部分的设计中，必须满足工作台的纵向移动和水平回转运 动，工作台的纵向慢速移动采用行星减速机构。 最后，第六章对机床电气部分进行了设计，要求满足机床正转 与反转和实现机床的高低速的转换。 关键词 刀具刃磨机床；磨头；工作台 本 设 计 来 自 ： 完 美 毕 业 设 计 网 http://www.bysj520.com 在毕业设计网注册后联系客服均可获赠您要求的毕业设计资料 客 服 QQ ： 8191040

Abstract
Firstly, this paper introduces that the cutter sharpener is how important in the machine field ,the development of the cutter sharpener in the world, and the meaning of research ; and then put forward to collectivity design project on the base of performance of the cutter sharpener ’s request, further more compare to each other , finally make certain the best project. In the third chapter this paper simplely introduces the parameter and the lathe bed configuration of the cutter sharpener. In the fourth chapter this text design the wheel head which includes the choice of the grinding wheel, the design of the strap wheel, the design of the rise and drop cutter sharpener, the design of principal axis, the check of bearing and key , the regulate of wheel head and the introduce of the basic seat configuration. In the design of wheel head , it is necessary to satisfy to wheel head’s turning over in the horizontal plane and perpendicular noodles in certain scope . In the fifth chapter this paper introduces the design of the working table which includes the design of the guide , the drive of the gear and rack, the drive of the planet gear, the design of the worktable surface. In the design of the working table, it i s necessary to satisfy to the working table’s longitudinal movement and revolving movement. The slowly longitudinal movement of the working table adopts the planet decelerator organization. Finally, in the sixth chapter the text introduces the design of the electric, it is necessary to satisfy the turn of the positive and negative and the change of the high speed and the low speed.
