一、It is句型

1．It is universally acknowledged that＋句子（人人皆知……）例如

2．It is evident that...（很明显）

例如

3．It is（high）time that＋主语＋谓语（使用虚拟语气，以过去式表示）（（早）该是……的时候了）

例如
