第一章绪论
1.1 摘要
自动化立体仓库是物流中的重要组成部分,它是在不直接进行人工干预的情况下自动地存储和取出物流的系统。它是现代工业社会发展的高科技产物,对提高生产率、降低成本有着重要意义。它具有占地面积小、储存量大、周转快的优点,是集信息、存储、管理于一体的高技术密集型机电一体化产物。
近年来,随着企业生产与管理的不断提高,越来越多的企业认识到物流系统的改善与合理性对企业的发展非常重要。堆垛机是自动化立体仓库中最重要的起重堆垛设备,它能够在自动化立体的巷道中来回穿梭运行,将位于巷道口的货物存入货格;或者相反取出货格内的货物运送到巷道口。上世纪50年代末开始,相继研制和采用了自动导引小车(AVG)、自动货架、自动存取机器人、自动识别和自动分拣等系统。到上世纪70年代,旋转体式货架、移动式货架、巷道式堆垛机和其他搬运设备都加入了自动控制行列,但只是各个设备的局部自动化并各自独立应用,被称为“自动化孤岛”。
随着计算机技术的发展,工作重点转向物资的控制和管理,要求实时、协调和一体化。计算机之间、数据采集点之间、机械设备的控制器之间以及它们与主计算机之间的通信可以及时的汇总信息,仓库计算机及时地记录订货和到货时间,显示库存量,计划人员可以方便地作出供货决策,管理人员随时掌握货源及需求。
信息技术的应用已成为仓储技术的重要支柱。到上世纪70年代末,自动化技术被越来越多地应用到生产和分配领域。“自动化孤岛”需要集成化,于是便形成了“集成系统”的概念。在集成化系统中,整个系统的有机协作,使总体效益和生产的应变能力大大超过各部分独立效益的总和。集成化仓库技术作为计算机集成制造系统中物资存储的中心受到人们的重视,在集成化系统里包括了人、设备和控制系统。
