摘要:
在涉及到摩擦学及相关领域的产品研发方面,摩擦磨损试验机的应用越发普遍 。目前,世界上只有几个少数国家像美国、英国、日本等拥有专业的企业来生产 摩擦磨损试验机,有很多资料表明目前世界上大部分的摩擦磨损试验机的式样 都以滑块和圆盘为主,在一定的范围之内可以控制载荷、温度、速度、润滑量等 因素的变化。本次课题是一种摩擦磨损试验机的机械机构设计,采用的实验方 法是在相同的模拟工况下,进行对比实验,对摩擦材料副、润滑油的摩擦性能 等进行实验。这款试验机的结构简单、工作可靠、制作费用低廉还具有一定的 灵活性。主要用来测定摩擦力、摩擦系数和摩擦力矩等参数的大小。

Title Mechanism design of a friction and wear testing machine
Abstract
In the research and development of products related to tribology, friction and wear testing machine are wildly applied. Currently, only a few countries like the United States, Britain, Japan and other professional enterprise can produce the world's wear tester, a lot of data indicate that now most of the friction and wear tester in the world are in the style slider and disc mainly within a certain range of variation can be controlled load, temperature, speed, amount of lubrication and other factors. In this paper, a friction and wear test machine was designed. Test method used is the same simulation conditions, comparative tests of friction performance lubricant experiment. This testing machine has simple structure, high reliability and low production costs with some flexibility. Primarily used to determine the size of the friction coefficient of friction and friction torque and other parameters.
