第九届“雄鹰杯”大学生发明创造竞赛多功能一体化便利轮椅产品说明书指导老师曹博魏家鹏申报者吴浩波合作成员李存洲苏春阳齐特孙祥峰一、作品设计本产品是针对老年人，残疾人、下肢丧失运动能力的人设计的一种能够帮助他们最大程度进行自理的多功能轮椅床，该轮椅床是轮椅和床的组合体。

该轮椅床既能作为护理床使用，辅助老年人、残疾人等完成支背、曲腿、左右侧翻的功能，床体中间部分又能够转换成轮椅驶离床体，辅助老年人、残疾人完成日常的自由活动。

此外，该轮椅还具备站立的功能，能够在坐姿和站姿之间自由转换，帮助下肢瘫痪的病人实现其站立行走的愿望。

二、产品结构可倾放式靠背调速控制杆自动式端盘储物筐十字后轮稳定前小轮三、产品各部分工作原理 1，行走装置轮子表面采用橡胶材料，纹理设计增大摩擦，并首创十字形轮轴，四个轮为一个单元，与楼梯成啮合型运动。

2，动力装置选用电力驱动作为多功能轮椅床的驱动方式。

因此，所有机构的动力源均采用直流电动推杆推动。

本多功能轮椅床由护理床和轮椅组合而成。

作为护理床使用时，工作环境在室内，可以使用固定电源。

作为轮椅使用时，工作环境随着轮椅的移动变化，轮椅只能使用固定在轮椅上的简易携带电源。

所以该轮椅床采用交流与蓄电池相结合的供电方式。

轮椅用24v蓄电池，可供轮椅在外自由活动使用。

组合成床体之后，主要依靠市电供给能源，同时对蓄电池进行充电。

3，轮椅手动控制开关1）手扶外侧安有餐桌伸缩开关按钮，可手动控制餐桌或作为其它功用。

2）手扶内侧安有座椅靠背旋转按钮，可手动控制靠背的高度以满足使用者需要。

3）设有调速摇杆，可控制轮椅速度。

四、产品创新点：此款设备与原有设备相比有以下特点：创新点一：可爬楼梯，首创十字形轮轴，四个轮为一个单元，与楼梯成啮合型运动，从而实现楼梯行走。

创新点二：座椅，靠背部分采用简单的连杆机构，即可实现水平，倾斜放置，满足使用者的复健需求，便于日常休息。

创新点三：自动餐桌，按动按钮即可打开餐桌，便于就餐，省去诸多不便。

Its large wheels and sturdy frame make it ideal for both smooth indoor surfaces and rugged outdoor trails. It offers typical features for a lightweight jogger, including several adjustment options, accessories, a brake mechanism, user safety tether and the ability to fold for easy transport. The EU version features a front wheel cable operated disk brake.The Jogger Pushchair is intended for both indoor and outdoor use, in the home and community. If used in the rain, wipe off excess water with a soft cloth. If the chair is splashed with mud or corrosive substances like road salt, the chair should be washed clean with water, wiped dry, and a hypoallergenic and biodegradable lubricant reapplied to the moving parts. Contact with seawater should be avoided, as it will corrode areas that cannot be washed clean. 3、贴合性设计

较高的自重，为了保证轮椅使用的安全性，座椅的贴合性将得到重点
考虑，满足运动时的稳定性，以便不影响轮椅使用者的情感体验。

本设计将配备刹车装置，方便轮椅的停放，保证在行驶过程中的安全性，配备调整弹簧，抵御突然变形，一旦发生事故，可有效保护用户

There are two or three folding wheelchairs selling in the market, which can be folded into the size of a suitcase and is called “assembly wheelchair.” Their major defect is lengthy and com plicated assembling procedures. Every time the user folds or unfolds the wheelchair, a tedious process must be conducted, which causes severe problems to daily wheelchair users. This research developed a linkage-type portable wheelchair. An optimal Watt-I six-bar mechanism was found according to the design requirements and design constraints. 寝室便捷桌机械创新设计设计目的与意义为提高在校学生学习效率，为解决学生在八人寝室学习过程中带来的诸多不便，我们设计了寝室便捷桌，该新型折叠桌的三大功能可以很好地解决学生学习生活中在床上学习出现的问题，从而实现学生在寝室学习的便捷。

