摘要

随着社会的进步,日益激烈的竞争已经使得人们逐渐认识到学前教育的重要性,对学前教育的要求也越来越高。家园合作就在这样一种背景下得到应用,作为幼儿教育的一种重要补充,取得了很好的实践效果。

家园合作是指幼儿园和家庭(社区)都把自己当作促进儿童发展的主体,双方积极主动地相互了了解、相互配合、相互支持,通过幼儿园与家庭的双向互动,共同促进儿童的身心发展。这是一种切实可行而又效果的明显学前教育手段,正如教育家苏霍姆林斯基所说:“没有家庭教育的学校教育和没有学校教育的家庭教育,都不可能完成培养人这样一个极其细微的任务”,相对于其他各类教育,幼儿教育由于其教育对象的年龄特点,其采取幼儿园—家园合作方式更具有必要性,所取得的效果也更明显。

对“幼儿园—家园合作方式”进行研究旨在探寻“家园合作”的内涵;通过分析当前进行“幼儿园—家园合作”存在的问题和影响因素;提出建立“幼儿园—家园合作”的途径和策略,以此丰富其实施内容和应用内涵,为有意进行“幼儿园—家园合作”的幼儿园提供理论和实践探索的基础。

本论文对国内“幼儿园—家园合作”的研究成果进行了梳理和总结,并在此基础上进行了延伸,更加全面和系统的阐述了进行“幼儿

园—家园合作”的意义和方式,以及在具体实施过程中所要注意的问题。

Abstract

Along with the development of the society, people have realized the importace of the preschool education by the increasingly fierce social competition.In such context , home-kindergarten cooperation as an important supplement have been put into use and made very good practice effect.

The home-kindergarten cooperation refers to the kindergarten and family (community) make themselves as the main part for the development of the children,all of them actively mutual understanding, mutual coordination and the mutual support and promoting the development of children's physical and mental Jointly with the two-way interaction .The preschool education means which is feasible and effective,the famous Russian educationist Sukhomlynsky once said :" Neither the school education which have no family education nor the family education which have no school education can fulfil such a highly cultured task which to cultivating people ."Preschool education compared with other kinds of education , because of its education object’s age characteristic ,it should more necessary and more effective if the kindergarten adopted the home-kindergarten cooperation .

By making researches on “the ways of home-kindergarten cooperation” , the author explores the connotation of home-kindergarten

cooperation, its characteristics of the partnership and of “the home-kindergarten cooperation”,analyses its Influencing factors and the issue which is faced,and offer some proposals about ways and tactics for building “the home-kindergarten cooperation”,which can enrich the enforcement content and the meaning of “the home-kindergarten cooperation”,which can offer the theory and the foundation of practice.

The thesis summarizes the relevant literature by Chinese scholars on the theme of “the ways of home-kindergarten cooperation” and extends the content ,expounds the meaning and the way of “home-kindergarten cooperation”more comprehensive and systematic ,as well as the problems will be faced in the in the concrete implementation process.
