至于一些细节，大家可以不必要过多记录，比如具体的成本和日期，只需要对明显有区分度的特征留有印象就行。

比如ABCDE 都是外部讲师，而F是内部员工，不要花钱。

那么这个就需要在读案例时留意。

其余的，比如A3000一小时之类的，讨论的时候对照就可以。

最关键的还是梳理逻辑啊！！不然别人说看时间你就去看时间，别人说看地点你就去看地点，不仅仅很被动，容易给人附和的感觉，而且万一别人的思路是错的，有可能最后会面临窘境。
