DA Series is a two-part polymerizing screen ink that has been formulated to be extremely flexible and resistant to laundering and dry cleaning as well as ironing. DA Series is highly opaque, extremely flexible and elastic ink for printing and flocking most synthetic and natural textiles, including waterproof nylon and other synthetics having a finish. (Pre-testing of waterproof nylon is recommended.)The DA Series ink must be catalyzed with DA176 Catalyst before using.SUBSTRATES Cotton, cotton blends, synthetics, waterproof nylon and finished syntheticsUSER INFORMATIONWhile technical information and advice on the use of this product is provided in good faith, the User bears sole responsibility for selecting the appropriate product for their end-use requirements. See full disclaimer at the end of the document.MESH110-200 threads per inch (43-79 threads per cm) monofilament polyester mesh for mostapplicationsSTENCIL Solvent resistant direct emulsions and capillary filmsSQUEEGEE70-80 durometer polyurethane squeegeeCOVERAGE500-600 square feet (46–56 square meters) per gallon depending upon ink depositPRINTING Ink Preparation: All colors must be mixed with DA176 Catalyst in a proportion of 3.5 parts of color to one part of catalyst BY WEIGHT. The pot life of the catalyzed DA Series ink isapproximately 3–5 hours.Add only enough ink to the screen to be able to print for 5-10 minutes. Add additional ink insmall increments throughout the print run to maintain screen stability. Thoroughly mix theinks prior to printing.Maintain ink temperatures at 65°-90°F (18°-32°C) for optimum print drying performance.Lower temperatures increase the ink viscosity, impairing both flow and drying. Elevatedtemperatures lower the ink viscosity, reducing print definition, film thickness and opacity.Pretest to determine optimum printing performance for a particular set of ink, substrate, screen, press, and drying variables/conditions.DRYING/ CURING DA Series will air-dry overnight for handling. Full resistance to washing and dry cleaning is achieved in approximately seven days after printing. DA Series may be heat cured at temperatures of 300ºF-325ºF (148ºC-163ºC) for periods ranging from 7–10 minutes. The DA Accelerator may be used to reduce the dry time. (See additives) Multiple layers of ink may require longer drying times than a single layer.CLEARS/VARNISHESClear: Use DA170 Clear to reduce the density of colors or as a clear base to extend coverage.ADDITIVES All additives should be thoroughly mixed into the ink before each use. Prior to production, testany additive adjustment to the ink.Reducer: Use RE188 Thinner to reduce the viscosity of the inks. Add up to 20% by weight.Catalyst: Use DA176 Catalyst to catalyze the ink. Add 3.5 parts of color to one part of catalystBY WEIGHT. The ink/catalyst mixture has a pot life of 3-5 hours.Accelerator: Use DA1882 DA Accelerator to reduce cure time if needed. DA Accelerator willreduce the drying time of the DA Series to 4 minutes at 300ºF (149ºC). To 1 quart of ink add 75drops with a disposable pipette [or 2.0 gm] to catalyzed ink as stated above. (See Catalyst) Theink/catalyst mixture, including the accelerator will have a reduced pot life of 2-3 hours. CLEAN UP Screen Wash (Prior to Reclaim): Use VF184 Screen Wash or IMS401 Premium Textile ScreenWashPress Wash (On Press): Use IMS501 Premium Textile Press WashSTORAGE Store tightly covered at temperatures between 65°-90°F (18°-32°C). Actual products may vary.SB7780 and SB7880 InfiniBand routers enable new levels of subnets isolation and compute-to-storage connectivity, critical to large-scale and diverse data-centers.Scaling-Out Data Centers with EDR 100G InfiniBandHigh Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Data-Intensive and Cloud infrastructures all leverage InfiniBand’s high data throughput, extremely low latency, and smart In-Network Computing acceleration engines to deliver world-leading application performance and scalability, while reducing operational costs and infrastructure complexity. Mellanox’s innovative In-Networking-based Scalable Hierarchical Aggregation and Reduction Protocol (SHARP)™ technology enables the acceleration of communications frameworks using embedded hardware, resulting in order of magnitude application and performance improvements. In cases where the separation between InfiniBand subnets and keeping connectivity to a central InfiniBand Storage are required, InfiniBand Routers are the ideal solution.Sustained Network PerformanceSB7780 / SB7880 InfiniBand routers are based on Switch-IB ® / Switch-IB ® 2 ASICs, respectively. They offer fully-flexible 36 EDR 100Gb/s ports that can be split among several different subnets. InfinBand routers bring two major enhancements to the Mellanox InfiniBand portfolio:•Increase resiliency by s plitting the data center’s network into several subnets; each subnet runs itsown subnet manager, effectively isolating each subnet from the others’ availability or instability •Enable multiple compute to