目前市场上还没有出现一种能够实现在八人寝室中上下铺可以使用的书桌，因此寝室便捷桌的发展和应用显得越发重要。

此外我国初高中学生均住八人寝室，学生在寝室学习有诸多不便，提高学生在寝室的学习效率势在必行，而推广经济实用的寝室便捷桌，对促进我国学生学习效率具有重要意义。

一、设计的目标和任务1、折叠功能：本作品采用机械原理中四杆机构模型，利用死点位置作为支撑点，并且使四杆恰好重叠在同一直线上，然后固定在床管上从而可以做到不多占空间，不用时可以折叠收起，用到时还原即可，简单易行，使用方便。

2、调节功能：本作品可以随着个人身高进行随意调节高度，并且不妨碍同学正常就寝，适合任何身高人群使用。

固定打开后，由于尺寸比一般小桌子较大可以满足摆放日常书籍和电脑，同时在一旁写作业的需求，桌面能承受30－35公斤的重量，收回折叠后可作为床头靠垫以便休闲之需。

二、机构设计便捷桌为实现在床铺上给人以实用方便又节省空间的特点，此设计作品固定在床管两侧（用管卡相互固定），其主要设计理念源自机械原理曲柄摇杆结构，桌板通过连杆机构实现折叠与展开，图1为便捷桌的结构图。

当撑起桌面至水平面时（图1b 所示），曲柄恰好到达死点位置，实现桌面功能；当收起桌面时，连杆机构的四杆可处于完全重合状态，使桌面垂直放置，以节约空间。

为实现上述功能，必须对四杆机构进行设计计算，计算各杆长度。

产品的质量和经济效益取决于设计、制造和管理的综合水平，而产品设计则是关键。

没有高质量的设计，就不可能有高质量的产品；没有经济观念的设计者，决不可能设计出性能价格比好的产品。

因此，在机械产品设计中，应特别强调和重视从系统的观点出发，合理地确定系统的功能；应注重新技术、新工艺及新材料等的采用；应努力提高产品的可靠性、经济性及安全性。

1.1折叠轮椅的研究现状由于现代医学的发展和进步，人类的寿命正逐渐的往上提升，致使各国老年人口将不断增加，然而高龄化的社会结构已然成为世界各国的重大挑战。

针对这些年长而行动不方便的使用者而言，其身体各部分器官正逐渐退化，再加上神经肌肉萎缩，自行驱动轮椅是非常困难的事，因此他们将不适合使用具有手轮圈的自推型轮椅，而手推型轮椅较能符合其需求。

根据中华人民共和国国务院新闻办公室2006年12月在北京发布的《中国老龄事业的发展》报告提供的数据，2005年底，中国60岁以上老年人口1.44亿，占总人口的比例达11%。

世界上60岁以上人口超过1亿的只有中国。

现在我国60岁以上老年人口每年以3%的速度递增。

在60岁以上的老年人口中，有相当一部分老年人在日常生活和工作中，在疾病治疗和康复过程中，都需要借助使用轮椅。

另据第二次全国残疾人抽样调查数据推算，全国各类残疾人的总数为8296万人。

其中肢体残疾有2412万人，占29.07%；多重残疾1352万人，占16.30%。

在肢体残疾和多重残疾的群体中，有相当一部分在生活、工作中，在治疗疾病和康复训练中，也需要使用轮椅。

如今，随着老年群体病人的增加，轮椅的社会需求总量逐年增长，这给轮椅行业带来巨大的市场空间。

1.2设计所需研究的内容手推型的折叠轮椅是以重度病患者或年长老人为使用对象，因此本设计所要设计的折叠轮椅本身的安全规范是相当重视的。

而经过现有的手推型轮椅收折机构的分类和分析后，本课题所涉及的主要内容有：（1）需通过200Kg 的配重检验，以达到安全规范的相关规定；（2）能产生导引轮椅翻转收折的动作机构；（3）收折完成的手推型折叠轮椅必须可以站立，以利于收藏和摆放；（4）收折完成后的手推型折叠轮椅必须可以拖行，以利于运送；（5）为确保结构的稳定性，必须讨论其各个杆件的受力情况；（6）在折叠轮椅强度和刚度足够的条件下，达到轻量化的设计。

第二章折叠轮椅的方案选择2.1 折叠轮椅的结构方案归纳目前市场上的手推型折叠轮椅的收折方式可区分为剪式、连杆式、组合式及特殊构造等4种类型便携式收折机构。

（1）、剪式收折机构，具有剪式收折机构的轮椅，其收折机构均配置一组或数组交叉对（crossing pairs），使轮椅在收折机构时能像剪刀般作运动，从而将整体折叠收好。

折叠此收折机构时，仅需将轮椅底架四周的垂直杆件向内并拢，使结合块依垂直杆件而向上方滑动，达到收折的效用，且收折完毕后，整台轮椅将呈束状，对于轮椅的运送或收纳均有很大的效果。

