It was so much fun riding over the bumpy paths and getting mud all over our clothes! We saw a deer up close too which was really cool.When I got home covered in mud, Mom wouldn't let me inside until I used the hose to spray myself off in the backyard. Then I had to take a bath which I hate doing! The warm bathwater felt nice though after being outside all morning.For lunch, Dad grilled hamburgers and hot dogs. We had a picnic outside on our patio which was fun. After eating, Dad took me and my brother to the park to play basketball for a little while. I'm not very good at basketball but I tried my best. We also played on the swings and seesaws at the park playground.When we got back home, I was finally allowed to play video games! I played my new Zelda game for a few hours trying to beat the fire temple level which is really hard. Right before dinner, my grandparents came over to visit. Grandma always brings me my favorite chocolates which is awesome.For dinner, we had delicious homemade tacos. I put lots of cheese, salsa, and guacamole on mine. Grandpa told some silly jokes while we ate which made my brother and I laugh a lot. We kids weren't allowed to have dessert though because Mom said we had too many sweets already.After dinner, the whole family watched a movie together. We saw the new Disney movie about a girl who gets turned into a dragon which was really funny and exciting with the coolfire-breathing scenes! Toward the end I got pretty sleepy though.I went to bed around 9:30pm feeling happy from my fun Saturday. I can't wait for the next weekend! I just hope I don't have too much homework next week.。