storage connections while separately isolating login access to each compute subnetWorld-Class DesignSB7780 / SB7880 InfiniBand routers are elegantly designed for performance, serviceability, energy savings and high-availability. They come equipped with two highly efficient, 80 gold+ and energy star certified, power supplies.Their best-in-class design enables the EDR IB routers to support low power consumption, with ATIS weighted power consumption as low as 122W for a fully populated system. This means more power reduction if not all ports are used or fully utilized.SB7780 / SB7880 also have redundant power supplies (1+1) and their fans draw (N+1) both with air shutters for achieving maximal thermal protection.36-port Non-blocking Managed EDR 100Gb/s InfiniBand RoutersInfiniBand EDR 100Gb/s RoutersPRODUCT BRIEFSWITCH SYSTEM †© Copyright 2020. Each section addressesspecific related features:a.ICEDeals with both ice storage bin and ice delivery auger settings including agitation andice delivery speedb.VALVEAddress carbonated/non-carbonated selection, end of pour soda delay settings, includes parameters for selecting syrup brand and bonus flavors as well as bonusflavor availability.c.DISPENSERControls settings for maximum number of valves and maximum number of bonusflavors that can be simultaneously available. Includes settings for drink top off, flavortimeout and syrup start delay, and the beginning of the pour.d.TESTIncludes three (3) modes: Normal, PC (portion control) Test, and Draw Test.2.General Functiona. In all menus and sub-menus, either drop down selections are available by selecting thedown arrow or square box icon next to the desired parameter.b.All values on the Palm Pilot will be displayed as * until the data is retrieved from themachine.c.Select the UPDATE button after changing the parameter to load the setting into theFS-18. You will be prompted to verify your change prior to the change becoming active.Select OK to accept the changes or CANCEL to return to the previous menu.6C.ADJUSTMENTS AND RECOMMENDED SETTINGS1.ICE MENUa.AUGER SPEED MENUThe FS-18 features variable speed ice delivery. The speed is pre-set by selecting asetting from 1 (slowest) to 10 (fastest) on the drop down menu. The other speedadjustment (STIR) is for the auger stir speed and it also requires a setting of 1through 10.b.MAX ON TIME MENUThe max on time menu sets the maximum length of time that the auger can run. Thisis to prevent accidental locking or rigging of the switch. The switch must bemomentarily released to reset. The Ice Speed Switch Selection menu sets the time between the end of an ice dispenseand the default (middle) ice speed setting being automatically selected.c.STIR TIME MENUSets the on time (in seconds) and the off time (in minutes) for both the bin agitation andthe auger.2.VALVE MENUa.Each nozzle position has individual controls to activate available bonus flavors and an"overall" end of pour soda delay. In addition, there are the beginnings of somerudimentary data collection functions. At this time it is not necessary to set bonusflavors to the actual installed flavor. They do need to be set to some flavor in order tobe "on".b.Nozzle positions 2, 3, 4 and 5 have check boxes to select either/both plain orcarbonated water for each position independently. Nozzle position 1 only must, therefore, be carbonated water or plain water.c.Each brand position also has the option of an independent soda stop delay. Thiscompensates for the varied dynamics (speeds) with which the syrup flows through thevalve/nozzle system as compared to the soda/water. At this time, we would recommenddelays from 0.025 seconds for diet (thin) syrups to as much as 0.150 seconds for verythick syrups (for example, orange, grape, etc.). The adjustment criteria are by visualinspection of the flow stream during a pour.4.FS-18 TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE75.ILLUSTRATIONS, PARTS LISTINGS, AND WIRING DIAGRAMS5.1VALVE AND NOZZLE ASSEMBLY, FS-1885.2BIN ASSEMBLY, FS-18 (FOR UNITS MANUFACTURED BEFORE JANUARY2004)95.3BIN ASSEMBLY, FS-18 (FOR UNITS MANUFACTURED IN JANUARY2004 OR LATER)105.4NOZZLE ASSEMBLY, FS-18111248-1784Tube Assy, #2 Injection 1348-1785Tube Assy, #3 Injection 1448-1786Tube Assy, #4 Injection 1548-1787Tube Assy, #5 Injection 1648-1788Tube Assy, #6 Injection 1748-1789Tube Assy, #7 Injection 1848-1790Tube Assy, #8 Injection 1948-1791Tube Assy, #9 Injection 2048-1792Tube Assy, #10 Injection 2148-1793Tube Assy, #11 Injection 2248-1794Tube Assy, #12 Injection5.5TOWER ASSEMBLY, FS-18125.6SOLENOID ASSEMBLY, ICE DOOR, FS-1813145.9ACCESS PANELS, FS-18 (FOR UNITS MANUFACTURED BEFORE JANUARY2004)155.10ACCESS PANELS, FS-18 (FOR UNITS MANUFACTURED IN JANUARY2004 OR LATER)3165.11MOTOR ASSEMBLIES, FS-18175.12PCB ASSEMBLY, PN 52-2729/01, FS-18185.13INJECTION MANIFOLDS, FS-18 (MANUFACTURED IN MAY2004 OR LATER)(NOTE:View added in Revision 01)195.14PLUMBING DIAGRAM - INLETS AND VALVE LOCATIONS20215.16WIRING DIAGRAM, FS-18(NOTE:View added in Revision 01)22。