如图2.1所示图2.1剪式收折机构（2）、连杆式收折机构，此型轮椅为连杆数6、接头数7的单一自由度的折叠轮椅，若将后杆10视为地杆，可将此收折机构归纳为Watt I 型的6连杆组。

利用焊接在活动基板上的挡板来阻挡后杆继续忘后运动，因此将拥有强度较佳的挡板设计。

收折轮椅时，将椅背杆忘前翻转，因连杆的相互作用将迫使各杆运动而收折轮椅。

此收折机构对于缩小收折后的体积有相当显著的效果，单一动作即可达到轮椅的展开或收折，并且拥有站立收藏的功能，是具有进步性的创新设计。

如图2.2所示图2.2连杆式收折机构（3）、组合式收折机构，此型轮椅收折后的体积小，可如行李箱运送，但在使用前所有零件必须一一装起，故此型轮椅为目前所有轮椅中收折体积最小者，但由于操作较为复杂，对于使用时间短而使用次数多的患者而言，是一个非常困难的问题。

如图2.3所示图2.3组合式收折机构（4）、特殊构型收折机构，此型轮椅为了避开轮椅收折后的干涉情形，左右的榫接位置不同，当轮椅收折时，先将左右的踏板向上翻起，再将右侧扶手向内翻折，最后收起左侧扶手，便完成了轮椅收折的动作，虽然构造简单，但是所达到的功效并不逊于结构较复杂的轮椅，因此此型为一有效的轮椅收折设计。

如图2.4所示图2.4特殊构型收折机构2.2折叠轮椅的结构设计本课题所设计的手推式折叠轮椅，如图2.2.1所示，此型轮椅为连杆数6、接头数7的单一自由度的折叠轮椅，C点为复合铰链图2.2.1手推式折叠轮椅的结构设计图如图所示，活动构件数为5，低副数PL=7，没有高副，故自由度F=3n-2PL-PH=3×5-2×7-0=1。

第三章折叠轮椅的材料选择与力学分析3.1 根据强度理论选择折叠轮椅的材料取一等截面直杆，在其表面画两条垂直于杆轴的横线ab 和cd ，并在两条横线间画两条平行于杆轴的纵向线。

然后在杆两端加上一对轴向拉力，使杆件产生拉伸变形。

从杆件表面可观察到：ab 和cd 直线分别平移至a1b1和c1d1位置，仍为直线且和杆轴垂直；两条纵向线伸长，且伸长量相等，并仍然与杆轴平行。

根据观察到的表面现象，可作出平面假设：变形前为平面的横截面，变形后仍为平面，但沿轴线发生了平移。

如图3.1.1所示图3.1.1 受拉杆件截面上的应力根据平面假设可知，任意两横截面间的各纵向线的伸长（或缩短）均相同。

由材料的均匀连续性假设可知，横截面上的内力是均匀分布的，即各点的应力相等。

设杆件横截面的面积为A ，横截面上的轴力为N ，则该横截面上的正应力为σ=N/A（σ的正负号与轴力相同，当N 为正时，σ也为正，称为拉应力；当N 为负时，σ也为负，称为压应力。

）由上所述可知，杆件的材料所能承受的应力是有限的，要保证杆件正常工作，则杆件的工作应力必须不超过其材料的许用应力，因此，杆件受拉伸或压缩时的强度条件为[]σσ≤=AF N （a MP ）式中[σ]表示杆件材料的许用应力，a MP 。

本设计的轮椅主结构将采用直径为2CM 管材，截面积A=24d π=314 (mm 2),假设需通过200kg 的重量，则σ=AF N =63.7 （a MP ）。

目前市场上轮椅的材料大多数都使用硬铝合金管材，其最大的抗拉强度是370a MP ,即最大许用应力[σ]为370a MP ，而计算所得到的结果远远小于其最大许用应力，故轮椅的主结构采用硬铝合金。

3.2 根据刚度理论选择折叠轮椅的材料圆轴扭转时的刚度条件为：圆轴的最大单位长度扭转角θm ax 不超过许用单位长度扭转角[θ], 即 θm ax =P GI T ][θ≤ (rad) 或 θm ax =P GI T 1000⨯][180θπ≤ [( °)/m] 梁弯曲时的刚度条件为：是在梁弯曲变形时，某指定截面的挠度和转角不允许超过许用值，即 ][max y y ≤ 或 ][max θθ≤式中，[y]和[ θ]分别为许用挠度和许用转角。
